Nice but a bit pricey and I did not get compliment...
Nice but a bit pricey and I did not get complimentary WiFi.
Nice but a bit pricey and I did not get complimentary WiFi.
Located in a mall and makes shopping very easy. The mall has a food court with great choicea
Great view of DC. Located right next to the Francis Scott key bridge so you can walk into the Georgetown neighborhood. You can easily walk to the Roslyn metro station to get elsewhere in the city.
Nice stay, but personal items stolen with no response/ customer service! Case in point the day before departure cleaning lady was nearby, early morning hours and scheduled to clean my room. Hours later when I returned to my horror bottom half of nighty outfit was missing. Initially both were hanging in bathroom. Who steals bottom-half of night clothes (ala underwear)? The item as a set was costly. Calls to the service desk were met with disdain and being put on hold. No effort to even pretend to be concerned was offered.
Great hotel. Had a very comfortable stay and would choose them again
Great view from top level. But rooms, corridors, equipments are very old.
I love Martiott beds! This is a nicely refurbished property. Great location, walking distance to resteraunts, shopping, and mass transit.
Good location within walking distance of the Rosslyn Metro Station.
Always a great venue for an event, staff super nice and great food selection.
For it to be a signature Marriott hotel, I was severely disappointed. The lobby and dining where exquisite, however, the rooms are in desperate need of repair and renovation. My toilet kept running. Waited over 30 minutes for maintenance, listening to the water run. It took an hour + to fix the job. Callef Nd requested foam pillows, was brought 1 feather pillow. I went to the front desk and requested 4 foam pillows to replace the original 4 feather pillows before my request was fulfilled. Tub need to be re-glazed or replaced. Front desk did not explain how to get to the room, when they have elevators located in different areas. Walls are paper thin. I could hear my neighbors talking in slightly louder than normal voices.
The staff were very polite and the placed was clean and tidy. The rooms were kept clean.
RevitDC user group seminar hosted by CADD Microsystems. View was nice, food was good, and facilities were decent. Polite wait staff.
Overall good experience for the price and location...however the "breakfast bar" was not worth the price. The food was old..for example..my pancakes were almost the texture of a frisbee. The "cook to order" cook barely spoke or understood English and was slow as pancake syrup. It took him 20 min to make 2 "made to order" omelets. A quick walk from the Rosslyn station and right at the foot of the Key Bridge which has a great selection of places to eat.
Haven't stayed in a room yet, but the conference center has a terrific view.
Great for the price! The rooms are clean, the beds are comfortable, and the staff is very friendly. They allowed us to check in very early, which we really appreciated.
A Lyft to the museums is only about $9. It is walking distance to Georgetown .Only reason why it doesn t get five stars, is that the bathroom tub/shower could be upgraded. At least they should upgrade the shower curtain.
I recommend this hotel. I will stay there when I travel to DC!
Very good location. It was a short walk to the Rosslyn metro station. The lounge has good food and drinks as well. I had a corner room and it had really good views of DC.
Excellent establishment. Will look forward to staying there again.
Room and hotel were super nice but room bathrooms were really tiny
The hotel has a great location and the room was nice.
Good location and kindly staff
Tasty breakfast. ,
Ok For starters it s the oldest Looking building in the area. The room was cool until we went to take showers an it was no hot water. We then switched rooms ok everything everything until we get the bill which I had to call for because I thought I was doing a express. They charged 53$ for the restaurant that we went no where near or in. Oh an please don t get me started on when I called to get my money straight thumbs down I won t stop until I get my money
Room very clean. Very nice staff. King beds are really soft!
Visited some friends staying there. The rooms were clean and the lobby was nice.
Very nice conference room on the top floor, good food
Worst hotel I been too!!!
The room was gross stuff under bed and on carpet dust on counters and questionable white stuff on nightstand
The paint was bubbling the toilet had I poop stain in it, no fan in bathroom, the tile on bathroom floor looked dirty as if no one mopped it in awhile
The thermostat didn t work, no mini fridge or microwave one ply toilet paper EXTREMELY thin walls you can hear EVERYTHING!!!
They make you pay for wi-fi and parking every day.
The pool and hot tub were drained and you usually pay more for hotel with that.
They don t include breakfast and food is over priced
Views are nice. A bit island off due to the high traffic streets
Good views and service at this Marriott. Friendly staff and good bar scene.
OK hotel, great location, lousy Internet. The premium WiFi package suffers from 70% package loss. Bring an LTE Hotspot instead!
Decent location. Close to Georgetown and downtown areas by car. Drive to DCA airport in the AM is pretty short with less traffic than Alexandria based hotels. The rooms and building show some age and wear. Lower floors have some pretty terrible views as my coworker found out. My shower took 15 mins to warm up in the morning. Staff was pleasant and helpful.
Not sure, why it was a 4 star hotel, I didn't feel like it. It says free Internet but only at public space so read fine prints
Good location. Parking fee is $25 per day. All furnitures are little bit old...
