A True Bait & Switch Dealership! We were interested in a Certified used 2019 Suburban. Saw it on their website, emailed right away as we were pre-approved and wanting to buy ASAP. Noticed the carfax report listed an accident. I asked the saleperson multiple times for more information related to the accident. Was sent a video of the vehicle showing no visible signs of damage remaining. Drove 3.5 HOURS to look at the vehicle with the intent of bringing it back home with us. We arrived at the dealership, was not greeted timely, and just instantly felt lied to/lead on. You could see chipped paint, spots where a CHEAP Walmart paint pen was used, and the front valance of the vehicle was not even attempted to be repaired. The interior of vehicle had several issues as well. All in all, this vehicle was improperly listed as great, clean condition. The Salesman was extremely rude and walked away without saying a word when we decided against the sale.
