Excellent customer service from start to finish. We purchased a 2019 4Runner Nightshade from Mark Miller about a week ago (Memorial Day weekend). I contacted the dealer and spoke with Robyn. He was fantastic on the phone, answered all our questions and listened/explained everything. Few hours later we came to the dealership and met Robyn. He was working with another customer so he handed us over to Austyn (thanks for not making us wait) and Austyn was great. Showed us the exact car we wanted, gave us options and then we worked on numbers. While all this was happening they valued my trade in. After a quick negotiation we agreed to numbers and we were back in the office with Mark in Finance. Had a great chat and he was able to beat my financing rate (USAA). Unlike most finance guys, he wasn t pushy. He made the traditional warranty offers, but wasn t a jerk when we declined. Best finance experience to date.

We are getting some accessories purchased at deal put on tomorrow. The accessories manager was quick to schedule appointment and ensure we have a loaner car setup. I also spoke with the titling department and she was great too. I m plating out of state and she made sure to annotate my account to avoid any issues with registering.

This is my third Toyota and The Mark Miller team definitely didn t disappoint. Thanks for the awesome ride!

Only recommendation: include a nice keychain with purchase :).
