My second time at this dealership. Second time being much more successful, as I actually was able to purchase the car I wanted and not be forced into a sale. Buying a car is a lengthy process, it would have been nicer if it was some how able to go faster. Bailey our sales rep was hands down a 100. Great kid. The finance guy was a little too pushy. I understand they have jobs to do and pushing product addons is money in the pocket for them. BUT when a customer says no, it should not turn into a battle of wills...and just constant back and forth. All in all I'd probably shop here again simply because they have the best deals in the city.

My trip to Marietta Toyota was to have my 30,000 mile scheduled service completed.

They have treated me right. The waiting area is clean and around lunch they put out a few snacks.

Everyone I dealt with from Mitchell Davis, Will Payne, Roy(sorry don t remember his last name) and the receptionists were all very helpful and knowledgeable. I would recommend Marietta Toyota to anyone for their next vehicle.

My experience with Marietta Toyota was wonderful! My husband and I worked with Rick Knoll for the purchase of a 2015 Toyota Sienna. Over about a three week time period, we made multiple visits to the dealership to look at the inventory, to do a test drive, and to ask questions. Rick was always agreeable, knowledgeable, and prepared. We are so happy with the vehicle, with the price and with the service that we got that I would recommend Marietta Toyota and especially Rick Knoll to anyone!!!!

Fred and chad is the best sales people they got me a good deal on a 2018 corolla sport I will recommend anyone that needs a car to go see chad or Fred at marietta Toyota new car sales it was a seamless process. I went to other dealers and it was a headache went to marietta Toyota and great service went and looked at some corollas and found the one I wanted. If I ever need another car I will be going back to marietta Toyota

The service department staff are always very friendly and professional. They are willing to answer any questions I may have. I am able to make my appointment easily and am able to get in and out within an hour (for regular maintenance), which is GREAT!

It was an even slower process than with other dealerships. No one seemed to move with any sense of urgency. I was there for over 6 hours. I did get a great deal though, so that part was great.

I bought a 2019 Toyota Sienna. Robert Glover Jr. was my salesman. He was very professional and helpful. There was no 15 minute attempt to sell an extended warranty or VIN etching, etc.

In addition, when I wanted to sell my trade-in to CARMAX instead of Marietta Toyota, he drove me there and waited while they processed the sale. He volunteered to do this, and the sale was not dependent on it.

I had the pleasure of working with both Tom and Rick. Both made this hands down the easiest car purchase in the history of my many, many car purchases.

Important to note: everyone was friendly along every step of the way.

Problems:
- pulled vehicle into the bay and felt rushed through the process and because of this, was unable to submit all the concerning issues with the vehicle.
- arrived for my scheduled appointment to find out the parts for my vehicle were never ordered. Had to reschedule.
- attempted to pick my vehicle up after finding out parts were not ordered and could not enter my vehicle because someone broke my door handle and no one told me - in fact no one knew about it until I discovered it.
- I was told the diagnostic fee would go towards the repairs of my vehicle but the invoice does not reflect this. I still need to follow up about this.

Solutions:
- the rental was free and was quite nice to enjoy.
- they extended the use of the rental until my vehicle was properly repaired.
- the part numbers I requested were on the invoice as per my request.
- it should be mentioned again that everyone was very nice and patient throughout the whole process.

Conclusion:
Even though I do feel the price was higher than other auto shops with a certain amount of that to be expected, I do feel confident the issues I brought my vehicle in for were resolved to the correct specifications. It is nice to know I should not need to worry about the issues again for a long time.

Yes, I would bring my vehicle back if needed with the hope I can drive another new rental from Toyota.

I bought two cars in a span of 30 days hassle free. I was very satisfied with customer service as well as the best and reasonable car prices. Compared to other dealerships, this one has more options and car collection. I worked with Shawn both times to purchase my car and he was very helpful, cooperative and knowledgeable. Only have my maintenance done right here: Marietta Toyota Service. Nehemiah, Jon, Tara and Breahana are my favorites. They set me up with my appt, get me a rental car, complete any recall or repair, emission testing, & every now & then...I come back & pick up my 4Runner...and it s all clean. A+

Love their service and they are amazing at getting deals

Service was below average/good in every aspect. This dealership always has very very very slow service. Unless you literally have all day, don t make an appointment. It means nothing. What should have been a quick & easy fix, turned into an almost 3 hour wait which in conclusion, ended up inconveniencing me entirely. The 2 stars is solely for completing the service done to my car. It would ve been 3 stars but they did not put the scent that I asked for in my car when changing my air filter.

