Great Hotel, only one problem, far. Prepare to walk.
Great Hotel, only one problem, far. Prepare to walk.
everything was good and very nice. only thing I can say bad is that we booked a room with a king size bed but ended up getting a room with 2 queens. other then that it was great
Great friendly staff and beautiful rooms. Most importantly the rooms have a great view of the Falls . Recommend this location for a great weekend
We were here only for a day. No idea about the breakfast. Hotel rooms were good. Polite staff. Mother's view for fallsview rooms is great!
My experience at Marriott at the falls was good.
We reserved a fallsview room that had 2 queen beds.
The view was great! Service was good. The only problem
I had with service was the fact that when we were leaving,
It took them 20 - 25 mins to give back our 100$ deposit.
Overall, the experience was good and I might come back
Room is great. (Falls view) View is awesome but a load of tourist jamming things up. Plus the fact that the door wouldn't open after coming back from a nice walk with the kids. Door Unit needed to be replaced and were looking at 15-20 wait. Service are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good.
Comfortable clean rooms, great views. Milestone restaurant is great food, prices and service. Look out for special nights with bargain meals.
Ate at milestone while not staying at the hotel. Kodi our server was great and personable. Enjoyed there view, food selection was great. The food we ordered was fantastic. Great first dinner for our vacation.
Located in room 1921,with a beautiful view overlooking the falls. Front desk and restaurant service were excellent.
Extremely poor customer service. There were no glasses in room so I had to ask room service for it and on doing so they told me that there was 10$ delivery charge per item to my room. I am a premium member with Marriott for past 7 years now and it was my first time to hear this. The hotel Manager had no answer when I asked him that why was I not informed about this while booking the room. This is definitely not Marriott standards as I have stayed in various Marriott during pandemic. Money is no object but hotel has to inform their customers about their charges. They are mandated to inform their additional charges to customer on check in as well which they did not.
MARRIOTT HAS DEFINITELY LOST ME AS A MEMBER AND AS A CUSTOMER.
I have written to higher management about this and I will keep this review updated about their reply.
Located close to the Falls with nice views. The room are nicely renovated and have comfy beds. Service was fast and friendly.
Good location, nice rooms, near to falls. Expensive onsite parking 30 CAD
Booked the superior Fallsview room for a good price. We were on the top floor with an amazing view of the falls and the river. Even the view from the ice and vending machine room is amazing. They offer valet parking for $45 plus tax and self serve for $35 plus tax. Parking lot is connected to main lobby. Parking rates are actually cheap compared to surrounding comparable hotels. Location is good, not on main road and not too busy. Although is a bit of a walk to the main attraction areas near the ferris wheel.
room was nice and we had a great view of the falls from our room - but the room smelled like someone smoked in it, and then someone sprayed a lot of febreeze
Nice place. Good stay. Bar and Starbucks. Ability to purchase tour tickets and tour pickup point. On premises restaurant (very helpful after a tiring trip) public bus stop. Walkable to falls (though little away, enjoyed the walk) Negative: limited TV channels (may be we need to purchase additional)
Nice room with a good view of the falls. There would be a better view from Marriott Falls View but this one is worth while
Nice hotel. Nice rooms. Very convenient location for the convention center.
I consider the best place to stay in Niagara Falls.
With an exceptional location and view to visit the falls.
Excellent view of falls...floor to ceiling windows, impeccably clean....Absolutely wonderful upscale restaurant with great menu, service and view of the Falls...Worth every cent!...ps...we were on the 24th floor. ..21 or better ...just a suggestion!
Clean and awesome views. Easy to park at the hotel but long way from the boat terminal.
Nice hotel, good room and amenities. Cleanliness is abysmal. Plenty of obvious long black hairs in the sink, lipstick on glasses, black marks on "clean" towels. Makes me wonder if bed sheets were changed.
Awesome hotel! Would love to go back to stay there again in any given time! Room is modern and very spacey, view is amazing from the high floor. Bathroom is great with nice amenities. Breakfast, great food to enjoy in the morning, literally, next to the Niagara falls, view from the breakfast room was amazing!
