The location and rooms were great! The elevators were really slow though. Other than that, great!
The location and rooms were great! The elevators were really slow though. Other than that, great!
Incredible suite with a spectacular view! Complimentary drinks and appetizers. Being an elite member has definite privileges!
Okay hotel, but would never stay here again after learning that management doesn't care too much about the safety of their valet drivers. Would stay here again if they undo and apologize for the suspension of Mr. Thibodeau. Disgraceful decision on the part of management.
Great and friendly staff. The room was ready early and we were allowed to check in early. Very clean as expected from the Marriott brand. Bed was firm but pillows could've been better. The bathroom was fantastic, great water pressure and temperature for the sink and shower. Elevators were a bit slow at times, but the property was fully booked. Would highly recommend this property, and would stay again.
I really don't know it you can get much of a better view of the falls from a hotel. We stayed here one night, it was right next to Niagara falls itself, the price was reasonable considering this and the rooms were comfortable. There were 4 of us sharing 2 beds which was a bit rough as I snored like a monster and had to deal with people constantly hitting me with pillows but this really isn't the Marriotts fault. We were just being cheap.
Beds were incredibly hard and uncomfortable. Had to sleep on pillows to make bearable. Parking is outrageous, lots of hidden fees. Breakfast was expensive ($20/person) but tasty. Bathrooms were small. Room average.
Nice view. Watch out for the Niagara Falls tourist fee that gets added to your bill. You don't have to pay it. They gouge on parking too.
Awesome Hotel you going to pay for your room but when you get there it's $30 to park and their parking lot is not included when you make reservations
I booked our room directly through Marriott - I asked the front desk clerk for my breakfast voucher in which he debated with me that this was not part of the deal which it was. He insisted I used a third party booking site which is so far from the truth .... I called the Marriott as I do not trust third party sites as I have been burned by them before. My issue is that the front desk clerk wanted to basically call me a liar. I had enough of that, kept my composure and went to my room. Room was very very hot, needed ice and the machine was broken. I walked down to the 29th floor- again, broken. I went back to my room HOT and thirsty. Called front desk- he wanted to know if i could walk down to the 28th floor and so forth. WHAT? I'm a guest, am I not? He suggested room service but I'd be charged- then finally after 10 min he says " well would you like me to send housekeeping?" So let me get this straight- I'm the guest but now your making me feel guilty if I say yes? I was thinking, why doesn't he just say " I'm sorry for the inconvenience, I'll send someone asap" how many floors and stairwells am I to go to for ice? I'm in town for a funeral and not feeling great and this is what I get. One, to feel like a liar and 2, to set out to find ice no matter how long that takes. My room is very hot- AC isn't working properly- found a service man in the hall- he was kind to come and look at it with NO debate an apologized. The one redeeming quality is my room has an amazing view and the bed is nice. I am a nurse and work with many many people and I would never challenge or debate patients nor should hotel staff. Will I be back? I don't know. I want to be where I feel like a guest not an inconvenience. Rooms are nice.
Overall very good. I was satisfied. Staffs are very helpful in general, including Amanda at gift shop, were friendly too.
Nice view of the falls. Clean and great hotel.
Why not 5/5?
Well, when i was checking in, (though joined Bonvoy and online checked in the day before, never received the mobile key) i was waiting on the normal line, there's a counter stating, forgot the wording, some VIP Bonvoy, the staff was there doing nothing, not a single smile nor help, greeting etc.
Really nice nice and clean room. Good customer service. Only negative was the 29 dollar parking. It should come free with the hotel. But over all would love to stay there again
I stayed here for NYE just me and my two friends, to just to a small get away, we were charged more than the fees stated, as part of TRAVEL FEES that were not stated at the time of our booking, I was not expecting that, plus an additional charge of one more individual, however I booked for three and nothing was said/told at the initial booking. Even at check in, I asked the front desk what the occupational capacity was and it was four, and I clearly asked, will there be any extra person charge, they said no. We were under capacity and still got charged even after we checked. Then when I called, the Hotel was extremely rude and refused to reimburse even though it was their fault and used COVID REGULATIONS TO CHARGE. Not to mention the faucet on the sink had water stains and the sheets were not clean, when I called in my visit, no one answered and when I called for extra towels at night, they told me they did not have enough staff to bring it up, what type of 4-5 star hotel experience is this? Will not be staying at the Marriot again. SAVE YOUR MONEY, even the view the windows were clean.
