Convenient hotel near white flint metro stop and Rockville Pike. A hassle free stay. While they charge to park, you can park yourself

It's a nice facility. Our conference room didn't have air conditioning, but I guess everything can break.

We went there for a company's party. The decoration and food was good. The service was attentive. The parking was free during our visit (the gates were up)...I think that there is a charge for parking during normal business hours. Call the hotel in advance if you are wondering about the parking fee.

Excellent service !! From the gentleman that took our luggage from our car to our room, to the front desk manager, to the wait staff in the hotel restaurant, everyone was pleasant, helpful, and professional. The Corby Kitchen serves good and tasty food at reasonable prices. The rooms are newly redecorated with comfortable beds, coffee station, small refrigerator, and Large screen tv. Found great rate on their own website that included free parking and free breakfast each day. We will be back !!

While in the Marriott's conference room, my Verizon cell phone had little-to-no reception. And the login screen for Marriott's WiFi said that their access fee would be charged to my room (which I didn't have!). So I was cut off from the world for about four hours, during which I sat through presentations and was unable to submit questions (via the Internet, of course!). Not how I like to spend Saturday morning. The hotel is probably okay, but I will avoid this conference center.

This is a really nice place to have an event. It's well laid out and the staff seems to be very capable of doing a first-class job on a party or event. The banquet rooms are large and comfortable with a large hallway up front which really adds to the venue. Clean restrooms just overall it was extremely nice. One of the things I appreciate it as it's very convenient to the Metro. it's nice to be able to get somewhere without a car.

The renovations they've made since the last time I visited here have taken this from a great hotel to a stellar one. The location right off the metro line is a big plus as well. They've got a lively bar area that's great for socializing, the M-Club is well stocked and open 24 hours for bonvoy members and the front desk staff were very courteous.

This hotel is more of a business trip hotel. Slightly upscale place with large ballroom and conference center, and have their own trendy bar, cafe, gift shop and Starbucks. Rooms were comfy; no microwaves but they had a small fridge. Their cafe food was amazing but super expensive, and the servers were very nice.

We stayed at this property for one night in September. When I made the reservation, I accidentally chose the wrong night and realized my mistake soon after and cancelled that night and re booked for the correct date. We showed up, we ate in the restaurant, had drinks in the bar, parked in the lot and got charged and gave this hotel over 318 dollars for our stay, happily, because we are Marriott Elite members and only stay at Marriott's because we are always happy with the service we get. I even wrote this hotel a nice review. Fast forward to today when I opened my Marriott Bonvoy credit card statement and there sits a big fat charge for $125.00 for the night I had to cancel because I made a date error. I got on the phone to the hotel and without hesitation thought that was the answer to clear this up. NOPE! The guy who spoke to me basically informed me that they had a 72 hour cancellation policy (which if you stay in a lot of hotels, you know is rare) and because of that I was out of luck. He took nothing of the above information into consideration and offered me no help or hope to rectify the situation and get my money back. So, FYI people, don't let your fat fingers hit the wrong date or it will cost you big time. This is nothing short of poor customer service and a lack of treating elite card members with any respect or appreciation. So, hope you enjoy my $125.00 dollars, as I'm sure you've made quite a killing off of those kind of tactics and the parking fees. I will never recommend this hotel to anyone nor will I stay here again.

The White Flint Metro station is on the corner and a 3 minute walk to the hotel. Taxi and shuttle service is provided. There is a McDonalds on the corner for a quick bite. Construction has been on going as they transform into an onsite Conference Center with more parking. Great location for meetings and conferences which had become a lucrative venture. The location stays busy with the basics, but falls short with the same attention to details for guest rooms and services. Customer service is good, housekeeping is ok but not great all the time.

Hotel is currently in the middle of a renovation (as of Feb 2019). Guest rooms complete, still working on some public spaces. New room decor is great. Comfy, modern feel. Lots of outlets and USB ports. Staff here is helpful and super friendly.

