I called the Mark Miller Toyota service department...

I called the Mark Miller Toyota service department in the morning to ask their price on a 40,000 mile service with a synthetic oil change and was given a price that seemed reasonable. So I went to the dealership that afternoon for the service. Upon checking out the charge was $25 more than what they told me it would be on the phone. When I mentioned that to the service guy he said "Oh, the price you were given on the phone didn't include parts and labor". Really?!! Seems to me when a person asks what something costs it means just that - they want to know what it's going to cost. The service guy said "sorry" but somehow I just don't think it was sincere.

$25 isn't really that big of a deal. But I don't appreciate the surprise and being sucked in like that. I was hoping to find honesty and integrity there. I guess I shouldn't have expected that from a dealership. I guarantee I will not be returning to Mark Miller Toyota for service - or anything else for that matter. I'll go someplace else - absolutely any place else - where they'll be honest and up front about prices.

I bought a 2017 4Runner from Robin, and I couldn t be happier. He was so helpful and didn t push me at all to buy anything I didn t want to. I am going in to get new wheels on today, as well as to get a few scratches touched up. He s still trying to advocate for me even though he s already received payment for the car. I am so so grateful that honest human beings still exist on this planet. If you re looking for a new car, I highly recommend asking for Robin.

Worst car buying experience I ve ever had and it wasn t because of the shoddy deal they were going to give us. It was the way they treated us while we were there. Very condescending and unprofessional. Trying to tell me what was important to me and what I should buy and sell my car for. I think they are intimidated a little by people who speak there mind and try to bargain. Got my dream car at another dealership and the service at the other place was excellent! Won t be coming back to this place ever again.

I have been servicing my 4Runner with Mark Miller since I bought it there two years ago. They have been excellent in their service and always accommodating with providing things above and beyond just the service. I will continue to take my Toyota here because they are consistent in providing quality work. I would recommend them to anyone!

Wow. Toyota sales must be through the roof if they don't even feel the need to provide basic customer service anymore. I had an appointment with Lee Morin to look at my car and talk about options for trading up to a new Toyota. I arrived promptly for the appointment but Mr. Morin was on a call. I walked around the lot for a bit and then just stood around the entrance for 15+ minutes, all the while waiting for him to acknowledge our appointment. Nothing. Finally I spoke to another sales person at an adjacent desk and told him that I was annoyed with waiting and was about to leave. At this point, Mr. Morin got off of his call after being told this information. He never acknowledged the fact that I was made to wait. Then, when I told him I was a little put out, his response was "I was on a call, what did you want me to do?" Wow. No apology, nothing. My response (admittedly a little snarky but, hey, it's annoying to be made to wait like that) "Well, maybe honor your appointments?" At which point he adamantly gestured to the door, inviting me to take my business elsewhere. Don't mind if I do and I suggest you do the same if you want to feel like a valued customer.

Though I didn't purchase my 2005 4 Runner from MM Toyota, I have used them exclusively to maintain and service it. I've purchased two sets of tires with the warranty, and have been very pleased. For each set I purchased I called local tire stores to get the going rates, and was pleasantly surprised that the cost negotiated by my MM service reps were better than even the "sale" prices of the tire stores I contacted. The waiting areas are clean, spacious, and provide free hot and cold beverages as well as sandwiches etc. at very reasonable prices. I'm constantly impressed with how professional, helpful and courteous the service reps are. They make you feel that they care, and really try to fix your problem. In a few instances when the service was going to be longer than expected, they provided me with a loaner car, and it took less than a minute to do the paper work. I'm very satisfied with MM Toyota, and will continue doing my business with them

It had been one week since I had gotten in a huge accident that totaled my little Toyota Corolla, my insurance had called me to let me know that I needed to return my rental the following week since they had already payed out my car with the bank. So I went to Mark Miller since that is where I had purchased my Corolla about 2 years ago with Kelly, and my experience was wonderful for my first time purchasing a car through a dealership; I defiantly had to go back! Unfortunately Kelly was out for the day, however, I did have the amazing opportunity to work with Rick! And let me tell you!!!! Rick IS incredibly amazing and has A LOT of patience. Rick helped me a lot and made sure I got what I wanted! He is amazing and made sure I felt heard and understood! When I say I test drove a lot of cars and literally walked around the whole lot, Rick and I literally did just about that! You all have a great sales man who deserves the best recognition!

