We stopped here after seeing so many reviews. The line was out the door. All they serve is Rotisserie Chicken ,french fries, rice and cole slaw. They also have a few desserts. Simple and super. Tasty seasoned rotisserie chicken cooked to perfection. We were six in our party and all ate with leftovers for $40. Great place
Worst hotel experience ever!!!
I checked in to a room at 10PM at night. The heating/AC unit did not work properly. Cooling system did not work and only hot air coming out. It felt like 85F+ in the room. I complaint and couldn't fix it. I had to move to another room. At 7AM in the morning, the constant knocking/hammering sound woke me up. I called front desk and found out that they have remodeling crew working from 7AM to 7PM. I request to move to another room and they told me they don't have any room available to move me. I called again minutes later and they agreed to move me to another room. IT IS AS NOISY AS THE OTHER ONE!!!
Nice hotel, nice staffs, nice location. Upgraded rooms could be bigger for Elite members, but except this, it's nice.
Good food and great customer service . Car rental from Hertz is very poor. The customer care of Hertz is really poor . Rest is fine. One more thing this place is smoke free but for smokers they have some areas where things can happen.

This is my second time staying and the hotel, is decent for the price. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The location is convenient going to Georgetown area and within walking distance to the Mall/Museum areas (40+ min). The room is comfortable, although the bathroom is on the small side (and there was mold in the picture hanging in our bathroom). Other than that, great hotel for the price.

Pretty nice but frankly not as polished as most other Marriotts I've been to. Shower needs regrouting, elevator is dated.. kind of nitpicky though. It's a good value considering the area.
The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and the cleanest hotel room I've ever had. The location is great with only a short walk to the nearest metro station.
I loved it I enjoyed my stay we went in the pool and it was very peaceful I would definitely come back there again.

Do not arrive early. My room was not ready until half an hour after check in. Expect to pay $25 a day for parking. No complimentary breakfast. The rooms are nice. Hotel service is good.
the bed was comfortable. The bathroom was small and we prefer a shower.
I do not recommend, room was dated, toilet continued to flush 8 to 10 time consecutively. Nobody came to room to fix and we stayed 4 nights.
The customer service at this hotel is phenomenal! Everyone from the housekeeping staff to the front desk to the restaurant staff seem to do all they can to make their guests stay enjoyable. Additionally, the food is very good and I really like the convenient access to the Metro and Georgetown. I'll definitely be staying here again in the future!
Stayed here for the Marine Corps marathon. While the location of the hotel is perfect if you are running the marathon, the rooms are not worth it. They are small and dated. The bathroom is so tiny that you can not even turn around in the shower. A door to the outside balcony was duct taped shut. The cost of this hotel was more than double the cost of the Marriott we stayed in on the way to DC. This is hotel is not the standard of a usual Marriott Hotel. We paid for location and were very disappointed!

This is a tired hotel and too close to a busy highway. The heating system is noisy and old. The fitness center does not deserve to be called a fitness center.
Large hotel in an excellent location in Arlington. The rooms are very nice and pretty quiet.

Beautifully located to be able to enjoy seeing the city and all the landmarks and statues of our great capitol. Pricing was great and they booked this room for us with only a couple hours notice.
Ok, but tired Marriott in need of a refresh. Also no safe in the room. The breakfasts buffet is a bit disappointing for the price $20 and most importantly very understaffed so you have to wait to be seated and chase service.
The room was nice, modern, and clean. The view was good on the 6th floor. The 1rtg floor had a great view. The conference staff was very polite and attentive. The conection bar and restraunt had mediocre food. I had the hot wings and patty melt. The beer tasted a bit flat on tap. The coffee shop was good. If I were in the area again I would likely sttay here again.
Roach on the drink table. Ants in the hotel room. Makeup stains (among other kinds) on the door, walls, and sheets. Uncomfortable mattress. Faulty plumbing and a fridge that didnt keep food cool. These are just a few examples of what I witnessed and experienced here. If you are like me and love Marriott Hotel, I. Would strongly advise against booking a room here. You might lower your opinion of the Marriott brand.

While I did not stay there, I went to a 3 day conference for work. The food for lunch was outstanding!! Various grilled chicken, fish and salad items to choose from. The servers and their service-impeccable and the tea that they carry is sooo delicious!
I went to a family function on the top floor, overlooking the Washington D.C. skyline. The hotel caterer did a great job! The food was cold when it was supposed to be cold and hot when it was supposed to be hot! Omelets made to order were outstanding! Great coffee!
Horrible customer service! We asked for a cot to be brought up at 6pm to our room, it never came then at 10pm we called again saying we needed the extra bed, still never came, by 12 we still had to bed and had to go to the lobby and they said they would bring on up but it took another hour. Then the next morning we ordered breakfast roomservice at 7am and it didn't come until 10am once we were walking out the door to leave!