This is a nice Marriott...location is good (next to the subway), staff is very professional, food is great, and the rooms are clean and quiet. I highly recommend this hotel if you want to avoid the crowds of DC but still be able to get to DC easily.

I really enjoyed my time at this hotel. This hotel just finished remodeling so everything in this hotel is new and modern.
One of the best part of the hotel is the quality of the service from all the staff. Each member of the staff is really friendly and glad to help.

My favorite part of my stay is actually one of the staff that works in the morning coffee shop. She is really friendly and I had a really great conversation that really cheers up my mornings. I wish I could remember names, but she is a women from what I believe is Indian descent.

This Marriott has recently been refreshed for a more modern aesthetic. The rooms have been redone, as well as the hotel lobby and restaurant areas. The conference center has not yet been updated, so hopefully that is a later phase.

Great location across the street from the White Flint Metro station, making for easy access from DC.

Bit overpriced. Have to pay $17 to park your car per night. Don't offer free breakfast, you have to buy that. No microwave in the room. Definitely not one of the best places I've stayed at.

Great spot for a small to medium sized conference.plenty of parking, metro stop I'm the parking lot. Food is very good for banquet type fare. Easy walk to a variety of restaurants. Staff is friendly and accommodating.

Pleasant, attentive service for a gala event. The outdoor terrace was open and a good alternative to the noisy area outside the ballroom. The place is attractive and conveniently located, though the signage and confusingly similar names for the convention center and the conference center cause a number of us to try to park in the wrong place.

The food offered at the gala was better than the traditional gala fare. The servers were well and professionally managed.

I would be happy to attend other events here.

Large areas are under construction. The restaurant was too small to handle our large convention. However the food was good. Our room was quiet and comfortable but the bathroom needed new fixtures. I hope it improves once construction is completed.

Wonderful hotel; the restaurant service and breakfast was outstanding! Our host Jean was the best and was closely attentive, highly recommend!

I go to a lot of conferences, and I love this conference center. It is located just across the street from White Flint Metro stop complete with walking tunnel and up-escalators to help get across. The center is best accessed by walking around to the far side of the building; meeting rooms recently remodeled; AV equipment up to the job for big-data sprints.

Beautiful restoration and upgrades. Rooms are well appointed with more electrical plugs and USB chargers than I know what to do with. Glad there is recycling available in the rooms, save our resources! Staff were kind and attentive. One Negative...no microwave available...not for the room, not in the lobby, none available.

The customer service here is amazing. Anisha at the front desk was very welcoming and polite! It was our anniversary weekend and She went above and beyond by giving us complimentary desserts. The room was clean and comfortable. Definitely affordable and in a great location. We will definitely be returning!

Had done work there in previous years. We had a conference there. Easy in easy out for DC Area.

Here for a work event, meeting room was nice, food was good, parking was easy with the parking garage.

Staff is super friendly. I arrived the morning long before checking on an international flight. They made a plan and provided a room. Super nice to take a bath after a 18 hour flight. Room is amazing and clean.

Little better than basic room with a fridge and coffee pot. Bathroom was nice, but it was a nice 3.5 star.

We came in as a group to eat at the restaurant food was good but honestly the staff were very kind Anisha at the front desk was a sweetheart and directed me to where I needed to be. Awesome location and great staff!

Went to the conference center for a work event and it was beautiful, spacious and clean. There was food service at our event and the food was delicious and the service prompt. If looking for a place to host a large event this is a good option.

Cold, sterile and cavernous spaces. I think they went for the European style but totally missed the boat. I stood at the check in counter for about 5 minutes while a single employee behind the counter conversed with a single customer and totally ignored me. There is no shop in the entire hotel. Rooms have hard surface floors and desk chair does not have wheels. Drawers for clothing are down at floor level. Room lighting is all wrong. Blindingly white at the entrance, dimly lit corners. Don't know who designed the ergonomics, but the result is a total failure.

Had a good "staycation" with the hubbs. Very clean hotel, but since the renovations, the walls are super thin... You can hear guests' conversations in their room, even if they cough... Overall, the hotel is very nice, they have a great bar scene, and restaurant. I would recommend.

