Important to note: everyone was friendly along every step of the way.

Problems:
- pulled vehicle into the bay and felt rushed through the process and because of this, was unable to submit all the concerning issues with the vehicle.
- arrived for my scheduled appointment to find out the parts for my vehicle were never ordered. Had to reschedule.
- attempted to pick my vehicle up after finding out parts were not ordered and could not enter my vehicle because someone broke my door handle and no one told me - in fact no one knew about it until I discovered it.
- I was told the diagnostic fee would go towards the repairs of my vehicle but the invoice does not reflect this. I still need to follow up about this.

Solutions:
- the rental was free and was quite nice to enjoy.
- they extended the use of the rental until my vehicle was properly repaired.
- the part numbers I requested were on the invoice as per my request.
- it should be mentioned again that everyone was very nice and patient throughout the whole process.

Conclusion:
Even though I do feel the price was higher than other auto shops with a certain amount of that to be expected, I do feel confident the issues I brought my vehicle in for were resolved to the correct specifications. It is nice to know I should not need to worry about the issues again for a long time.

Yes, I would bring my vehicle back if needed with the hope I can drive another new rental from Toyota.
