This is by far the worse place I have ever dealt with. I own a repair shop myself and called for parts no body answering. I call again ask for service they tell me parts is super busy they will have to call me back. I show up to the dealer and parts guy is not at the window and they can't find him but they say he is busy. This is ridiculous. I will never ever deal with them again

I suspect this is just a ruse by the Mazda dealer to make it seem they are really interested in fixing things. I got that message on my bad review (different name), sent my contact info and months and months later and still waiting to hear from Mazda. Bottoms line; if it is easy, looks like they can deliver. If it is difficult, it is like playing the Mazda lottery. They probably don t have the talent to handle complex issues but will give it the old college try. Unfortunately that just means a big bill for the customer but no resolution. Also seemed my Mazda service rep was more interested in making his commission rather getting into the weeds and handling the issue

I've been here a few times for service. So far so good. During the most recent visit I even encouraged them to do more maintenance but they said the car didn't need the extra service since it was performed x number of miles ago. During my first visit they fixed a problem my car had for over a year that multiple other service centers couldn't figure out. Also provided me with a nice loaner mazda while it was being fixed.

I used to drive all the way to Conshohocken to get my vehicle serviced, because that's where I bought my first CX-9. The last time I was scheduled for service at that location, my car actually broke down, and I had the fortune of it happening right in front of the Maple Shade Mazda. They're service on that day made it so that I would never again travel afar for service.
They are very attentive throughout the repair/service process - from setting the appointment to reminders and updates, they make sure you know exactly what is happening, why it is being done, and when you can expect to get your car back, as well as follow-up calls to make sure you were satisfied with their service. All around great experience.

I called Maple Shade Mazda on a Friday in October as I had just gotten a flat tire leaving work. I had to get it fixed asap for the next day. I called and they told me to come over. After a quick inspection I was updated that my tire merely picked up a nail and it would be a quick fix. I appreciated their updates on my car and willingness to allow me to bring my car in on a Friday afternoon at 3:30 PM.

My husband and I were shopping around for a Mazda CX-5, we went to the Maple Shade location. They were not willing to negotiate and work with our budget. I don't recommend them. We ended up going to a different Mazda dealer (Faulker in PA), and it was completely worth it. The manager at Maple Shade gave me an attitude saying hes been in the business for 20 something years and no Mazda would ever lower their price of a car etc etc. But, Faulker did, so obviously Maple Shade just doesn't want to work with the customer.

This is the worst dealership I have ever worked with. They scratched the windshield while detailing the car after we bought it (before we picked it up). They refused to fix it claiming it was our fault and then proceeded to CURSE OUT MY WIFE and hang up on her. I tried to register a complaint with the BBB, but they are not even registered. Shows how low they really are...and they know it. Run away...run away from this joke of a dealership.

This place is straight out of the '80s, like the early '80s. I wish I could give 2.5 stars because my experience have been so hit or miss. I think the staff means well, but they are limited by space and other constraints. The service department has almost no amenities that you expect at a dealer service department. They do have loaner cars, but no shuttle which would be nice since I work two miles down 73. When I complained about a noise in my car, the first time they were dismissive and said it was raining so they could not detect it. I ended up contacting corporate, so the next time they looked at and tightened the control arm bolts which made the noise worse. The sales department is apathetic. When my mother went to test drive the CX-5, the used car manager came with us an knew nothing about the car and made no effort in connecting with us

I had a bad experience here. Parts were supposed to come in on Monday, but they said their supplier recently changed systems and they would call me back. I called them back an hour later, and was put into Orbit. They called later that evening and offered a car rental, but my whole day was blown and I was out 40 bucks for a babysitter. I also had to drive back and complete a return on my credit card which was a huge pain considering it was a 40 minute drive to and from. I won't be returning, and I'll entertain other vehicles manufactures next time I purchase a vehicle.

