This is my favorite shoe store!,They always had shoes, boots and sneaker that I like! I like the fact that coupons are sent to me. The employees are friendly and extremely helpful. The store is kept well stock and clean!

I went to this store this morning right when they opened and it was a mess. Impossible to find matching shoes and they were all missplaced. I asked to talk to the manager to point out how ugly my experience was, but the maneger didn't bother to show up, despite two calls from the cashier. I left disapponted and will never go back.

I would give this store 0 stars. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. I was treated like a child when I asked about price adjustments. All the customer service employee had to do was tell me that it's not possible, I can understand if the store doesn't do them. I was spoken to with so much hostility that it felt like they would fight me for daring to come up to them and ask. Never going back, and if you can help it, just buy your shoes elsewhere.
There are great offers and variety of shoes, the fall season is already there, and if you have a coupon, the offer is better.
The store is in disarray, the customer service is atrocious. I saw them call security on a poor old woman who came to the front to ask a question and didn't understand she had to wait in line even if she wasn't buying anything. There wasn't even anyone in line.
Too pricey and staff was not helpful. They have nice footwear, but some shoes not available.

I have liked this business and the selection they offer is awesome. You have many different choices to choose from. They are not the latest styles but they're still new. I've been shopping at DSW stores for a few years and I would recommend it to anyone. If they don't have what your looking for at store, please go on line. At times, the on line prices are cheaper then the store but they honor the lowest price in store. Staff has always been helpful in my many visits.

The Quality of the shoes is good the location excellent at Atlantic Center Mall across the street from Barclays Center.
Decent selection, but the employees don't seem to want to help. The place is a total mess so overwhelmed by the unorganized chaos of mixed up shoes, boxes everywhere and lack of employees.

Waay in the past I have found a bargain or two. I don't visit much anymore preferring to either order online or taking a trip to an outlet mall. The latest excursion I came up empty handed because two of the styles I truly liked they didn't have my size. There went an hour - so much easier on-line.

This is a purgatory of its own order. Staff are unhelpful and some unkind, the shoe boxes are so disordered that, even after searching for an hour for the right shoe to the left that you found, you can look to an indifferent salesperson and have them shrug. Also their refunds require no wearing the shoes outside at all
This DSW store is in the Atlantic Avenue Mall they have all kinds of shoes for everyday life and they have handbags, totes, scarves socks,plus more and not sure what to get a gift card is at the checkout counter check it out the next time your in Downtown Brooklyn area

Great deals on designer shoes and bags. Got extra discounts on mark down items. Wish they had more selections on size 11 sandals. I will visit again.
So much variety for all walks of life in the Atlantic Terminal mall.
Lot's of shoes to choose from for the adults. Various styles, sneakers, boots, sandals, for men. woman. You need something -it's here. Each time I come....ugh I have to buy a few pairs. You can sign up for their club and get points. Buy a few pairs and discounts will follow to drag you back. They carry bags, stockings and other accessorizes. Staff needs to give some charm. Lots of sales, shoes for less and clearance section.

When I visited this location, it was disorganized, many of the shoe boxes were crushed, dirty, or dusty, and it was not at all well stocked. Despite only 5 people in line, the 3 cashiers took forever to process them. From the line, there did not appear to be any technical difficulties or difficult customers, just bored, disinterested, and perhaps disgruntled or lazy cashiers. Other DSW locations are better than this. Tgis one is just poorly managed and staffed. Go elsewhere if you have the option! Also, one reason I shop at DSW is because they usually have wide width shoes available without having to continually ask for help. This location had NONE out that I could find. I will be sticking to Zappos or going to locations in Midtown or the UWS because it is not worth my time shopping at this location.

I like this DSW - it's one of my go-to shoe-buying locations. It's pretty big and has a good variety of shoes plus socks etc, so I've always been able to find what I want, and at a reasonable price. They don't have a lot of service, so if you want lots of hands-on help go elsewhere, but that's the way DSW is.

DSW is over priced and a mess of a store. This used to be my go to for shoes but I have apparently outgrown them. Pun intended.
I am truly a shoe lover. There is never a bad moment, even when the associate can't find your shoes. Thank goodness for managers. Excellent location and well stocked. Pay them a visit, you won't be sorry.

Horrible experience at this DSW mainly due to the manager (Mohammed). We had an issue with shoes that we bought. The soles were broken within 30 days of purchase. Of course they were worn, but less than 30 days for shoes purchased for $200 is unacceptable. The manager would not accept the return or give full credit in the store. He forced us basically to go look for another pair right there and then to "see what he can do". Equal value was not guaranteed. After spending an hour and a half at the store with our 1 year old we eventually decided to take a loss and go for another pair. We eventually met another manager at the front who was gracious enough to give us store credit for the difference, but at that point we lost an hour and a half and couldn't finish our Christmas shopping. Overall I don't know if Ill be back shopping here!
Clean, spacious store. Variations of sizes and styles. Sometimes the lines can be long which may be related to understaffing.

The place was highly disorganized and the lines took more then 20 minutes even though there was only about 6 people ahead of me. The workers were also exceptionally rude to everyone. I ve never had this issue at other locations. I also couldn t get cell service of any kind in their store, and they don t have WiFi. I could not load my emails to get the offer promo code they emailed me and so the woman at the cashier said that I could leave the store and see if it would load and then wait back in line if it was that important to me. I personally would never go to this location again and the overall experience makes me not want to go to another dsw at all.