This hotel is undergoing some renovations however the rooms here are really nice
The beds are super comfortable the housekeeping was awesome, and the staff were really kind. When I stayed the on-site gum was not completed however they contracted with a gum across the street so that guests still have access to a gym. The hotel is really large. The in house restaurant is open early and closes at midnight
The staff at the restaurant are super nice and provide outstanding service. Prices are reasonable too. There is also a small Starbucks walk-in on site as well.

This was a very classy hotel. Big comfortable foyer. Our breakfast was excellently catered. The rooms were cozy. I actually didn't spend much time at the hotel as I was part of a middle school field trip to Washington, DC. Still, it was a very nice place to crash after herding teens all day.

Great location, close to the Metro, 15 to Central DC. Newly renovated lobby bar is a must stop. Adult beverage selection, outstanding.

There's a Than Merrill real estate meeting here on September 9, but the organization rejected people who have already registered for the meeting to get into the conference room !

The hotel and its facilities are great. 24 hour gym is very welcome and the rooms are a good size. The conference centre is a bit dated and could use refreshing.

I was there for a Realtor conference. The accommodations were clean and presented very well. All staff I came in contact with we're pleasant spoke to me and very welcome. I highly recommend Marriott as a brand and specifically this location.

Large Room with wide windows for your view of the horizon.Spent 2 days here but felt like a year because of the welcoming environement.

Came here to visit family it was great. My family lives in a near by apartment complex, it had quick access to the metro, easy access to pike and rose which is great definitely the place to be in Bethesda. Also had breakfast here, a crab omelette it was amazing.

Relaxing getaway for business,pleasure for some alone time nice rooms

We had a holiday party from our company there. The food was fantastic, and it was plenty of parking spot for everyone to park. The crew were very nice and helpful.

Total Ripped off.We spent the weekends here with a group of friends and they charged us for parking ($17 per night) they charged us for wifi and and they would also charge us for breakfast in the morning. On top of that their rooms beds are small. I would not recommend this hotel at all.

Friendly staff clean hotel.from the minute we arrived staff were very friendly. Rooms are clean and updated. A bit far from DC but we loved it.

Had a pleasant stay, before leaving for my trip. I had to wake up very early in the morning to make my flight. They made it easy to check out, and there was coffee made and ready in the lobby when I was going.

Excellent hotel. Clean rooms, polite staff, high quality service. But, there is no pool, so don't bring a swimsuit.

Staying at Bethesda North Marriott one night for work. I checked in via the Bonvoy app and received my mobile key with no issues. Off to a great start! The hotel lobby and entry were clean and modern. I went straight to my room which was on the 8th floor. You can see the pictures attached. It was a double room with views into various retail and offices areas. Amenities were decent with tons of charging options - both outlets and USB. The room was clean with a desk, bedside table, and chair with table. The bathroom was clean and toiletries were pretty standard. The TV had a bunch of streaming options with both personal sign in and free options. I hit up the gym the night of check in. The gym was good size with relatively new, various cardio equipment (bikes, treadmills, etc) as well as various free weights and machines. There was a separate room for stretching, yoga, etc. There were only a couple people in the gym at 7:30pm. I didn t utilize any food options, etc. so I can t speak to the quality there. Overall my experience was good and I was happy with my stay. I would recommend to other business travelers based on convenience, cleanliness, amenities, etc.

Staff was nice. They should have a pool. Rooms should have a microwave. Nicely remodeled. Great location.

Great place to stay. Easy access to metro and plenty of great little restaurants within walking distance. Even some local and corporate shopping there and access to three major shopping locations via bus or metro.

This was the best Marriott hotel I ve ever been to. It s super updated. I loved my room. The hotel was too clean! Special thanks to Nick for his positive energy & checking me in super fast. Staff is so nice. Great location.

The rooms are nice, as mentioned recently updated. We came for a dance convention. Walkable restaurants are weather dependent and the ages of your travelers. Gym looks nice, but I didn t use it. Starbucks is a 12 minute walk. Hotel bar has a Marriott menu which are typically fairly good, but lacking in kid choices. Loads of Greek style eateries near, so for this central PA girl makes me happy.