Loved the spacious room. The bathtub was so big it fits two people. Lovely falls view room is spacious and modern.
This was my least favourite hotel I've stayed at while in Niagara Falls when I was checking in there was only 1 staff member to deal with everyone after about 30 minutes more showed up to help the line of about 10 people waiting then find out that breakfast is not included as it says it is while booking and is 25 per person per day there was 4 of us a well as parking is not included and adds 35 per day. After all this just wanted to get on with the night witch was not in the hotel get back after a great night out and go to sleep just to wake up at 230 AM with the fire alarm well everyone up and outside in winter for over an hour while fire department clears hotel once back in get told someone pulled the alarm *unbelievable*. Well figured they would do something to make up for the 230 wake up to be then told it's not there fault (I get they didn't pull it however) and they wouldn't do anything about that (figured comp breakfast or parking ) was told they cant do anything like that. Now the rooms are nice however if you booked a falls view get ready to be discharged while looking out to them view is poor at least I'm the room we had 6th floor I dont know how they call it a falls view anyway the chance that I would ever book here again is slim just very unimpressed by staff and area and distance it is from everything and no service offers to get anywhere other that a cab out of pocket
Wonderful hotel. Rooms are excellent. Pool area very good with hot tub and sauna. The bar off the lobby is a very fun place with friendly bartenders and live entertainment.
Room size was fine. Bed sheets weren't clean on the sides. We had someone come and take a look, which happened fairly quickly, and they got them changed in the morning.
Main issue was staff! Very unfriendly and didn't seem happy to help. Were quite abrupt when spoken to, found this really off putting especially as it's a highly touristic place - not the right place to be unhelpful.
One lady was extremely rude and unhelpful, from the restaurant area. I made sure I made a note of her name. CYNTHIA was just plain rude and on many occasions didn't even hear our question as she wasn't our waitress. I felt quite offended as our question was a generic one but she didn't wait to hear it. We found her rude on more than one occasion, so clearly this is her character and not her just having a bad day!! What is she doing working in a touristic place??!! She should hide her rudeness away at home.
Apart from that, the rooms we found were ok but a little dated and bathrooms were small and quite uncomfortable to manoeuvre in them.
To end on a positive, the view from our room, which I think was on the 17th floor, was extraordinary!!!! Best thing ever seen! We visited in August but leaving feedback with regards to Cynthia from the milestone restaurant has been on my to do list since then!
Recently spent two bottoms at this hotel which has a direct view of the Canadian waterfall. Beautiful view that you can enjoy 24 hours. The view of the waterfall was photographed from 19 floors.
Unfortunately I was there during Covid19 and I am disappointed with the breakfast offer, yet it is a world famous hotel that cannot afford it.
Nice Room, stayed two nights. But four Elevators for 30Floors? That's not okay, nearly waited 10minutes for everytime i wanted to use one. Expensive parking fee, but that is normal since everything in NF was too expensive despite beeing it not worth...one day is enough for seeing the Falls
The best hotel in all of Niaga Falls! Great rooms, great view!
Everything was nice and clean but the heating system was so noisy that we were not able to sleep

i like it but no sitting arrangement for old people
The rooms are very nice and offer great views of the Falls. My only complaint is with the elevators which can be quite slow and tend to behave rather erratically. Also, heads up, it is $29 / night for parking.
Great views of Niagara falls and the hotel was really nice too
Hopefully this is the right hotel - next door to another location with the exact same name. Beautiful hotel with great location and view of the falls. Major complaint: it's 2017 and you're still charging for wifi? And not even a reasonable amount - $10 per day per device! I can't imagine anyone actually pays that, right?
