What an excellent experience! I had been searching for a car for a couple of months and came to Marietta Toyota after a couple bad experiences elsewhere. Justin Gispert helped me out and was very knowledgeable, kind, and straightforward with the whole process. All of the staff were friendly and helpful, I will definitely continue my business with them and have told all of my friends about Marietta Toyota!

From the moment I walked into Marietta Toyota I knew I was at the right place. I am a first time buyer and went to other dealerships in Cobb county, but at the end of the day I came back to this dealership. Not only did they have the best offer and car options, but the best service. My sales Associate, Richard King, told it to me straight. He did not try to get me to lease a car that was out of my budget like other dealerships and even gave me advice about buying/leasing cars. As it was my first time, I had a lot of questions and the financier, Roberto Manzur, was more than happy to answer every question I threw at him. I walked out of his office knowing exactly what I signed for and feeling assured it was the best deal that they could offer me. Even after I drove away with my new Toyota both Richard and Roberto are always there to help me when I call in. Not only are they family owned, but they really make me feel like family. Great place to get a lease or buy a new car.

They sold me my car and I ve been going there for all services. They re fast and thoughtful, they even called me on my birthday

I had a really good experience buying my first car with Marietta Toyota. Morris Mega, the sales representative made the experience very comfortable and he tried his best to get the car I wanted at the price I was comfortable paying. He answered all my questions and showed me several cars that I was interested in and explained all the features the car contained and overall just provided awesome customer service. I never felt pressured to purchase a car or felt like I was talking to a sales rep, and instead I felt like I was talking to a friend. I definitely recommend Morris to other people because he was honest, friendly, and professsional. I really appreciate Morris along with Marietta Toyota for making my car buying experience comfortable and fun.

I must admit...Terrance Jones and his technicians did a superb job completing my 105000 maintenance service. They noticed I had a bad battery, and replaced it. One of the terminals was bad and they replaced it for free. They also didn't charge me for the maintenance service. YEPPIE!

We had a wonderful experience with Marietta Toyota. Mr. Dale Snyder (our salesman) was very helpful and patient with us. He got us through the process very quickly. He waited with us for Mr. Roberto Mansur (F&I Manager). Mr. Mansur got us through the loan process quickly also. He was very friendly, kind and courteous. They made a very scary process very smooth. Toyota is lucky to have them and we are proud to be apart of the Toyota family!!

I purchased a 2019 Tacoma TRD PRO from this dealership and it was definitely not the best experience buying a vehicle. First, there was an added cost not agreed to when the vehicle arrived and I should walked away but had given them $2500 to order the truck. Second issue the finance manager asked me to work with the dealership because he could get me the best loan rate based on my exceptional credit rating, but he offered me a percentage well above what I was offered at Bank of America. This forced me to call the bank at the dealership and get a loan while I was in finance and that BS should not have occurred. To add more fuel to the fire, he asked me to take his rate and refinance the loan after a few months. Why does Marietta Toyota have a person working in finance that would make such a suggestion to a customer. I would never recommend a friend or anybody to purchase a vehicle from this dealership. I wouldn t ever go there for service if wasn t so convenient and they did good job servicing my other truck. Totally disappointed and it s taken me a few months to calm down and write a review based on how they did without the emotion I walked away feeling at the moment.

Awesome people work here! Marietta Toyota is in the business of selling cars and not wasting your time or theirs.
If you really want a car this is the dealership you need to come to.
I visited many dealerships before coming here. At Marietta Toyota they will not play games with you, or try to over charge you. I wanted a base model with no upgrades and that's what they found for me.

Absolutely the worst car dealership experience ever , I had appointment to see a Vehicle they sold it before I arrived & all they said sorry and didn t bother to let me know that the vehicle was sold but manage to make sure that I was on my way , I drove over an hour .

The advisor was very good and focused and never tried to rip me off. Much better than the other place I been going to prior. Let's see how my car runs..