I made several visits to Mark Miller Toyota over the last few weeks. I visited every Toyota dealer in the area, collecting pricing and trade values, along with searching for the perfect SUV. I finally settled on the Land Cruiser, Toyota's flagship car. We signed all of the paperwork except finance documents. On the day to finish the remainder of the paperwork, after they provided a trade value already, the dealer began requesting to see the trade again. They refused to finish the deal or put any additional paperwork together until they saw the trade again. I was too busy to take it to them due to to work, and asked them to come pick it up ten minutes away. They were rushing me to bring it in. They accepted to pick it up, and then changed their minds. They had also offered to buy the car outright. But all of a sudden it was all falling apart. I was very frustrated and they didn't seem to care, even though we signed a deal that included agreed to finance rates. Long story short, they backed out of the deal unless I brought my trade immediately. I couldn't do it because of work. I even sent my employee to them to drop off items. They even called my co-buyer. But eventually it fizzled out because of the lack of effort and honesty of Juan. He was arrogant from day one and we really never wanted to buy from him. I'm glad Toyota Bountiful made a great deal and had the courage to maintain their integrity on trade value and new car pricing. Daniel and Scott won my business forever!

This was my first time getting something fixed at a dealership and I was worried that they were going to be pushy or overcharge me. But it was just the opposite! They were professional, efficient, communicated clearly, and were transparent about the repairs and estimated costs. Will definitely be going back!

I appreciated the service I received the last time I brought in my Camry Hybrid. The check engine light had turned on and I was nervous about time and costs to fix the problem. I was greeted, checked in and awaited a report on my car status with a very reasonable time frame. There turned out to be no real problem at all and the fix was under warranty. No one tried to sell on a service my car did not required, my visit costs me nothing and I was on my way within an hour and a half. My Camry was nicely washed, fluids were topped off (I believe) and a minor inspection cleared. I was very relieved. Thank you.

I recently purchased a 2014 Toyota Sienna XLE. I must say my buying experience was the best I have ever had in buyind a vehicle. The staff and salesperson were wonderful, very helpful in getting me the best deal possible. Even though it was extremely late, my salesperson took the time to show me how all of the electronic equipment works and helped me link my phone with the navigation system. He even followed up the next day to make sure that I was happy with everything. I would recommed Mark Miller Toyota to anyone.

Fortunately, the car I really wanted was priced well from the start and I didn t need to play the game . I was treated like a valued customer and I m still happy 7 days later!

I will NEVER return and I will definitely not recommend anyone. We trust you guys with our personal belongings in our vehicles, and for you to just take what doesn't belong to you is very low. I went in looking for a Tundra to lease. I met with Greg Rofle and I couldn t have asked for a better guy to work with. From the get-go he told me he wouldn t be the typical pushy salesmen and force me into something. Which he didn t and I m so glad! First off the tundra sold itself and Greg was easy to work with. Got me pretty dang close to the payment i needed to be around and the delivery was pretty quick for the most part. Greg s called a few times to make sure I was fully satisfied with how everything went. Long story short, I d recommend going and seeing Greg. Thank you!

I'm been trading at Mark Miller Toyota Downtown since January 2003 when we bought our first used car there. While Sales is great and easy to deal with, the Service Department is where they really shine. Wendell especially has taken good care of me through the years. Fortunately Toyotas don't need lots of service work so some of my visits have been for inspection/emissions and oil changes. I like the quick turnaround and final prices that match their quotes. They communicate via email, text, as well as phone so I'm always apprised of what is going on.

