Went in for an oil change. It was full. They had free coffee. & they gave out free snacks. It was very cold, so I'd bring a light sweater. They gave us an estimated wait time of 1hr 15min - 1hr 30mins. We were out in an hour. Great customer service. Would definitely recommend coming here for any of your car needs.

We bought a car here happily in 2016, but the experience in 2019 was much different - for the worse. The internet sales manager lured us into the dealership with an excellent price on a certain make and model, but when I got there for the test drive, they only had a much more expensive, up-optioned version available. I test drove it, while the sales person (who was very pleasant) tried to sell me on all of the more expensive features. They then kept me in the dealership for over an hour, with the sales person talking to her manager, etc. but the manager refused to give me a final price on a vehicle until I brought my wife in as well. When they called to schedule our return visit, I said that I wasn't going to come unless they had the model that the internet sales manager had offered me, at the price he had quoted. Then they admitted that they didn't have it. They suggested that maybe it had been sold, but he gave me the quote at 8pm at night and I was there at 9:30am the next morning, so this seems unlikely. Obviously, we didn't go back.

Wait was longer than normal due to huge amount of customers. This was explained to me when I got there. Great service, no pressure. I'm leaving two stars because there is a thick oil residue all over my floorboards. I have two floormats and someone still managed to get a nasty substance on my floorboard. I just noticed this and hopefully I'll be able to remove it when I get home. First time I've had to deal with this and I hope it's the last.

I brought my recently purchased vehicle in for its first service on May 7th. Upon pulling in, I already had my hesitations. The emails I received encouraging me to schedule an appointment assured me that Marietta Toyota would be taking additional safety precautions due to the current pandemic surrounding COVID-19. As someone who is 7 months pregnant, I have been extra cautious when I have had to go in public. It was immediately clear that Marietta Toyota was NOT taking my safety, nor the safety of those around me, very seriously. Of all the employees working that day, only THREE were wearing masks, one of whom had it hanging below his nose. I did not see any staff members cleaning their hands as they switched between customers, and there was very little physical distancing when interacting with customers (despite signs that encouraged it). The waiting room had seating staggered, but in the almost TWO hours that I waited for a tire rotation and fluids check, not ONCE did I see an employee come through and clean surfaces that were touched by multiple waiting customers. Neither the pens nor credit card machines were sanitized between uses. Finally, upon leaving, I went to use the hand sanitizer that was available on the counter (mine was in my bag) and despite the two bottles claiming that they were Germ-X and Equate brands, which usually have a gel-like consistency, the liquid inside was extremely thin and had an odd smell to it. Was it watered down or was it homemade? Either way - gross. I can only assume that the interior of my car was not wiped down before I got back in it.

Add all this to the fact that the doors were open (to be fair, it was a gorgeous day) and someone was smoking a cigarette outside so that secondhand smoke was entering the building AND the fact that I was treated extremely rudely when trying to check out - I will never return, nor will I recommend Marietta Toyota to people I know.

I walked in twenty minutes before they closed on New Year s Eve, and instead of feeling unwelcome, everyone was extremely helpful and accommodating. I didn t expect to drive away with a car, but I felt well taken care of. Thanks to Mitchell and Erik for answering many many many questions and helping a gal get a new whip for 2020!

This is the first time I have reviewed anything, but I felt the experience was worthy of the effort. Briefly, this place is awesome!!! If you want a "NO B.S." sales person, go see Aaron Pittman. The details... I will start by saying we recently purchased a Toyota from Cobb County Toyota, and it was the worst, car buying experience, I have ever had. Do NOT go there! So when we came to Marietta Toyota, we were unsure of what to expect, but from the moment Aaron asked how he could help us, through the 2 weeks later when we left with our new truck, we were never disappointed. Aaron understood he DIDN'T have to sell us a Tundra, we were already going to buy one, so he listened to what we wanted. They didn't have anything that fit, but he found one, elsewhere, that day. Unlike other places that would push you to something on the lot, he never went that route. He got us the truck we wanted, had all the extra, port items, installed there, and kept us in informed all the while. He LISTENED!!!
I was impressed with Aaron Pittman. He answered all our questions, truthfully, was patient, and easy to work with. I cannot say the same for myself, I'm VERY detail oriented, and particular, but Aaron took it all in stride and DELIVERED an amazing experience. So, if you know what you want, go see Aaron, he'll make it happen, and if you aren't sure what you want, go see Aaron, he's knowledgeable about his products and will give you HONEST advice and opinions.

