Over experience was great, they adhere to the social distances on the inside of the waiting room, and made sure you were updated on your car progress. We had a lil set back because my wife vehicle was recently purchased from someone but they had that persons name still in their systems and it was an inconveniences for us waiting long and they trying to contact us but everything was resolved Brian was excellent in rectifying the incident and helping us getting to where we needed to go. In the past I've used another location of Toyota and I can't say that the service was that good.I had decided not to go there anymore. Saturday, January 27 I departed Atlanta on a long drive to Michigan when the motor on my new Prius developed a "miss." Long story short, a Service Department Manager named Ashley assisted in getting my car repaired. Ashley is the most gracious and helpful person I have recentlyencountered. She is a real "keeper" and your dealership is fortunate to have her on your staff. I personally thank Ashley, the service mechanic that I did not meet, and your dealership for the WONDERFUL service experience. Thank you ever so much!

I bought my first new car through Marietta Toyota. I was helped by Chad & Rick, both of them went above and beyond to make sure I get what i wanted. Very friendly and open minded staffs. I would highly recommend if you are looking to buy a Toyota.
I went in for a tire rotation, oil change and to top off my fluids on July 17th. On the night of July 20th, I was on my way to a party and noticed a noise coming from my front passenger wheel while driving on the highway. I pulled over and called my boyfriend, who told me to drive home. To make a long story short, when I took off the hubcap, one of the lug bolts that holds my tire on fell off. So the noise I was hearing was the sound of the bolt flipping in between the tire and the hubcap, as the wheel turned. So I missed my party and the bolt could have gotten between the rotor and the wheel, causing more damage. This is the 2nd time I have taken my car in for an oil change, and something wasn t properly done.

Cobb Toyota service is the Best except for one of the cashiers did not know her job well but tried to make me look like I didn t know what I am talking about. When the other cashier told her what I was talking about, she didn t even apologize. BUT, that little incident won t stop me from going to cobb Toyota for my services.
Adding a star because they re friendly, but the length of time they took to do the 5k mile service on my car was absolutely unreasonable.
Best place for service, there quality of service is outstanding, from syntheics oil changes to brake pads and rotors. I always look at the results of the service to determine the quality of service, like oil leaks when the drip pan nut is not put in correctly or transmission pan not tighten properly from transmission service...
Had to wait over a hour and a half just to see the finance manager to buy a basic 2019 Toyota Camry. The sales manager tried to charge me 31 thousand for it, thought he was charging me for a Tacoma because that is about how much I paid for my Tacoma at Five Star Toyota. After he went back to the office to talk with who ever a few times, got it dropped to a more reasonable price. Couldn't leave after deciding to buy it so had to stay there the whole time waiting to see financing. There was only one guy working in financing also. He was so over worked that even his wife was sending him hate texts. The APR they charge at this dealer is about double than what it should be. For my Tacoma from Five Star it is only about half the interest they charge at Marietta plus my credit has gotten better since buying my Tacoma. I know the economy has gotten better, but the damn APR doesn't double because of it. Save your time and money. Go to Five Star to buy your vehicles which will be a much better experience than at Marietta.
Jimmie, salesperson, gave me a drive out quote via phone. Same price when I went on site. No pressure to buy ever, my decision.

I went up here today to look into purchasing a 2017 C-HR. Walked into the show room and not a single sales person even looked at me, much less ask if I needed help. I then walk out to the lot and walk around for 45 minutes. After having multiple salesmen walk passed me and not say a word, I went back inside and no one could be found. I was there to purchase a car and was never even acknowledged. I will never go back. Went to Toyota on Barrett and they were more than helpful.
It took 2 hours for a battery replacement, which was way too long.
I am very dissatisfied and frustrated by the service today, scheduled an 11.30 am for oil change, 2hrs 15min later I inquire why the long wait, I'm told to wait another 20 min????very unhappy
Went in for a airbag replacement. They destroyed my solar bobbleheads and made the driver's side window out of the track. Asked them to fix it, they accidentally shattered the glass window. They said they would pay me if I buy bobbleheads and will replace the window. I had to keep the car there for a day. When I came back the window was repaired and they paid me back for bobbleheads I bought. Steve Hannon was the only saving grace I was grumpy and he was way nicer than I deserved, he deserves a raise.

Great service experience. Picked up a gigantic nail in my rear passenger tire and thought I would have to get the tire replaced or spend all day waiting on it. Service dude was friendly, I had a cup of free coffee and checked my email (free wifi) and they were able to patch my tire and get me back on the road. Maybe 30 minutes in the store with no prior appointment. Kudos to Chris and the rest of the Service team!
We preordered a 2021 Avalon Hybrid Limited and the entire process was effortless. Lucas updated us on the ETA on a regular basis and after the car arrived the final sale papers were processed promptly and the finance manager Christine was very efficient. The whole process was great.

I have always found Marietta Toyota to a great place to have the maintenance on my 2015 Highlander done. My only complaint is they do not wash my Highlander when complete. I have had to have work done by other Toyota dealers when traveling and they have always ever washed my SUV or provided me with a pre-paid car wash near by.

Needed new battery old battery warranty was only 36,000 miles or 2 years. Ended up paying for new one my car had 40,000 miles.
This place is always great but today I would say they were exceptional! I arrived on time and was immediately greeted. My oil change was completed very quickly and everything was explained. I took my car in to have the key fob reprogrammed because it wasn t working properly anymore. Upon checking in, I found out that my car had several recalls that needed to be taken care of. They set me up in a loaner, and had me back out the door within 15 minutes.
I got a call later that my key fob could not be reprogrammed, that the car computer was not responding to it for whatever reason, and I would either need a new key, or a new key and the car to be reprogrammed, which was not cheap. I told them I would shop around for a place that might be able to reprogram the key.
I picked the car up 48 hours later, and Clayton greeted us when we arrived. He tried to unlock my car with the remote key fob and it didn t work (as I already knew), and by the time he pulled the car around to me, the remote magically worked! I asked him what he did, and he showed me how to fix it. It turns out, that s all it took!
Five stars for Clayton, who also looked after my three-year-old while I checked out. Five stars for the quick in and out service across the board, and taking care of the needed repairs. No stars for telling me my key could not be programmed to the car and that I needed to pay a lot of money for a new key and possible reprogramming.
Moral of the story, because of Clayton, I will be back!!

They will lie through their teeth until the very last second about price. They tried to add SEVEN THOUSAND DOLLARS in at the last second to the out the door price we had been discussing, and acted like I just didn't understand how car sales worked... went down the street to Jim Ellis Mazda where they sold a car to me at exactly the out the door price I was promised. Incredibly pushy. Stay away at all costs.

Working with the salesman, Mr. Jonathan Jones was a pleasant experience, he was patient, knowledgeable, and respectful of my time, as well as, my position on the sale. Beyond him is when to be careful.
When entering finance I was ask if I would be rolling my tax in to the monthly payments or paying that amount out of pocket. Which was not told to me beforehand, I initialed off on a out the door price and payment with the sales staff. Also, make sure you receive copies of everything you sign, especially extended warranty information before leaving the dealership, which I did not (the dealership is in the process of mailing it to me). Also, ask for amounts each item, GAP, extended warranty, before signing because that will not get told to you either.
Last thing to mention, the sales staff was very communicative before purchasing the vehicle, (online, email) afterwards not as much. I realized after the purchase of my vehicle (Tacoma) the motor was lacking power (4-cylinder). Which I didn't realize until driving down the interstate, I know some dealerships has an exchange policy as long as it hasn't been too many days or miles, I attempted to contact the sales manager about his and no response.