I recently brought my Rav 4 in to address some recall notices and also to have them look at why my airbag indicator light was staying on. The recall issues were easily fixed. However, the airbag issue was more complicated and pretty costly (about $500). The service rep told me they were anticipating a recall notice for this issue, and even though the recall had not yet been issued, he contacted Toyota to learn if my car would be covered under the recall. Not only did he get the coverage for me but he supplied a loaner vehicle for the night since, until the airbag issue could be fixed, the car was unsafe to drive. It was fixed at no charge the following day. I appreciated the initiative the service rep took to help me with this repair in a safe and affordable manner. Great Experience!

Bought a car here 9/2018. I walked in with a price in mind (essentially Kelly Blue Book value for the car) and they were able to find me exactly what I asked for, no haggling. So far they've been great with following through with the warranty and honoring our service agreement without issue.

I was dreading the process of buying a new car...expecting pushy sales people. Instead, I was able to look at cars without any pressure; when I had questions the sales staff were available and helpful. I found a Prius AWD-e and Justin and Jason made the entire purchasing process smooth and comfortable. When I picked up my Prius, Spencer (sales manager) assisted me...he was delightful and added the perfect finishing touches to my car buying experience. I am thoroughly happy with my new Prius.

I rarely give 5 star reviews; but my experience with Mark Miller Toyota has been exceptional. I've bought 4 or 5 cars from the Mark Miller Dealerships (One Subaru, three or 4 (?) Toyota's since 2003.)
They give consistently great service. We recently had our daughter's Corolla in for diagnostics, and repair. Not only did they not charge us for the repair; but discovered her battery was bad and replaced it for free! I could not be happier with the great customer service given by our service rep. Jantzen; and the personal attention given by Owner John Miller, Salesman Mark McIntyre, Service Rep. Bruce Belliston, and all of the others we have worked with there. I wouldn't think of going anywhere else!

We worked with assistant sales manager, "Randy," and oh boy, what an unscrupulous guy. We signed an "intent to buy" slip, then test drove the (used) car as a mere formality. Then when we returned to the lot, Randy informed our salesman--an un-named guy--that he had sold the car to another party during our test drive. Our salesman then apologized to us, and told us that he thought Randy and another manager were lying to us in order to justify selling the car to another party. Thanks Randy! Thanks for living up to the stereotype of the used car salesman!

Service is so good, that I have no need for a new 4Runner as my 2003 gets excellent treatment from Mark Miller Toyota. Their service has been truly exemplary. Their prices are fair and their service is outstanding with wonderful employees, a nice lounge, refreshments, car washes, shuttle service and loaner vehicles too. I don't take my 4Runner anywhere else and there's no need for a new one even with 175K miles on it.

I serviced my Toyota Camry in this location since 2011. Couple of times I went to other (closer) places just to realize how wonderful MM Toyota was for me. Love them. I sold my old Toyota along with the recommendations for this place, and got another Toyota.

I SPOKE TO 3 DIFFERENT MANAGERS AND THE RESULT OF THE WHOLE ORDEAL WAS THEM TELLING ME THEY CAN NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR PERSONAL PROPERTY THAT IS IN VEHICLES LEFT IN THEIR CARE. THEY ALSO OFFERED ME A $25 IN-STORE CREDIT. SO I GET A $150 VAPE STOLEN FROM MY CAR WHILE IN THE CARE OF MARK MILLER TOYOTA AND THEY WANT TO REPLACE IT WITH $25 THAT I HAVE TO GIVE RIGHT BACK TO THEM. THAT SOUNDS LIKE SUCCESSFUL CUSTOMER SATISFACTION!! I WILL BE BRINGING MY CAR TO THEM EVERY TIME SO THAT I CAN HAVE MY PROPERTY PUT IN THE HANDS OF THIEVES, AND TOLD IT WAS MY FAULT FOR LEAVING IT WITH THEM. AWESOME JOB FOLKS!