I had an amazing car buying experience. Rick Knoll of the sales department was perhaps the most knowledgeable and helpful salesman I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with. From explaining all of the vehicle options to assisting me with financing and even going as far as to negotiate the price he helped me with all of it. I spent almost 8 hours with Rick and he was patient throughout the whole process to make sure I was getting the best deal.

My mother and I shopped for 2 weeks to find me a car and every where we went because i have not so good credit these salesman just wanted to put me in anything they didn't care what i wanted or how i felt all they worried about was making a sale. But when we came to Toyota they asked how i felt about certain cars according to my budget and my credit and they took time to actually find me something that i liked and they made it where i could afford it on my budget. When we first got there Ric Frazier said he wanted to end my shopping today and he did. He went over every detail and feature that the car has. He is a salesman that actually listens to what you want and he will do whatever he can to make it happen for you. I wish I could give them a zero star. I bought a 2018 Toyota Tundra 1794 at Marietta dealership. The salesperson was nice to us. We negotiated OUT THE DOOR of 36,000 after trade in the 2015 toyota rav4. The salesmanager "David Swaggerty" agreeds with the deal and had confirmed to our salesperson as well, Chad Trull. When we came into finance, the finace guy names "Roberto" was terrible. He did not explain anything in the documents. He wrapped everything up so quickly to kick us out the door. I was so stupid trusting them without looking at the paper works. He did not even give us the copy of what we signed. Couple days later we found out that we have to pay $37713.94 instead of "36000 DRIVE OUT"! The insterest is 5.64% instead of 5.14%. We called them back and told them what happened. David, the salesmanager was downright rude with terrible attitude. He said it was too late, nothing that he can do. We called them multiple times after that and they ignored our phone calls altogether. We had to travel from SC to the dealership to talk to them. The finance guy apologized to us. He said he will refund us $2000 in the mail. We thought that they just refund the money that they owed us. We ended up having to pay tax out of our pocket which should be already covered in the OUT THE DOOR PRICE! So what is the point we travel the distance and talk to them. Don't ever buy cars from this dealership. They will trick you like they tricked us. THESE FOLKS ARE VERY CROOKED AND SHADY STEALING FROM THEIR CUSTOMERS! BRING YOUR BUSINESS ELSE WHERE TO AVOID BUYING REMORSE! Buying cars and spending your money shouldn't be such a pain and headaches like this especially where you bring business to!

I went to the dealer already knowing what trim of Highlander I wanted, " Rick Fraiser " screwed up the order. My wife went in and picked up the SUV , but as to the voicemail I was left , he didn't think the remote start was any good so he didn't order it with it, even after I told him from the beginning I wanted remote start. Between dealing with Rick and the sales manager, I will NEVER deal with Marietta Toyota again! I hope that they don't give the typical BS response of " we're sorry to hear you had a problem, call us back " , I called back for over two months. Considering that I paid in full and didn't finance, even after they asked me to deal with there finance guy, you would think that this should have been an easy sale , now I have an aftermarket remote start that is not as easy to use as the factory set up. Really wish I could give no stars , everything went great until I signed the contract!

New GM is making the sales managers due payment packing(I believe that is unethical). You walk in and the payment they provide you is not the real one(is inflated). Be careful before you sign your paperwork. Also I believe the GM always threaten the sales manager/finance manager to fired them all the time. He also speak bad about the son owner. What a mistake from the family who owns that place. If they get investigated that family will loose there franchise. They take advantage of people who don t do there research.