My battery light came on while driving on 41. Power steering was lost as I was turning into Marietta Toyota. Thought it was my battery, Jon Thomas was the tech who helped me. Very friendly, nice and explained what may be the cause. The battery would have been my prefer issue, it was my alternator.

This is not my usual Toyota dealer I go to , if I had to change dealers I would come to this location. Everybody was super nice & friendly.

Really pleased with how the service staff communicates the repairs that are needed. They also own up if they under quite a repair. I always bring my Tacoma here.

Brain is nice and knowledgeable. Oil change was done in less than one hour.

The Rental department made renting a car a pleasure! Guaranteed car available with a $50/deposit at time of rental, which upon picking up rental was automatically applied to total bill. Rental Manager was very professional and delightful! They charge a refundable $250 at time of rental but automatically credited upon return of an undamaged vehicle. It was a wonderful experience compared to our previous rental car nightmares! If you need a rental, this is the place, Marietta Toyota Rental Car Service.

Outstanding Service today at Marietta Toyota! Toyota needed front brakes and rotors. Everyone was very professional and helpful, however there was two employees who were amazing and definitely deserve an immediate raise. Marietta Toyota is amazing! They have a wonderful service department that explains everything and I alway s leave feeling great ! I have been going to this dealership since 2002 and I always received great service. There are several great service associate , but Greg is absolutely wonderful. He is knowledgeable and has the best customer service. This dealership is more like family to me!

The thing I didn't like was a had an appointment at 2 o'clock but it took 2 hours for a oil change and to rotate the tires that ridiculous had to be somewhere before. 5 .Barely made it

The dealership has 3 locations adjacent to eachother (new cars, used cars, service) so be aware of which bldg. applies to your situation.

I had a pleasant experience at the new cars location. The interior was bright and clean. My sales person was Jimmie and he took good care of me. We went on a proper test drive (8 miles) which allowed me to test the car's capabilities. Tim was my finance guru and he made the numbers work. It took some sacrifice from both sides but we made it happen.

My only complaint is that I wish they provided some food. I was there from 11-4 and I was starving when I left.

My experience with Marietta Toyota was amazing. My sales person Chad Trull was extremely helpful and a pleasure to work with.

They are pretty good at availability. I went there to set up an appointment expecting to get one after a day or two, but it was instant. They performed a multipoint inspection which i like the most, reason being i have the knowledge of what needs future attention. They provide a quality service.

I had been getting my car serviced at Marietta toyota Service Center for almost for more than 20 years (even purchased 3 cars from them). I am sorry to see that customer service has deteriorated at Marietta Toyota over the years. Attendants are not friendly and the girl at the payment desk was inattentive, inappropriately rude, and clearly did not want to help the customers. I will not be returning to Marietta Toyota.

I'm in CA and found a used Toyota (in GA) that I needed checked out before purchase. Ashley and her service team understood I was trusting them for an objective opinion and they went above and beyond to scrutinize the vehicle, send me undercarriage pics and discover much of its history. Like many other reviews on this business, I too, found it to be severely lacking in customer service. Two people that I and my daughter dealt with at this dealership, Dorothy the operator/receptionist and the salesman Fred Matte were the only saving graces. They seem like good people. I did find the sales manager to be rude even after we did everything the dealership asked of us. It took 5 hours and 10 phone calls to finally get a call back after we had jumped through all of their hurdles, only to have him be rude and dismissive. I guess they don't really want or need the sales. That's fine. Good to know what kind of dealership this actually is before we make our purchase.

I hope the GM, Mr. BJ Hope, is able to get things turned around or they won't be able to remain competitive in the market they reside in.

Salesman was very courtess, and genuinely concerned about satisfying the customer needs. However the financing was two percent higher than other dealers.