Super comfy beds and pretty quiet so I slept like a baby. Has a Starbucks in the lobby so it is super convenient. Parking is a PITA though with limited spots and entire levels of the small parking garage labeled as reserved for the Valet service.
Really great venue and people. Excellent view and amenities. Would visit again.
We stayed here for the weekend for our anniversary. We loved the ability to self park (a lot of hotels in the area require you to valet/shuttle)! I also loved having Starbucks in the hotel. The hotel bartender during happy hour was great! The only issue we encountered was we paid for a fallsview room on a high floor. Although we did get both of them the floor we were on had a roof ledge that stuck out several feet, it was filled with pigeons and obstructed the view quite a bit. In previous hotels we have stayed at you could enjoy the falls just laying in bed, this time you had to be right up to the window to get a good view. Overall, I would definitely return to this hotel, beautiful entryway, polite staff, clean rooms but would request any other floor (I believe we were on 24) if you want a good view.
*the included photo was taken right at the window, so you could imagine if you were standing back a few feet from the window you would not see much other then the ledge
Love the view especially at night and we got to see the fireworks from our balcony which was wow cool cool
The view would have been very nice if we had had a room that was not looking at a parking lot. The room was tired. In dire need of a facelift. Patched up tiles in bathroom. Cobwebs in corners in bathroom. Wallpaper coming of walls in main area. Lampshades cracked. We paid $400.00 per night for this room. I found it very overpriced for the condition that it was in. I would not recommend this hotel
One of the best hotels in Negara falls. Great location just on the fall. Tour Bus close by. Room was amazing and well equipped
Was there today. We went to use the pool. The pool looked like it had not been serviced for months. The water was cloudy. With covid 19 being an issue i would expect that the amenities would be monitored closely our closed.
The sign on the door stated no more then 10 people. There was over 15 people when we left.
Great location for a hotel overlooking the falls. Walking distance to the convention centre and amusement park. I was a bit stun by the price gouging at the Starbucks in the lobby.
I signed up for a standard king room, and to my surprise was able to get an upgrade! I was given a beautiful king suite, almost top floor! The views were breathtaking! The entire hotel was spotless, and all of the staff were very nice!!! It was my first time in Niagara Falls, and was given many helpful suggestions on where to visit!:)
Stayed overnight for a dance event. Rooms are nice, clean and comfortable. Hotel as a whole is very nice and modern.
Comfortable beds, marriott pillows are the best! Convenient location, would stay again.
Customer service impeccable. Upgraded to full Falls view, and tried to find us a King suite. 100%, will visit again.
Great place - WI-FI not so much. Only hotel I've been to that I had trouble getting WiFi to work. Never have had issues at Marriott Courtyard in Toronto
They don t have microwave in the room! And when you go down to ask to warm up your food they take you to the room beside the electrical room where the vaults are. That s where you go warm up your food. I don t think it s safe due to COVID. Anything else was great! Our room has an amazing view!!!!! And it s a great deal that s why we end up staying for 4 nights instead of 2 nights!
If I could give more stars I would we were on the 25th floor overlooking Niagara, we just couldn't stop viewing the breathtaking view from our window. Highly recommend you stay here I know I will again. Rooms were fantastic.
Starbucks in the lobby. Hotel food was good. Rooms are clean with a great view of the falls.
Great hotel with great service, just not sure I can recommend an upgraded room if it hasn't been renovated.
Amazing!!! Great view from the 15th floor fallsview, room is big and very clean! Tub is big enough for 2 whole people to lay and relax in, which is soo kool!!!
