This is the first time I have used this service department as in the past I have always gone to the Metcalf Location and always had exceptional service! Looks like I will be going out of my way to go back to the Metcalf location. I had scheduled an appointment on a Saturday to get my Wifi in the vehicle checked as I had already done various trouble shooting with OnStar. I also scheduled an oil change and rotation since it was due as well. When I arrive for my appointment at 11am on Saturday, they didn't have a technician able to check, I understood as maybe he was sick and probably only one tech is certified. I rescheduled for Thurday at 7am to get a loaner car. I received a call 20 min later stating I wasn't there for my scheduled appointment, which I was but they didn't have the tech there. I was then asked if I had the loaner which caused confusion on my part since I didn't get service done.
Arriving for my scheduled appointment on Thursday morning and loaner that went smoothly. I asked if I could come back on my lunch hour to pick up vehicle and to let me know when done otherwise I would call as it takes 20 min to get there. I called at 1pm since no call and I was told it looked like it just got pulled and asked if they could have a little longer. I let them know that is fine and we agreed we could swap loaner for my car the following day on my lunch hour.
Upon returning I dropped off my car, and asked what was found with the Wifi. I was told it still hadn't been checked as it needed to be active first and I would need to bring it back again. I never received a phone call that my car wasn't finished or needed to be active so they could work on it. In the past when I have taken my vehicle to a shop they call and ask if they can keep it longer or let me know what needs to be done so they can fix it since it is in their hands. I won't return since they couldn't fix it when they had it. I waited for a survey like I usually get with other dealerships and have received one yet either to let them know directly. Typically when I took my car to Tire Plus I was guaranteed an oil change and rotation in an hour and a half and this was all that was done to my vehicle in a day and a half and 2 scheduled visits...Disappointing.
