Awesome place. Right from the lobby the hotel looks great, there is also a Starbucks inside. The double room suite on the 30th floor is amazing, with a great view on the falls, 2 washrooms with 2 big showers and 1 hot tub. Included there are also AC, a fake fireplace (that also works to warm the room) and a coffee machine. In total there is 1 king size bed and 2 queen size beds. At the check-in you're also given some extra perks and discount for drinks and some bus passes that are 48h long. Great place, amazing experience and amazing view.

I am a Marriott member, and I have visited many Marriott chains before. As for the room quality and cleaniness, it matches other Marriott quality. The clerk who checked me in was like a robot. He did not care what I have to say. Considering that he has to deal with many travelers in his daily duty, I understand he can be tired. But this is still Marriott. If the chain wishes to compete with Hilton, Sheraton and Hyatt this particular location has much to improve. Elevator is another challenge. It is extremely slow, and every time it came to my floor which was 5th fl, it was full. It was faster to walk up and down the stairs to my room. out of 4 elevators, surely they can divide floors. i.e. 2 elevators for even floors and 2 for odd floors. View of the Falls was spectacular. Service was ok.

It's a very beautiful and wonderful stop not just for tourists but also local. Only issue I found was on a busy day parking lot is full and you park a little distance from the location, walking distance. But the upgrade makes it even more of a excellent location to chill with friends or family.

Super friendly staff, very clean throughout, modern decor. Falls view is nice, comfortable beds. Indoor pool area has one end with lots of windows. No extra blankets in the room, wifi kicked us off.

This hotel has perfect views. No problem with check in. Room was absolutely amazing and perfect. Went with bi level suite for the weekend. Would stay here again, bus stops right outside of hotel, you get free bus passes with stay as well. Used room service twice, really good food.

Very good hotel: large room, great view from the breakfast room, but also going just outside the hotel. Hearty breakfast with fresh and good food. Obviously welcoming staff!
So positive experience.

Went for New Year's Eve 2017. Beautiful hotel! You can walk across the street to the falls. We were able to see the fireworks from the hotel hallway! GREAT BREAKFAST!!! View from breakfast below.

I was traveling with my 3 kids and our room smelled like smoke, it took three hours for someone to address it at 10:45pm with a mild deodorizer (which did not work) so at 5:30am I finally got a new room for my kids and I to sleep in for a couple hours. Definitely my worst hotel experience.

Pretty much no better view on the continent. Good hotel bar, killer female singer-songwriter playing acoustic Zeppelin one night, pretty great breakfast buffet at the hotel restaurant. Transcendent ravioli and delicious burger with great local brews on the lunch menu.

absolutely awful- a bunch of hidden fees- not disclosed before booking, ridiculous parking cost- most expensive compared to similar hotels at a lot cheaper- staff was rude- 15.99 to receive a wifi password- and some postcard with useless coupons- 34.99 to park. and then a list of additional fees and taxes. one of the worst hotels ive ever stayed at. avoid.

This place is awesome. Amazing caring staff. Beautiful rooms. Comfortable beds. If you need a window to open... stay at floor 15 and under. The more you pay the higher you are. I am claustrophobic and wanted a room with a window that opens and they instead gave me a balcony! 405 is great spot... 2605 is great view if you are fine with no opening window

Great location! I was attending a conference at the nearby convention center and the hotel was a short walk across the street. Check in was fast. Parking is available across the street if the attached lot is full, or you can pay a bit extra for valet. The view of the falls is very nice, but not the best view of all the hotels in the area (I think the Oakes has the best view based on geography). Room was clean and was in good shape. No damage to anything in the room that I could see. Fairly modem design to the room. Staff are friendly and helpful.

There were things left in my room from previous guests so it obviously wasn't cleaned properly. And the fact that they charge their own guests 30 dollars to park their car as if someone staying has any other option is absolutely ridiculous

Our room is amazing, the view is great! The room is clean, bed comfortable, and plenty of towels and shower supplies. The staff has been very helpful and we are close to all the Falls attractions!

I went with my mother on June 11th 2013 to stay the night at Niagra Fallsview Gateway. What was supposed to be a lovely mother/daughter trip (after she flew 14 hours to be with me) started out in possibly the worst way imaginable. Going to check in at the front desk, my mother told AMANDA (who checked us in) that her sister and brother in law had made a reservation for us and before she could continue, was told in a derogatory manner that "if you are insinuating that this room has been paid for, it hasn't". For a hotel that is known world wide, I was absolutely DISGUSTED by the mannerisms of this lady at the front desk. We were spoken down to and left with a bad taste in our mouth to say the least. I have never been so infuriated and felt so discriminated against in a hotel that is supposed to be of such repute, needless to say I will NOT BE STAYING HERE AGAIN AND WOULD NOT RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE. Although the manager was sorry (we were given vouchers for breakfast and starbucks) and we did appreciate the gesture. The hour that was wasted complaining about this and the way we were treated initially definitely was not worth the stay.

In my personal experience, this Hotel is in one of the best locations in Niagara Falls! the view from the rooms is breathtaking and breathtaking, Hotel of excellent workmanship and attention to detail, You will also find a Starbucks on the lobby level and the buffet breakfast in the hotel cafe. definitely a recommended place for those who want to visit the Falls of the Niagara

Five stars doesn't do it justice. The staff, from the hotel greeters and clerks, to the housekeeping personnel, were extra friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and fit for royalty. Definitely get your money's worth. I highly recommend.