I shopped for a new car for more than 7 months when I finally went to Marietta Toyota (trust me, I experienced the best and worst Atlanta has to offer in the car business). I saw an ad for a Rav4 lease which was a great price, but I knew it would be a base model. I stopped in to see how much the lease would be for a car with more options such as leather and a sunroof. I like to say that I have "champagne taste on a PB&J budget," and Marietta Toyota (and Alan Kell) worked wonders to keep the lease within my meager budget. I cannot thank them enough for their friendliness and willingness to help me. I FINALLY ended my car search and felt I got a great deal in the process.

Alan was new to the sales floor but he was kind and never pressured me to buy anything. I felt like he genuinely cared about me and my children. He remembered their names right off the bat and always made sure they were comfortable and had everything they needed while we were at the dealership. I've had to call back with questions several times since my purchase and Alan has been incredibly responsive!

I highly recommend Marietta Toyota and Alan Kell! You can't go wrong!

Anthony Hamilton exceeded my expectations. Not only does he share a name with an R&B legend, Anthony also helped me get a legendary deal on a brand new Corolla. He addressed all my concerns, was very patient, and made me feel comfortable every step of the way. I had been shopping around, but I received the best customer service at Marietta Toyota. Never been to this Toyota Dealership before. Appointment was friendly over the phone.
Fred Matte is the person i met who inspite of being busy was polite enough to answer my questions and called me with what the car s problem was. Very professional and curtious and should be a role model for the rest of the team.
While picking up the car i did not get a chance to talk to Fred and was not able to get all my questions answered( busy place).
When i asked the ladies at the payment area about who to ask questions about the car they mentioned to find any of the service people outside. That is a place for improvement for this dealership.
Overall a very pleasant and smooth experience and inspite of the small issue at the return pick up
Would recommend this place and would give it 5 stars .
Courtesy and good customer service goes a long way.

I bought a Tacoma this past Saturday at Marietta Toyota. My whole entire experience was great ...especially my sales rep, Mitch Davis. He was very knowledgeable about the Toyota products and he took his time with us to make sure that we landed on the right vehicle. I also noticed how friendly everyone else was at the dealership and that matters a lot to me. The store is very nice and clean and I like that they provide water and snacks as a courtesy. I highly recommend Marietta Toyota to anyone shopping for a vehicle. They ll definitely exceed your expectations.

I bought my camry car from Marietta toyota,Atlanta.I felt cheated because at the time of dealing i was told that i will be provided with car mat,but at the time of purchase they didnt provide,and moreover in the vehicle delivery checklist they the checked the box saying that the floor mat was installed but in actual it was not.I flew all the way from memphis to atlanta to buy the car as i was getting a good deal but i was shocked the way manager behaved and he was so rude.He was like we dont sell cars to out of state people because they could not make money on their service as they will get their service done in their respective states.Because of this reason he didnt provide the mat and moreover in increased 500$ on the deal.I recommend you guys not to purchase any car from Marietta toyota because you won't get proper service.

I have visited many dealerships in the past several years but I can confidently say I will never go anywhere else except Toyota Marietta
from here forward.
When I first called I got in touch with Sale consultant Samuel and asked about a vehicle on the lot. Unfortunately, it didn t meet all my needs. He let me know he would keep my number and call if they got something I was looking for. I did not expect a call back, as I d heard this line from other dealerships and never heard from them again. To my surprise, I received a call and texted photos from Samuel the next day about a vehicle they had JUST received in trade. It met all my wants and needs and I couldn t believe how great the pricing was!
I went to the dealership skeptical of how good everything was going, so far. Samuel made me feel as if he genuinely cared about me instead of just another sale. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and caring.
When it came to numbers, I couldn t argue. They had priced it perfectly AND even made a great offer on my trade in! When I got to Terry, the finance manager, he was very straight forward and open about the costs of everything offered while making me feel relaxed and having fun. I didn t feel like I was trying to be swindled, a first in the finance managers office for me.
All in all. My husband needs a new truck and I will be back to see Samuel! Such a happy and fun experience instead of a stressful one!!
