I wish I could give the fellows in the Service Center 10 stars. Ken Archembeau continues to be the best of the best. We started working with him when he was at Morse Chevrolet and moved to McCarthy with him. Honest, professional, conservative, knowledgeable don't even begin to describe the superb level of service provided which is why we come back to this shop every time. When customer service and customer care standards seem to be slipping everywhere, these guys/Ken remain an example of doing it right every single time. If you need service for your GM car - this is the ONLY place to go.