UPDATE: BILL NEIMAN TOOK THE TIME TO CALL ME AND RESOLVE THE PROBLEM AND LOOK INTO HIS END OF THINGS. HE AGREED TO REIMBURSE ME FOR THE MISSING VAPE AND WAS A VERY PLEASANT PERSON TO WORK WITH. Took a Toyota Prius that I just bought in to have some maintenance done. I had asked to have the rear brakes changed and they quickly informed me that they were not in need of replacing. They instead cleaned and adjusted them. I really appreciated their honesty, they saved me a few dollars. They also got me to and from work using Uber instead of their shuttle, because their shuttle was not heading my direction. All in all my experience was excellent!!

I recently bought a 4runner TRD off-road premium from them and the experience have been fantastic. I dealt with Carl Harvey and Kelly Cronin with sales and they were very knowledgeable and friendly, offering not only the best experience but the best price in the entire salt lake valley. I also interacted with Danny Van Gesen from finance and he was the finance person the most knowledgeable I have worked with in a dealership. He knows his math well and he is going the last mile to explain the process.

Took my 2006 Lexus in for a diagnostic because my air ride suspension . They never called me to keep me updated . I had to call them. When I did talk to the service writer he told me the entire system was shot. He quoted me $2600.00 for the repair. Later I took it to a local shop and the repair needed was not what mark Miller had told me. Long story longer I paid $130 diagnostic for nothing.

We had been shopping other dealers and did not have the same experience we found at Mark Miller Toyota. Kerry was out salesperson. Right from the get-go she made us feel comfortable (she even took care of my 3 year granddaughter). She took time to understand what I was looking for. She did not try to sell us on something we were not looking for. The dealership did not have the truck we were looking for. While we were there, she researched inventory from other dealerships and found what we needed.
In the end, I would recommend this dealership to my friend and family.

Finally, an auto dealership which recognizes the value of customer loyalty and satisfaction. Lyle Mitchell, Anthony Montoya, Doug Lund, and "Skyler", have, as a team, contributed to the best experience in purchasing a vehicle my family has ever experienced. We have always respected the service department for years of quality care for our 4 Runners and Celicas but our first encounter with the sales department could not have gone more smoothly and hassle free. If you are in the market for a new or quality used Toyota or Scion, this is the place to shop.

Amazing service. Friendly and courteous. Purchased a rear windshield wiper arm after a car wash kindly ripped it off. Tried installing it myself and ran into a few issues taking off the remaining pieces due to some rust and damaged threads. Stopped in to the service department and was greeted with their happy to help attitude and they got me on the road in less than 20 minutes. This is why we own 3 Toyota vehicles. Thanks!!!

I had the most pleasant buying experience when I purchase my RAV4 at Mark Miller Toyota. Jesse Tyler the Internet Sales Manager was fantastic! He patiently worked with me for several months until we found the car I was wanted for the price I had been looking to pay. He was honest, friendly, knowledgeable, and never pushy. I have never written a car purchase review before because I wasn t certain there was anything good to say about car buying. That all changed when I started to work with Jesse Tyler. I will definitely purchase my next Toyota at Mark Miller and I am extremely happy with my recent purchase.

I went in on a Saturday night( very late) thinking I was not going to get anything. On the contrary when I worked with Robin he was more than helpful and excited to help me about trading in my Chrysler for an 4 wheel drive or something newer. From the get go Robin explained to me my options. This was awesome since I m a young adult and I thought I was going to get ambushed, but none of that happened! The whole dept made sure I left happy with what I wanted and were never pushy about anything. I cannot emphasize enough how well they treated me. Every time I get a chance I recommend them 100% to a friend/family.

I wish I could say I had a great experience with t...

I wish I could say I had a great experience with the service department at Mark Miller, but that s simply not the case. My car was in need of an airbag replacement due to a recall. I contacted this dealership and spoke with Brian Payne who was actually very friendly and helpful. He took down my information and ordered the part needed to resolve my issue.

