TOOK MY CAR IN FOR A RECALL. WHEN I GOT MY CAR BAC...

TOOK MY CAR IN FOR A RECALL. WHEN I GOT MY CAR BACK, MY VAPE WAS MISSING. I SPOKE TO 3 DIFFERENT MANAGERS AND THE RESULT OF THE WHOLE ORDEAL WAS THEM TELLING ME THEY CAN NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR PERSONAL PROPERTY THAT IS IN VEHICLES LEFT IN THEIR CARE. THEY ALSO OFFERED ME A $25 IN-STORE CREDIT. SO I GET A $150 VAPE STOLEN FROM MY CAR WHILE IN THE CARE OF MARK MILLER TOYOTA AND THEY WANT TO REPLACE IT WITH $25 THAT I HAVE TO GIVE RIGHT BACK TO THEM. THAT SOUNDS LIKE SUCCESSFUL CUSTOMER SATISFACTION!! I WILL BE BRINGING MY CAR TO THEM EVERY TIME SO THAT I CAN HAVE MY PROPERTY PUT IN THE HANDS OF THIEVES, AND TOLD IT WAS MY FAULT FOR LEAVING IT WITH THEM. AWESOME JOB FOLKS!

UPDATE: BILL NEIMAN TOOK THE TIME TO CALL ME AND RESOLVE THE PROBLEM AND LOOK INTO HIS END OF THINGS. HE AGREED TO REIMBURSE ME FOR THE MISSING VAPE AND WAS A VERY PLEASANT PERSON TO WORK WITH. I AM HAPPY THAT THIS SITUATION WAS RESOLVED SO FAST AND THAT I AM NOT OUT THE $ I SPENT ON MY VAPE. THANKS FOR THE AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE BILL!!