Just finished my first stay here, and it will not be my last. Likely to be my new go to hotel in DC. The difference maker is the attentive staff, from check-in to the lounge to the restaurant, they are very customer-focused.
Very dated.
Some of the staff is friendly
I stayed ther for my father's funeral n they made my stay easy
Busy hotel when I visited. Also convenient location in Arlington close to DC. Walking distance to Georgetown. A bit dated, but not outdated.
Common destination for children's sports teams. Nice bathrooms. Overpriced bar.
I was only in the ballroom on the 14th floor, but it's a great ballroom with awesome views of the city and good catering. It's also very metro accessible.
Highly recommend the top floor ballroom if you're looking for event space.
The staff was amazing, very friendly, very welcoming. The only down side was that the hotel is a bit run down, and there is no parking discount for guests.
Good value, great staff, but less than what you'd expect from a Marriott (it's old and small)
Needs major overhaul. Dated and tired rooms. Staff very helpful and courteous
Like others have said, it's just a cheap hotel with a big name. For having paid as much as I have for a room, you'd think that at least I'd be allowed free wifi.. But no, $13 a night. Parking is $20, which is ridiculous. Room is dirty, I've seen better at Motels that charge $30 a night. The Restaurant is extremely expensive and not worth it. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone...
The rooms are typical hotel rooms, just a little smaller. They appear to be clean and the tv stations are not great, it takes some time to load and cable stopped working during thunderstorm.
Great location is why you stay here over other places. Hotel rooms and facilities are average. A little dated but clean and functional. Does have indoor and outdoor pools so bring the kids.
Very friendly staff and great views of DC. The rooms are a tad small but offer all the amenities you would hope for. If you're not seeing a mini fridge in your room check the chest of drawers - one side may be a facade with the fridge behind it.
Hotel is nice in some areas, needs refurbishing in some areas. Very good fitness center. Laila is an excellent Concierge. Convenient to Georgetown University at about a 15 minute walk over the scenic Key bridge.
It was a nice Stay. Carmen was our housekeeper and she kepted our room very organized.
Didn't actually stay here as a friend tried to forge a family/friend discount certificate expiration date. When the front desk couldn't validate his expired certificate, they never became accusatory or ride in any sense. they simply asked for a more current form and didn't even address the blatant forgery. Though I do not condone, nor did I support my friend's actions, I'm impressed by how the staff handled the situation. Kudos to them.
It's a fantastic location, location and location Key Bridge crosses directly to the heart of Georgetown.
Really poor customer service. I travel 4 out of 5 business days a week and alternate between Marriott and Hilton properties. I am platinum elite status with Marriott and was so disappointed by the lack of customer service at this hotel. I called for front desk service to fix my room service order which took almost an hour to arrive and was placed on hole for 10 minutes. I received my grilled chicken salad after 10pm- prginal I received a fried chicken thigh with a side of chopped cucumbers and green beans?? No comp was provided and simple things like a bottle opener weren't provided along with the bottle of water. I will not stay at this hotel again.
Good place. They catered to or group. Ensured the important stuff went without a hitch.
Dated hotel, but with great views. Roslyn is dead after work, so walk Key Bridge over to Georgetown
Ok hotel, not one of the better ones in the DC area.
Decent hotel, relatively clean but the building is older. Parking is a little pricey. It a great location.
We found a bug in our bed and they refused to offer us a partial refund or a free nights stay. The best part of my stay was the indoor pool and sauna. I will be staying elsewhere when I visit VA.
This hotel is really OLD! There are always lines at the elevators during the rush hours, so expect to spend time waiting for your turn to ride.
The service is on it's way down as well. During my stay here, they did not service the room for 2 consecutive days, until I went to reception and complaint. When they do it, they do it very well.
The Internet is for charge, which makes no sense these days, when you get free internet on metro, buses, public places and facilities. They need to catch up with 21st century outside. OK, as a loyalty program member, you get a free one, but quality is super low.
There are no safes in the rooms, be ready to carry all your stuff (money, passports, documents, etc.) with you.
On the positive side, the staff at the reception is very nice and helpful. And the Janitor (Spanish speaking) on the third floor is super sweet as well.
Overall, knowing that this hotel belongs to a chain brand, I was very disappointed. Definitely, not good value for the money. Most likely will not stay here next time...
Convenient location. Close to Georgetown. Staff is ok. Did not stay overnight so can't comment on the rooms, and amenities.
The staff working the wedding was very serviceable and friendly. Food was absolutely excellent- filet mignon was a perfect medium-rare. Beautiful view of Potomac River and Georgetown from the floor the ceremonies were held on.
The room is great except for the tiny bathroom/bath-shower and the constant planes flying right above it. Their service is stellar.