Fast forward 1 week. I was contacted by a lady from Mark Miller and she wanted to schedule an appointment to have the new airbag installed. I told her how Brian suggested a loaner car so I wouldn t be without transportation, and was told she would arrange that. I made an appointment and I figured everything was good to go.

Fast forward another week. I called to confirm my appointment and was told that they hadn t setup a loaner car. After 10 minutes on hold, they were able to reserve one for me. I get to the dealership, and once again was told a loaner car hadn t been reserved for me. However after speaking with a service manager, they were able to round one up for me. I don t know, this whole process seemed very disorganized.

The main reason for this 1 star review was this vehicle report that was sent to me upon the repair being completed. They were recommending some additional repairs. The total amount for these repairs would be $1,285.76. Here is a breakdown...

New Windshield = $255.00
AC Refresh = $99.95
New Cabin Air Filter= $49.95
2 New Tires Mount & Balance = $415.08
Replace Power Steering Fluid = $109.95
Replace Transmission Fluid = $209.95
Replace Serpentine Belt = $145.88

After speaking with my trusted mechanic, an AC refresh was not necessary. The power steering fluid is fine. The belt has another year or two left. My front tires just need to be rotated to the rear. The transmission fluid is not burnt or contaminated, but is slightly discolored due to the age of my vehicle. He agreed with the other suggested repairs.

I was able to replace my cabin air filter for $12 and two minutes of my time. I replaced my serpentine belt out of caution for $24 and 15 minutes of my time. I had my tires rotated for $22. I was quoted $175 for a new windshield somewhere else.

As you can see, some of the repairs were not necessary, while other repairs were very simple or could be done somewhere else for a small fraction of the price they quoted. I can t help but to question the integrity of this service department. I understand that they are a business that needs to be profitable, but this behavior is nothing short of greedy.

My 2014 4Runner was doing this weird shake thing whenever I braked so I called the dealership to get an appointment for the problem to be fixed. I was given a "rental" car while my car was being fixed. The service representative assigned to my vehicle, Bruce, called to update me multiple times. He was informative, kind and attentive. He told me what absolutely needed to get done to fix the shake, gave me his recommendations on services that would make my car run smoother but never pushed to sell any services. I did everything he recommended and my car is running as smooth as when I first bought it.

I LOVE Mark Miller Toyota. Mark Miller Toyota has performed all the maintenance on my 2010 Yaris. Had an oil change done last weekend and was not disappointed. Had a real friendly gentleman help me with my service and he took the time to explain what was good and what needed attention on my car. Really appreciate that I was in and out of there in a flash. Hardly had any time to drink my coffee. LOL Would recommend Mark Miller Toyota to anyone needing service on their car.

Great experience! Mark Miller has great deals on their vehicles. No hidden fees either. I drove all the way from St. George to find the perfect trucks and I got it at a great price. Definitely give them a chance if you are looking at a new or used Toyota.

ABSOLUTE WORST CAR EXPERIENCE! We brought in my 2010 Toyota Prius, they took a week to fix it and charged us $1000. We came to pick it up and the next day (not even 50 MILES later) the car broke down with the EXACT SAME PROBLEM as before. We took it back in for them to check and they told us it would be $1800 for them to fix what they already should have fixed. ALSO belittled us telling us they made no mistakes fixing the parts (even though they VERY OBVIOUSLY did, why else would we have driven off with the same exact problem??) NEVER RETURNING! BUNCH OF SWINDLERS!

Great dealership. I was split between a subaru and a toyota. Justin Wilhite made the process of trading in my leased subaru for a tacoma so easy and effective. On top of the high quality sales experience, I've been promised great service benefits as well. Certainly better than the non-mark miller dealership I was working with for my subaru lease.

Have serviced my 2013 4runner here since I bought it (from another dealer) . Excellent service and comfortable waiting area . Prices are competition (sometimes a little higher than what can be gotten elsewhere) but never outrageous. Their service advisers are all extremely helpful and a great resource for all sorts of care care questions/concerns.