Huge bathroom with jacuzzi soaker tub. Excellent WiFi(conference Wed calls, Netflix no problem). Well laid out room with microwave, fridge and coffee maker. King bed, love seat, desk, dresser, and small table with climate control in room. Extra blankets in closet and bench by door.
Depending on where in the hotel you are, also a view of the falls - would definitely recommend.
The customer service is bad. Tired after a long trip to the hotel, I was given a suite which two keys could not opened the door to it. Because of the slow elevators, I waited long time to go the hotel reception in the lobby in order to get new keys to the suite. Without any apology, I was given two new keys to the same suite. However, one key again did not work and could not open the door. Again, after waiting long time for the elevator, I went to the reception, who was rude and did not acknowledge their fault and apologized for it. Instead, the receptionist started to yelled at me and uttered threats when I was complaining about keys problem. Unfortunately, it did not end with it. I was given a suite which has connection door to another suite without informing me about it. I do not like to book connected suite. I had to go to the reception again. After this time, I was given a desired suite with working keys. This was disgusting! Tell hotel charges for Wi-Fi. It does not offer free breakfast. The location of that hotel isn't convenient. I was surprised that hotel did not offer me anything as a remedy for bad customer service and unworking suite keys. Avoid this hotel. There are two other Marriott hotels in the area with the view on the falls and cheap suites. I hope hotel suite keys work there and elevators are fast. Most importantly, the staff is polite and have good customer service.
Very nice hotel. It was clean and had beautiful views with very easy access to Niagara Falls. The Milestones restaurant was great and service was exceptional. The hotel staff were also very friendly and helpful. the only complaint I would have was the parking. Not enough on site parking. We had to park across the street. I found that a nuisance and it did annoy me. Otherwise a great stay.. comfortable beds, clean and friendly.
Generally nice facility, seemed as if only one elevator was in service for particular floors
Love the place. Stayed many times. Even got one off the rooms with a patio this time! The rooms are always exceptionally clean. The screen on the patio door was quite ripped so it let a few bugs in...but other than that very nice!
Room was adequate (clean, quiet). Conference facilities were good but hot conference lunch was lukewarm at best.
Check- in was fast and very efficient. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable about the Falls area. Celebrating our anniversary, the hotel had a bottle of champagne and dessert waiting in the room, which had an excellent view of the Falls and was very clean. I'd recommend this hotel to anyone.
Good place at a premium location... Only star lost is check-in and checkout is very slow... Good rhing the elevators are also slow or else the lobby line ups would be huge!
Amazing hotel. Really enjoyed it. Great amenities and staff. Defently will come back again.
The location of the hotel is wonderful. The breakfast was good, the best part is of course the view.
Beautiful room and view of the falls, two room suite perfect for family. Fireworks show on the weekend view is exceptional and private. Customer service was phenomenal
Our stay was wonderful! From the moment we checked in, the staff was very helpful and considerate! Dinner at the Milestones restaurant was fabulous! Everything was delicious and the service was stellar! The view from our room was stunning!
Lousy they charge you the WiFi service, the room price being very expensive.
Amazing customer service. Excellent amenities. Peach of a view. Make sure you ask for falls view rooms..
The PF or promotion fee's are deceptive. This is wrong to add it to our bills and not tell us.
We got a room with an amazing view of the falls. We all totally absolutely loved the room and view.
Room was beautiful and spacious but the front desk lady I dealt with was not friendly or welcoming. The manager that night did make amends and so did the manager during check out
The View of the Falls were awesome... could not take my eyes away. I had issues with bed sheets and comforter, they were not washed properly, had previous stains on, old dusts everywhere. Room wasn't cleaned very well too.
Staffs were very helpful. Great Location and View.
Nice hotel. Clean spacious room, nice bathroom, and big window with a good view. Unfortunately you have to pay a ton for parking, and you have to pay for wifi as well. The attached Milestones restaurant is pretty good and has a decent view of the falls.
My husband & I stayed here for our anniversary and it was amazing. The staff is so friendly and the food was devine. Rooms so clean and omg the fallsview from the room is to die for. Will be back for sure.