Ken Lane was the agent that assisted me in buying my third car from Marietta Toyota on 8/17/2018. I have been a customer there since 1997. I have always received excellent service, but Mr Lane provided the Best yet! He was very professional, knowledgeable, friendly, patient and kind. He listened to what i was looking for and guided me without pressure, to review my possibilities. I truly appreciated his customer care & service and would recommend his expertise to anyone.

This was my first and last visit to Marietta Toyota. When I got there I was waiting by my car when I overheard what offended me greatly. One employee talking to another employee called someone a p**** as soon as I heard this I got back in my car and left. As I was leaving I ask another employee who was moving the cars around what was the employee's name that was over there and they said John. I ended up going to Cobb County Toyota where I wasn't offended by the vulgarity.

I go to this location because of Brian K (not gonna use his full name) I followed him from another Toyota dealership. They're always nice and pleasant but if I'm honest.... I'm here because of Brian I just trust him.

We have had positive experiences every time we have had our 2012 Prius serviced. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly.

I was very pleased the way y all handled my radio replacement! Alex contacted my warranty company, I was given a beautiful rental to use while the appraiser checked out my claim, and I was kept informed every step of the way. My repair was handled very professionally and efficiently. The rental car associates were also very pleasant and professional! I will be back! And if you can recover my BF s CD that I left in the CD player that would be icing on the cake!

Steve in the service department was amazing. All of the staff was very helpful with any questions we had regarding my vehicle warranty. Definitely one of the best customer service experiences I've had at a dealership and walked away fully satisfied with my service.

Very professional - excellent service. Tom Donalson was great! Hopefully some new systems being put in place will reduce the time of the transaction - took us 4 hours and hoping it can be reduced to 2-3 hours - but we expected to be there at least 3 hours.

The staff is great and have always done a good, honest job. I ve been very happy taking my car to them. For a maintenance appointment, be prepared that it will take 2 hours.

I have been here for more than 4 hours and my car wasn't even looked at. This was after I came to check on it at the 2.5 hour mark and my service advisor told me that if was up on the rack and someone was looking at it. I come back out to check again after the 4 hour point and found out gag nobody had even looked at it. All I got from my service advisor was "I will bring it up in the meeting tomorrow". That is all fine and well, but that doesn't get me my time wasted and day off wasted back. And now I have to worry about having a flat tire when I come back from the airport. How does that help or benefit me?

From the second I stepped foot in the door of the dealership I was greeted with genuine kindness. Debra Jones, my sales agent spent time answering all of my questions (and I had a lot), never made me feel rushed, and walked me around to numerous cars until I found the exact one I wanted, and she did this twice when I changed my mind; never once complaining. She treated me as a person, not another sale. She took her time with me, invested in getting to know me and stayed hours passed her schedule to ensure all was taken care of and I left happy!
When I was handed off to Tori Arrington in Finance he stepped in and too invested time in ME, who I was. No matter the time of night Tori talked me thru every detail. He made signing pages and pages and pages of paperwork FUN! Anyone I came in contact at the dealership was genuinely kind, caring, and appreciative.
What they don t know is that I was nervous and dreading my appointment. Buying a car, exposing your credit, your finances is nerve wracking! Not at Marietta Toyota. This will sound so silly BUT they truly treat you like family. While the sale is important, they understand people, they care, they invest personally and THAT is most important!

Good communication with Lisa, the advisor. Work was done even sooner than proposed. No complaints whatsoever.

I asked for a quote for a new battery over the phone and gave them my make and model. They said they have a $99 special for my new battery they can use when I come in so I made an appointment. When I got there the guy said they made a mistake and I actually have to pay $400 for the battery and install. I was not happy. I was already there and had a dying battery so I just did it. But I would beware of this type of bait and switch technique to bring you in. The service guy was nice though.

Mike and I originally planned just to see what Marietta Toyota could do for us, as we had already investigated Carmax and Carvana, but since this company had been recommended to us by other Walker School staff, we stopped by. It turned out that doing business with Walker School parents was a smart move because David Strother, Dave Swaggerty and Sunny Corporan did a fine job of making a new Prius available to us at such a price that we were able to buy it over the used ones we were considering. All three gentlemen made this experience no pressure, informative and Sunny was exceptional in his good humor and willingness to go that extra mile to please us. Other Walker Teachers have now told us that they also had positive experiences buying cars here, so we feel good about our decision. If you go, tell them we sent you, even if you aren't a Walker Parent or Teacher!

