Jamie Harrigan, his Sales Manager, Jeff and their support staff were amazing! To say we were pretty specific about what we wanted in our 2021 Chevy Tahoe is probably an understatement! They searched a 500 mile area until they found it! They made the price / deal process smooth and quick. We feel like we got the deal we wanted without having to go though a painful haggling process. Robbie and Kade made our final paperwork go quicker, while accurate and more thorough than we ve ever experienced! We came back to McCarthy because Chris LeGrotte in the service department has taken such good care of us, our daughters and every family member we have sent to him for more than 10 years. And when that service meant we needed body work, no ones work matches Ed Grindel. Thank you McCarthy Chevrolet for experience that make us want to come back again and again. Please hang on to these amazing employees and thank them again for us!

Went in on a whim to look at a car and they were able to work with me on price. We sat in the building for five hours waiting for people to bring paper work and such and they were very flexible with letting us wait with them. If you go I d highly recommend Sam Searcy he was very easy to work with and amazingly flexible.

Really appreciate the work that Wayne and Evan did to put my wife in the car of her dreams without breaking the bank. I feel like it was a good deal for both sides. Made the adversarial aspects of negotiation as painless as possible. Would recommend.

Took my Chevy PU in for a simple oil change and tire repair. They charged me $63 which I thought was a little high but it is a dealership. I waited for more than an hour for the service to be complete. Once it was complete I was off on a business trip to Arkansas. I got down near Mountain Grove, Missouri and the tire pressure light came on. I quickly exited and drove into a Ford Dealership just off the highway. The same tire I just got fixed at McCarthy was flat. Apparently, when McCarthy put the "patch" on my tire they missed the hole. Are you kidding me??? I was lucky there was a repair shop just off the highway or I would have been in big trouble. I called McCarthy and got my money back but there was not one "we're sorry" or "how can we make this right"... Needless to say, I will never do business with McCarthy again...

Jamie Sr. and Molly made the experience pleasant and easy. We were surprised by the deal and bonuses offered.

Started with a salesman making promises he couldn't back. Middle was them being willing to deal with my mom, but not willing to negotiate with my husband. That was embarrassing for them when the two appeared in the same room. Ended with the title being mailed two business days before our temp tags expired, ON a holiday weekend. Worst customer service I've ever experienced. Don't buy a car here!

Great dealership. The truck I bought was exactly what was listed on their website. Test drive was stress free and I was able to review and evaluate my new truck with leisure.

Heath is an easy going guy and a great salesman. He informed me of the vehicle facts and purchasing know-how to help me along the way.

I went to one in Olathe. Walked the lot didn't see anyone. Went inside stood in showroom 20 minutes. No one talked to us. Left went to one in Overland Park. Was greeted right away told them exactly what I was looking for. I told them I didn't want to finance I would pay cash. But didn't want to go over this number. Needless to say they pushed me on more expensive truck. I walked again.

I had a great experience with the salesman Sean Bradley and I would buy again.