Was not expecting to have a great view once I realized I was only on the 7th floor, but the fallsview was great! The hotel was clean, booked it for four people in 2 queen bed room but it was spacious enough! Booking it in the Marriott hotel and spa would've given a closer view but this was good enough! Great front desk service
For me it s terrible to stay here
What happened to regular bathroom doors what s up-with not closing barn doors
$37 parking $200 a night no breakfast
Ridicules
If I could no stars I would
Great location. Good views from the room. Great breakfast buffet. While booking ask about the tax inclusive rates though.
The view of the Falls was amazing. We were on the 29th floor; however, the room looked nothing like the website. We were in a two bedroom suite, the first room had leaky air conditioner. The second room the bathroom was filthy. I know this is not Marriott's' standards; I have stayed in Marriotts around the world and frankly, this hotel was truly disappointing. The staff was wonderful and I have no complaints with them; they were very courteous and extremely helpful.
Sometimes the pictures are not a true reflection of the place your staying . Well this place is. Excellent, staff , service , and location . The room was absolutely beautiful. Check in was quick and easy . The room was clean and the view was breathtaking each and every time we entered the room. Well worth the price . Definitely see myself staying here again
Very clean and nice view (from the 33rd floor) as described
I give it a four star because parking is not free
Excellent service. They provided me a high rise room as per my request with waterfall view. Super clean, and very comfortable and roomy. Only issue was that they made me wait 45 min for checking in when I came at 4pm. Check-in was at 3pm.
#1 place to stay. Pricey but, definitely worth every penny. I didn't want to leave the room because our view was SO beautiful.
I've stayed here 3 times and everytime, it feels like new, fresh and the view is SPEECHLESS !! I've visited Niagara 5 times already and I never get bored of the view, I can see the water for days!! This is a great place to admire the mesmerising beauty of Niagara falls. Don't forget to stay in your room at 10PM to see the fireworks which had a great view from the window !! Love the place. If you're visiting Niagara with your loved ones, this is the place to STAY.. !!
We had a lovely room with fallsview, king bed and a deep soaker tab. The breakfast downstairs was great and the service was quick and courteous. The hotel has a charger for our electric car, which was a huge help for us. Overall a wonderful restful experience.
We had an amazing one night stay at Marriott on the falls. We originally booked a 1 room king size bed with a 2 person whirl person bath tub. Upon arrival our room was not available. So we got a free upgrade to bi level loft with a king bed and 2 bathrooms. Views were amazing. Would definitely recommend room 2209.
Nice hotel. Concierge lounge was nice with its view. The breakfast was a little disappointing though. The front desk was great as well.
The staff are very polite and kind. I'm so impressed with the Fall's view is fascinating. The amenities are pretty good and the room is spacious and clean. Highly recommend it!
The hotel staff served us very well! They were friendly and informative on the hotel s amenities. We had the city view room which didn t have the falls view but we were able to view the falls from a big window located near the elevators which was nice! The rooms were clean and fully equipped with a mini fridge and toiletries. There is a Milestones and a Starbucks inside the hotel as well which was a nice option for dining.
As for the location, it s a 15 minute walk to the falls and a 25 minute walk to Clifton Hill. There is the option of taking the WeGo transit (10mins ride) or the Sky Railway (5 mins walk from the hotel) to the falls. There is a bus stop right in front of the hotel which is very convenient!
A nice experience overall!
Rooms were clean although the decor was slightly dated. View from our 25th floor falls view room was great. Hotel amenities were good as well (pool, bar, Starbucks, restaurant).
Desk clerk was not very nice. Did the job but not in very good mood. Tried to adjust the stay due to a change of plans and after 10 min clerk started saying something about cancelation policy so I gave up. 15 bucks for parking daily is a stretch as if you can walk to the hotel. 10 bucks daily for Internet. As a tourist place they should have free WiFi everywhere.
There is nothing like waking up in the morning and seeing Niagara Falls in full force.
Top Notch Hotel. Highly recommended, great breakfast and good views. You will pay for it though.
Nice hotel with a good location at the end of the main road, Fallsview. Parking can be challenging, even when you pay for a spot.
Recently attended an event - the staff were courteous, friendly and helpful. The rooms and facilities were clean and modern.