After a disappointing experience with my local dealership in Alabama, my credit union put me in touch with Marietta Toyota. I worked with Jimmie Wilson and I must say it was the best car buying experience ever. I was able to negotiate a good price over the phone and secure the vehicle I wanted without stepping one foot into Georgia. Days later, I came to town to sign paperwork and pickup my vehicle. This part of the transaction went just as smoothly. I highly recommend Mr. Wilson and the staff at Marietta Toyota if you're in the market for a new car; they will take good care of you.

The personnel were great.
I had a 1:30 appointment. However appointments don t seem to mean anything. I had to line up 2 cars outside the building to check in. To change the oil and filter took over two hours after check-in was completed. With check-in and service, this should take one hour at the most when you have an appointment.

This review is for the service department. I have been getting my car serviced with a dealership in McDonough, because that is where I bought my car. When I moved to the Cobb area, I brought my car to this location. I am thoroughly impressed. Upon my arrival, it took a minute for me to be acknowledged. They apologized for the oversight and got right to work on my car. My service adviser was very knowledgeable and gave the best advice for my car. This is something I did not get at the other dealership. Definitely continuing service here. Would definitely recommend this to others as well.

I was recently in an accident that led to my 1-tear old Prius being totaled. I needed a new car lease in a week (when my rental coverage ended.) Tom Donalson at Marietta Toyota helped me get exactly what I wanted in my required time frame and made it EASY! This is the 5th car I ve leased from Marietta Toyota. Everyone there (sales, service and collision center) have been great to work with and treated me like an old friend. I would not hesitate to recommend them for anyone needing a vehicle!

If I could give a zero I would. Setup an appointment to come get the vehicle , pre qualified etc. All i had to do is show up to my appointment,and sign my name... They sell it from underneath me. BAD BUSINESS.. and I was coming from two hours away.. they did text me to tell me that it sold at four o clock , when I set this all up that same morning and afternoon getting things done to save time at my appointment. Bad business!!!

I love my new Highlander! The staff was all super friendly. The only reason I m leaving 4 stars instead of 5 is because of the lack of communication. They run your credit and bring back these three options but don t tell you really who even your loan is through or anything. Then you go to the finance office and there are packages of different warranties but I don t like the one size fits all packages. I would rather choose my coverage on my own terms instead of wasting money on extra things I m not even going to use. For example, my husband can change our oil, and rotate our tires, check fluids, and fix things at home, but the package I m paying an extra $50+ a month for includes maintenance at a Toyota dealership, but I had to choose this if I wanted GAP. Which I did. So now I m stuck going for this extra maintenance stuff that I must use to get my moneys worth when the nearest Toyota dealership is an hour from me. So now I have to drive an hour and wait to get my car maintenance done instead of my husband doing it at my house while I can do something else productive at home. I m used to purchasing from CarMax where the screen is pointed to where both you and the sales person can see, so you get a breakdown of every option and choose everything you want to add one by one on your own terms (Gap, extended warranty, etc.)

This was my second new vehicle purchase with Marietta Toyota... we'll be back but, probably not for a long time because TOYOTAS are bomb proof! THANKS!

I have bought 2 cars from this Dealership, each time Alan Kell was the Salesman. Good experience overall. I Can t give a five star rating just because the length of time spent doing the deal was a bit excessive IMO. Otherwise it was good. I definitely recommend using Alan as your salesman.

They genuinely try to do right by you and make you feel like you're a human being not just a number. They went above and beyond for my husband and I. Allan our salesman was so sweet and nice, nothing but the best, our finanace guy was also outstanding. But overall they treated my husband who is up for deployment amazingly. You can tell they really appreciate our service members and they show it too. Words can't explain how good they treated us!!! Thank you again for giving my husband a piece of mind knowing I have a fitted vehicle for our remote area, while he is away fighting for us!