Bought a Fallsview place, got upgraded to superior Fallsview. Room was really nice, looked very clean, and many towels. Service was friendly. Had a small issue with the bathroom sink tap in the room as it was very sensitive when using the hot water (a small turn would make the water very hot, even if the cold water is turned fully). Only stayed one night, but very satisfying. Stayed at this hotel at least 3 times. View is breathtaking.
This hotel has one of the best views of Niagara Falls. It also bus service right at the front door. The restaurant is very nice and I'd definitely go back
Great location, great staff, nice spacious rooms but watch for prices, they are tricky a little bit. You will pay for parking for example which is $35, extra fee sells are there most of the rooms don't have breakfast included!!
I m absolutely so disappointed and disgusted in the Marriott I paid for an upgraded room with a view and got stuck on the 24th floor looking over a rooftop hangover! That s absolutely and clearly not what I paid for!!! I don t understand how this place gets a four stars rating, because the customer service they re absolutely sucks, nobody has any common courtesy, no consideration, they just treat everybody like a tourist and it was the absolute most horrific experience ever!!!! Not to mention this is not a real Marriott hotel, this is an old Sheraton hotel that was taken over by the Marriott and has the Marriott name on it now! The real Marriott is down the street which sucks even worse because they have a general manager that doesn t even care about their customers!!! All I can say is Mr. Marriott is turning in his grave right now with the way these people are running and operating his hotels and Mr. Bill Marriott doesn t even have time for his customers, he s too busy out traveling, how wonderful is that you can t even get a hold of the guy because he s too busy for you and too good for you!!!! There s way better places out there to go and stay that s all I can say I m just giving you my two cents so you don t have to go through the experience that I did trying to fight for your money back for something that you paid for and you didn t receive and no one to help you or that care about your concerns! Goodbye Marriott you feel my wrath just like all those other big companies that fell right down the drain, you ll be the next just mark my words!!!!!!!!
The room was clean and spacious. Tv selection specially live channels was very limited. Over all an average experience.
2 Double queen bed on the 17th floor. Check in was fast. Aldous in the reception was very inviting and helpful. The rooms were clean and had great views. The pool temperature however was cold. But the jacuzzi provided us with the warmth needed during the cold winter night. Overall our stay was great!
Depending on the room, if you choose properly, you can overlook the Niagara Falls and Canada Falls.
The price is relatively cheap compared to Toronto and it is a good hotel.
Great hotel across from the falls, food in The Milestone is great
I stayed at this hotel in March and left my valuables and money in my room thinking this was a reputable company I came back to the room and my $440.00 was gone I reported it to management and they have done nothing to rectify the situation . Buyer be aware they do not have safes in the rooms so if you have valuables stay far way from this place the Sheraton would have much better service .
It faces niagara fall, I could see the beauty from sunrise to sunset, from misty to crystal clear....
The view was nice, we stayed in 29th floor. Foods in Milestone was nice, too. They chrage an extra $30 Cdn for parking, though.
Terrible service. If there was a zero rating, I will give that one.
Went down with my husband for our 5 year anniversary. Got an amazing deal on priceline, and for a small fee was able to upgrade to a fallsview room....View was beyond description. Hotel is right across from the falls, there is a ramp from the back of the hotel to cross the street to get to the falls.
Location was great for us, very close to a ton of restaurants, but not in the middle of the hustle and bustle of the touristy Cliffton Hills area
The Bed was very comfortable, and the bathroom had a 2 person spa whirlpool, perfect for some R&R.
Hotel is a 5 minute walk to the casino where they have nightly entertainment.
Beautiful views, the hotel was clean and nice. The staff was all very polite and helpful
Overall OK. A little pricy for the area, but OK. It has an indoor pool (small). When we arrived and did the check-in I had to unload all luggage from my car and no one showed up offering help. Room service menu was awful. Did not even try it. If you consider the Sheraton on the Falls, I'd choose that over the Marriot.
Friendly clean and relaxing location. Great staff!!
Beautiful views and easy access to highway.
A perfect place for surprise, view, anniversary or vacation.