The employees at Mark Miller Toyota are stellar, always nice, polite, and helpful. However, I made an appointment for 12:30 (had to wait two weeks to get one) and then did not actually pull my car into the garage for over an hour and 20 minutes. Ridiculous! When I got in line, there was one car on the rack and one car ahead of me. The service was for my 30,000 mile service, which includes an oil change and tire rotation.

I have been having my vehicles serviced at Mark Miller for years (yes, they're that good.) My service advisor this time, I think his name was Jeremy or Jeremiah, was excellent. He called me when the mechanic noticed a few things that that should be addressed down the road and was not pushy when I told him I wanted to wait. My truck was finished within the time frame they said it would be and the price was under the estimated quote. They even thoroughly washed my truck for free which saved me about $15 from washing it myself.

What a terrific service experience! We live 2 1\2 hours away from Salt Lake City, but, based on our previous experiences, decided it was worth the time and fuel to drive to Salt Lake so as to utilize Mark Miller Service Department, and we were not disappointed! Once again, we were treated with the utmost courtesy and efficiency. The dealership provided a loaner car so we could utilize the time while our vehicle was in the shop to do errands, and they analyzed and fixed the problem by early afternoon. Thanks for an impressive service experience! (Again!)

Excellent customer service from start to finish. We purchased a 2019 4Runner Nightshade from Mark Miller about a week ago (Memorial Day weekend). I contacted the dealer and spoke with Robyn. He was fantastic on the phone, answered all our questions and listened/explained everything. Few hours later we came to the dealership and met Robyn. He was working with another customer so he handed us over to Austyn (thanks for not making us wait) and Austyn was great. Showed us the exact car we wanted, gave us options and then we worked on numbers. While all this was happening they valued my trade in. After a quick negotiation we agreed to numbers and we were back in the office with Mark in Finance. Had a great chat and he was able to beat my financing rate (USAA). Unlike most finance guys, he wasn t pushy. He made the traditional warranty offers, but wasn t a jerk when we declined. Best finance experience to date.

We are getting some accessories purchased at deal put on tomorrow. The accessories manager was quick to schedule appointment and ensure we have a loaner car setup. I also spoke with the titling department and she was great too. I m plating out of state and she made sure to annotate my account to avoid any issues with registering.

This is my third Toyota and The Mark Miller team definitely didn t disappoint. Thanks for the awesome ride!

Only recommendation: include a nice keychain with purchase :).

Always have had awesome service from this dealership, probably the best Toyota dealership I have ever been to in my life. With past experiences from Karl Malone Toyota I was headed to purchase a Subaru. Mark Miller is a big reason why I have only owned Toyota s and still do so in Utah Fast efficient work and the outcomes are awesome as per always Must literally be the best workshop/service location I have ever seen in my life. I would be shocked if any service center in Utah let alone the USA could compare to the new building that Mr. Miller has set up I have already recommended this dealership and a particular salesman (Josh Latta), how easy it is to find an honest salesman that actually cares about the customer and not just making a sale? Good luck on finding a single one anywhere let alone at a Larry Miller dealership, Josh is the pinnacle of what a salesman should be.

We have purchased from another prominent Salt Lake City Toyota Dealer in the past (Larry Miller), and there were always games about the amount for the trade-in and then the price on the new-to-us vehicle: "This is our offer. Do you have a counter offer? I'll have to take it upstairs. They're willing to move this far. Counter offer? I'll take it upstairs ." Unless we wanted to pay a completely unreasonable price for the vehicle, the whole process took the entire day! Literally! What a breath of fresh air Mark Miller Toyota is!! We located the vehicle we wanted online during our research, and it happened to be in stock at Mark Miller Toyota. Ken Shaw was very professional, offered us a good amount for our trade-in and, at the same time, offered us a great price on the new vehicle. We were stunned! We had done a lot of research and were prepared to demand a certain amount for the trade-in and not pay a penny more than what we had researched for the new-to-us vehicle. Ken's numbers came in almost exactly where we had predetermined - without the incessant back-and-forth and without taking all day! My 5 star experience took place a couple of weeks ...

