My second time at this dealership. Second time being much more successful, as I actually was able to purchase the car I wanted and not be forced into a sale. Buying a car is a lengthy process, it would have been nicer if it was some how able to go faster. Bailey our sales rep was hands down a 100. Great kid. The finance guy was a little too pushy. I understand they have jobs to do and pushing product addons is money in the pocket for them. BUT when a customer says no, it should not turn into a battle of wills...and just constant back and forth. All in all I'd probably shop here again simply because they have the best deals in the city.