Beautiful view of the Falls from the Milestones restaurant
Amazing place Amazing staff and amazing food .. Special . Special thanks to John at the reception, a true professional with humbleness and positive approach . Very friendly and kind Stacey ( the manager ) and Judy . Best part was the omelet station and their staff ..Thanks a lot will come again :-)
Great people work there. Service was great. Rooms were great on 25 floor. Only thing I find troublesome was I booked 2 rooms for six people and they had only breakfast for 4 people free. When I asked to add other 2 I had to pay at the restaurant. I mean icwas willimg to pay so why not just add it when I book it.
The view was great..... breakfast should have been included and there was no microwave for the money we paid is should have been included
Our family room on the 29th floor had a fantastic view of all the falls.
They are illuminated at night and we can follow a small fireworks every night.
Access is particularly easy and parking is at the foot of the hotel for $ 25 a day.
All this is worth the trip and the price
5 year wedding anniversary made complete by a top floor stay with an absolutely gorgeous view and a fantastic staff come together for a wonderful stay
Espectacular view, big suite. Loved the whirlpool after a long drive from NY.
Excellent accomadations, room very clean
Great view of falls. Walking distance form main attraction and dining.
Upgraded our room for free due to space issues, great view, sharp. Only complaint is that they charge $10.00/day for wifi, and even more if you want to stream. Attended a conference here with great food/accommodations etc.
The view of the horseshoe falls from the rooms are to die for!!!
The rooms are spacious and the view of the falls are outstanding. The staff was courteous and very helpful. I would definitely stay at this hotel on future vacations.
Everything was excellent except the breakfast part was included and I was told by a unfriendly receptionist with no smile in a unprofessional manner.. But was booked with booking. Com with breakfast included three nights.. View was excellent room was good.. Service with unsmily sarcastic receptionist lost all the good mood..parking was very expensive 30$ even self parking.. No security or responsibilities any event damage or loss..
Make sure the reception deoz not add on for extra charges.. And of course while checking in.. Important.. Please read.. The reception tend look at the people.. In a way and evaluates to be nice.. And to smile.. We were on the line to check inn" she was being nice did not ask tomany questions from other folks..
But did gave me a hard time.. To see my wife's ID... And called me through my wife to check from the car.. Was told exactly about belonging going missing so she needed look at my our faces.... That was very very embarrassing moment.. Furthermore the second day room service was cleaning the room.. When we entering the room all of us was stopped.. And asked for our room card to enter Inn to our room to put our few of our belongings.. Its all about one thing I see.... Very clearly.. If you are Indian looking... Black.. With few kids.. They have this wrong wrapped idea.. About locals.. Very embarrassing very rude..hotel staff.. When I asked the cleaning lady she said I was only protecting.. But I have never ever experienced this kind of bad service.. The we go passes for the buses.. Please make sure you asked the reception clearly.. The welcome center will act like they know nothing about the passes and will not redeeme them for you.. Will make you go back and forth... It happened to me.. Hotel is nice but the staff and system is bad..
Staff treats you as if you're a nuisance...with any request. Not enough elevators. Elevators that malfunction. NO privacy on the balcony. (neighbouring rooms sit on the walls and rails). Water drips from above AC units. NO exhaust vent in the restroom. Pool/swimming area is too hot. Water leaks in from the patio door making the floor slippery. And again....Staff treats you as if you're a nuisance when pointing out any issues.
Fantastic view of the falls from the twenty ninth floor. The suite was clean and comfortable. The restaurant was delicious. Went in the off season and received terrific rates and discounts for the Milestones including a twenty five dollar discount on dinner and a buy one get one free breakfast. Staff were pleasant and helpful. Unfortunately, parking is thirty dollars extra. They had many amenities but didn't check them out.
Absolutely loved my stay here. The room was beautiful. $35 for parking. The views were breath taking. And ummm... starbucks in the lobby!!!! This was my deal breaker right here! I will definitely be back here!