My 5 star experience took place a couple of weeks ago....needed to renew my auto registration which required an inspection. I dropped in without an appointment and was greeted by Alex who kindly checked me in. Tyler P. explained that the smog inspection happens in another part of the dealership and takes about an hour. He asked if I would be okay waiting and offered me a drink, he was so sweet. My visit ended with Randall who asked me if I would like him to take care of my registration before checking me out....My response was HECK YA! I was so thrilled that I was not going to have to spend my next day at the DMV. All three men went above and beyond! Absolutely love Mark Miller Toyota!!

I have just recently come back from my LDS mission...

I have just recently come back from my LDS mission and am starting college in the fall...so I was in need of a car! I tried first going to Tom Dahle Nissan and they were HORRIBLE. Pushy and rude and totally offensive towards my mom...and lying and shoving us towards cars out of our price range and what we did not want....so we ofcourse left there very angry and frustrated....I felt super overwhelmed and upset and decided to check out Mark Miller Toyota where my sister had purchased her Prius. We headed right over there that same night. I walked in and immediately we were welcomed by multiple people and attended immediately by a salesman. The first thing I told him was, "We were just shoved around by Tom Dahle Nissan, so please don't push us like them or were leaving." and with a smile he said, "Don't worry, we don't work like that here! Come and take a seat." And his words held true! I had the most amazing experience there. They were so friendly and really listened and helped me out a ton! In less than 20 minutes we had found my car and I was in it, test driving it! I am now the proud owner of a 2015 Toyota Corolla! :) I am super happy with their customer service and patience with us! I would definitely recommend EVERYONE and ANYONE who's smart to go to Mark Miller Toyota SLC. It's the best by far and they make purchasing a car a painless, easy, and might I say Fun experience! I bought my truck from Mark Miller Toyota/Scion and have been going back for service ever since. They have always treated me how I like, and I have never felt like I was being screwed over. You can tell they never want to give you a reason to NOT come back. From the front desk staff, to the courtesy shuttle drivers, you can tell they are trying to make you comfortable. I accidentally left my wallet in the car during my last service, and Mitch made an effort to find it for me and let me know it was safe and not lost. Love this place!

2015: Great customer service. Having a modified FJ Cruiser and doing lot of off-roading Mitch Fuller and his team have helped keep me going. Great people to work with.

Update: Just bought my new Toyota Rav4 from Mark Miller Toyota. They are the only dealer I will by my cars from or have any service completed. I think this makes the 8th for our family. Another happy customer!

After having a not so great experience here 5 years ago, I was hesitant to buy another car from here. However Samantha was a god send. She was such an amazing salesperson. She kept us up to date on the on goings of my truck even when she was sick at home. Then because she couldn't be there to walk us through the experience when my truck was ready, she had Robin take care of us. They treated us like family. I would be happy to buy 50 cars from them just because they are outstanding.

They have by far one of the best service departments i have ever been to. Sadly i purchased my new tacoma at larry h miller toyota because at the time Mark miller had no white tacomas in stock but i wish i would have waited because my experience with Mark Miller has been far better. I have purchased vehicles from them as well and am happy with the transparency and overall the service department is awesome.

Somethings completely wrong with this place and the whole Toyota product just went in to buy a battery terminal for a 10-year-old car they charge $32 you can buy two for five dollars but the way they designed at the standard ones will not work I imagine their car sales commissions are the same way just a rip off

We took about 2 hours ordering our 4Runner it took 3 weeks to get to the dealership and when we saw it we decided it would be to small. Tyler Hall did a great job at helping us, we ended up buying a Land Cruiser and we are absolutely in love with it. The dealership overall was easy to work with and very reasonable. Loved that they had a little Cafe and places for the kids to play during the process. We actually ended up going back and purchasing a Tacoma 2 days later.
