The telecommunications ombudsman should terminate their license to trade. I ve heard and experienced such bad things from this company. Even my friend business had same issues.
They promised us the world and once we signed never got what we were promised, they offered a signal booster to boost our coverage but never recieved it. They promised to pay out our contract but we only got a $1000 bucks cash out of $7000!! They told us to contact a third party to buy out the phones we didn t need..? Optus would never make their customer do this..
He don t even have the courtesy to answer our calls as we have had ongoing complaint for 7 months now :/ I will go to ombudsman :-/
Worst company to deal with. Will say anything to get your business and then shaft you after you've signed.

The young buck promised 6 months free, haven t received nothing after 2 months & out of pocket $1000 s of dollars and counting :(( ...
They also referred me to get a data link and phone system from a sister company and have had nothing but headaches...

This Optus business centre keeps calling my business at least 20 times a month. Different sales agents claim to remove me from their list but nothing is done about it despite being registered on the Do Not Call Register from the government. They are very pushy and seem to be into hard selling. If someone there is reading this, PLEASE DO NOT KEEP CALLING MY OFFICE EACH DAY!

Had the pleasure of dealing with Heath Smith, very professional and they delivered on everything that the promised. Had a few issues at the beginning but they showed face and made sure all those issues were rectified in a timely manner. Definitely a recommendation from me

Shocking! - after 4 months have found we are being charged for telephones we didn t even ask for. To top the list one of the Business samsung tablets is freezing & told we have to go into a store to rectify it. what happened to the service
Unprofessional. Blake Weir tried to con us and we saw right through the charade. They aren't even Optus! had to do my own digging to work it out.
had a brief run in with this clan in february. these spammers hassle you constantly to talk business telephony and the like... Met with a guy to test there credibility and they used fake headlines like saving 60% off the 5G which doesnt even exist LOL. the guy couldn t even come close to beating our spend with commander (like we told him before coming out). royal time wasters looking to make a quick buck!!
signed up with the sales agent telling me they were from the head office however they are a contractor for Optus! beware!!!
the phone lines went down for around a week and lost $2400 of income and my sanity as I had to fix the issue by calling the support line. the ADSL transfer took a few days left with no connection or compensation. Really disappointed with my experience and had I known they were a contractor company I would have gone with optus directly!