Hotel lobby was very well decorated and staff very kind
Great Marriott. Room was large and well appointed. The staff was friendly. Everything I expect from Marriott and more.
Can't wait to return.
Great location for visiting Washington DC. Close to Metro and Georgetown.
First I accidentally booked with them and I tried to cancelled it and the front desk attendant was very rude and disrespectful when explaining their policy. She even hung up on me! I don t understand why will you charge $25 a night for parking when I m staying at your hotel either! Overall the room was clean and the going rate was affordable. However, the customer service really made this stay an unpleasant one !
Nice hotel but certainly dated. I'm not that tall but I still had to crouch to wash my hair in the shower. The main floor is well decorated but the beds in the rooms are rock hard. Parts of the Key Bridge Marriott are very nice others are noticeably below par. Good was pretty good in the lounge but I asked for no dairy and the food was cooked in butter. The whole hotel is a mix.
Pretty old hotel. Rooms were a bit musty. No breakfast. Even the food in the concierge wasn't updated often enough.
Born and brought up in the DC metro area during the last 40 years and only recently got the pleasure of hideaway hotel'g holiday at this local highway landmark. Quite pleaded overall and here is why:
Really comfortable place to vacay stay. The concierge service is staffed by one of the most delightful & nurturing women I've ever encountered in such an atmosphere.
I do anticipate in the near future the actual ballroom area will have a carpet cleaning or replacement but, at the same time suggest one acclimate to the subtle milded aroma in order to give the long-standing DC area location a placement among travel stories to be told.
Kudos to the staff & mgmt @Key Bridge Marriott!

The Key Bridge Marriott is a little dated and conference rooms are a little small. Audio visual equipment was a little old, too. However, the conference rooms in the to level are very nice and updated. There is a concierge club in the 12th floor that had s very nice view of Georgetown and the Potomac River. The hotel is located next to the highway in Rosslyn and about a 10 minute walk from the metro station. The area has a bunch of chain restaurants. It's close to national airport. Staff members were friendly and accommodating.
A little outdated. Very convenient location. I stayed there for 7 or 8 times.
The staff at Key Bridge Marriott have been extremely kind and helpful. My problem with this location is that everything has a fee. $25/day parking. No free internet. The rooms are in the small side. As an example my family (2 adults and 1 child) has to shuffle around so we can each get ready without being in each others way. I don't know about other floors, but our ice maker is broken, and the "concessions" area only has sodas, and only one choice for diet soda.
Beds are super comfy. Rooms and hotel are clean and well kept. Hotel staff is friendly. I have really enjoyed my stay. It's within walking distance of Georgetown. Would highly recommend
Small functional room. Very small bathroom. Not worth the price we paid. Got nicer, bigger rooms at 2-3 Star places. Parking fee is outrageous. Called afterward because of a question on the bill and got a very rude customer service rep who didn't let me talk. Constantly talked over me when I tried to ask for an explanation. Thankfully it was only a one night stay.
Marriott located in Arlington right by the keybridge. Within walking distance of high end georgetown restaurants. Older hotel but still very comfortable and with upgraded large screen tvs in the room where you can access Netflix and relax after a long travel day. Approximately 15-20min depending on traffic from Reagan international airport
Monthly meeting guest in their top floor ball room. Amazing views, great food and service. And worth pointing out, it is a monthly event for Veterans and they are supportive very accommodating! Thank you.
Great hotel, been staying and meeting family here for last 30 years, my entire life. Great service, bar area is great for mid size groups, awesome indoor outdoor pool. Rooms with phenomenal view off Georgetown and DC. Brunch not phenomenal but decent variety.
This is a very nice hotel, worth all of the amenities you'd expect from a Marriott. The conference center rooms at the top have wonderful views of the Washington monument, key bridge, Potomac river, etc. Fanatic food from the restaurant.
Great location, nice rooms! For in room breakfast, do not order butter crousant, it looks and taste like its from a vending machine. Other than that everything is great!
Very friendly staff, beautiful spot overlooking water and fun setup for our work event
Much nicer inside than outside! Lots of places for food, coffee and snacks.
Rooms were nice and clean, great location with easy access to the metro. There were plenty of restaurants within walking distance.
N E V E R again. The misery I had as a result of the inept handling of my credit card lasted 4 of the 5 days I was there. Nothing like being in an expensive part of the country without a dime to spend because the hotel you're staying at "accidentally" tied up all of your funds. They tried to fix it but the fix didn't come through until 2 days after I got home. Thank goodness for a new acquaintance loaning me $20 for gas to get back home.
So, do you like PBS? Because if you do, don't stay her. The operator says, lots of people ask and its her favorite television station. But not available at you friendly Marriott at Key Bridge.
Worn out old rooms and uncomfortably small bathroom.
Excellent bartenders! My fellow Marines and I had a large gathering there after a funeral at Arlington and they took great care of us and anything we needed. Definitely a place I will return on vacation to the D.C metro area.