I tried to call earlier in the week to have the other travelers I drive with roomed near us, and was told to do it at check in. At check in the agent I was working with was clearly frustrated at it was peak check in. They did accommodate us by getting us all on the same floor. So that was good.

The trash can is divided for recycling and trash, so that made me happy. The tap water tastes good and not chemical filled; so we used our own containers and bought no plastic water bottles. The dance convention also had water stations for the dancers. What would make it a 5, closer places to eat. They are close but traffic is heavy and the area doesn t seem pedestrian heavy.

Ate at the restaurant for breakfast and appetizers. The service was not great, we either time we ate there. And it didn t seem to be understaffed. The food was good.

Unfortunately Saturday the women s room in the convention center was poorly kept and ran out of toilet paper by 8:00 pm. Not sure it the construction impacted this because a bathroom may have been out of commission.

Always lovely. Excellent customer service. I love the new open floor plan. I have visited several times for a variety of events and have also stayed overnight for a weekend getaway. They treat everyone like a VIP even if you are just getting coffee.

All guest rooms updated fall '18. Lots of restaurants and shops within walking distance. One block from a metro station. M Lounge scheduled to open, following renovations, spring' 19. On-site restaurant serves good food. Staffers are always extremely friendly.

One of the best hotel gyms I have seen, and closest to Metro. Really can't beat location, just don't know if most can afford if not at conference

Distinguished appearance....currently renovating to bring an even more luxurious look and feel to it's already laudable state. Simply put, this is a beautiful center capable of meeting your every demand. My next conference/event/gala/fashion show/affair will definitely be held here!

Very nice stay. Had an issue with the heating unit in the room not heating, t-stat set at 77 deg, room 65 actual temp. Conveyed issue to the front desk, and they took care of it immediately. OA temp was 10 deg, windy and snowing.

At the beginning of my stay I almost gave this a one star review. I understand strick rules but a manager by the name of hector sanchez almost ruined Marriott for me. The long story short is he was unable to show himself to me after multiple requests. This is unacceptable for a leader in my opinion. After some time the lounge agenda Claudia brought me back to Marriott. She was amazing and accommodated my team with a meeting space near the restaurant. I know this is vague but contact me for details. The hotel rooms are updated and comfortable. I was very disappointed with hector's leadership but am staying upbeat. Thank you Claudia for caring about us. I know status should matter but when you spend 1/3 of your entire year in a Marriott hotel it should matter a little.

Nice hotel in an area with plenty to do. The hotel was clean, parking convenient and the hotel staff was very friendly.

Qruly lush accommodations. Public transportation less than a block away that can get you all over the DMV area. Floor to ceiling windows give fabulous views. You will have a great nights sleep.

It Was Real Nice And Big Inside My Cousin Received A Award Today

I normally don't write reviews but felt like I needed to with my experience there. I went to a work conference on 1.21.2020 and I arrived around 11am. Unfortunately I was not able to fit my truck in the parking garage so I looped back to the lobby and asked a gentleman named Andre if I could park in the back lot where the overnight guests park. He was very gracious to let me do so after I explained him my situation. He went above and beyond to help me out. Later that evening I called the front desk manager named Brock to let him know about my great experience with Andre. Brock was also a pleasure to deal with and even offered to put my name at the front desk to let them know in case I came back later in the week for more meetings that I could park in the overnight parking lot. He was also great !! I hope Marriott headquarters and Andre and Brock's management read this. They both deserve some kuddos.

The ambience, service, Restaurant & decor is everything . Such a wonderful weekend.

We attended the Miss Maryland and Miss Maryland Teen Pageant and it was the best location and beautiful. Miss Reisterstown maybe next year we will win!

A great venue for corporate events. Free parking, and central to everything and convenient from I-270.

I went to the Marriott for a wedding reception. Everything was great and the staff were very nice and accommodating. I had a great time and the food was also excellent!