Bought 2 Mazda's here and I'm very satisfied with both the sales and services teams. Got both cars for a great deal. Complimentary oil changes are nice. Took my CX-5 in a couple weeks ago, my 3 is due soon. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable and answer all my questions each time. I would highly recommend this dealership if you're in the market for a Mazda.

called to see if they had a car listed online still available. they said they did. drove an hour there and they told me they couldnt show it to me because it wasn't detailed. they also had others listed online that they said werent available for the same reason. promised they would be available in a week.. never got a call , update or even a follow up email. they don't have any regard for customer service

I leased a car from Maple Shade Mazda 3 years ago and I should have known by the attitude of the salesman that the whole process should have been avoided. But, since I needed a car, I continued with the lease. I loved that they offered free oil changes, but never mentioned that you should make sure you schedule them way in advance and within the mileage that they say!
The service department will ALWAYS find something that "needs" maintenance even when your car is practically BRAND NEW!
I was considering the purchase of another Mazda since my lease was ending but the pressure of the staff was unbearable. They were especially painful when I asked Brian, the sales manager, several times what the procedure was for returning my leased vehicle; he sent me info on leasing/purchasing a new vehicle but when I told him I wasn't interested and just wanted to set up a time to return my current lease his email magically must have stopped working and he never got back to me.

If you want to save yourself the headache and frustration then I'd suggest just shopping elsewhere.

He was more than informative,listened to our needs, and with the help of the Manager Ralph worked out a more than fair price. We were comparing the CX-9 to similar models from Ford, Honda and Nissan and it was clear to me the CX-9 was the better vehicle. Check them out,

All of the salesmen at Maple Shade Mazda were great! My wife and I were originally looking for a used mazda 3 hatchback, but we quickly realized a new car was a better deal. Each salesmen worked closely with us to make sure the new car fit out budget. I told a salesman what I was willing to pay per month, and they found the exact car we wanted within our price range. They were so accommodating and even gave us time over lunch to think about our options. My wife and I have a great experience with Maple Shade Mazda and we highly recommend them. We will certainly be returning when it comes time for another new car!

What a great shopping experience. Old school mom and pop feel. Like "part" of the family feel or at least with my sales person. She was a joy to speak to and I think we spent more time off subject then on. Easy to recommend the dealership. Don't over look the small dealer as a small player. They are wonderful.. Good things do come in small packages. Oh I was looking at a CX-5 about a month or so out of purchase and they still took the time to make me feel like a friend.

I went in there knowing what I wanted and how much I was willing to spend. I can't get over the frustration with them saying they can do it then give me a higher price or suggest something else. I even had to go there a few times and wait up to 2 hours for them to say come back or they'll call me. One thing is they did FINALLY get me what I wanted (cuz I pushed for it) and for a reasonable price. Still more than I wanted to spend but got it down considerable.

I am giving this dealership one star even though it should get no stars because they continue to fail to repair my horn properly after being here multiple times to have it repaired and they always want to give me a hard time when I try to schedule an appointment for anything. They now want to charge me $130 for a quote. First off they failed to fix it multiple times it isnt fair. All they care about is money. They also say because there are after market products in the vehicle that it could be why it doesn't work. The horn stopped working before any of the after market products went into my vehicle. I had to go out and purchase a seperate horn and button and install it myself and they are giving me a hard time about it. Well maybe if they fixed it the first time properly I wouldn't have had to install a seperate horn. I do not recommend doing any business with Maple Shade Mazda.

My lease was up and I needed a new vehicle. I went to Turnersville for my first lease and Maple Shade for my new lease. I worked with Najee McDaniel, Brian Golin, and Adam Dimmerman on the lease and all of them were great! Najee gave me a few options to look at and consider and was knowledgeable on all aspects of each vehicle. Brian and Adam helped with finalizing the deal and making sure everything was perfect for me. Bobby Dimmerman (owner) was also a huge help in helping me! I can't comment them enough! I love my new Mazda 6!

Poor service department, I just paid them $200 for...

Poor service department, I just paid them $200 for a 37.5k service, in which they were supposed to top off all fluids, guess what - none of the fluids look topped off, worse still, the coolant level is below low (see attached pic). There was a slight wobble on the steering, which balancing the wheels (included in said service) was supposed to fix, still there. The 2 things I think they did do was change the oil and rotate the wheels. Now I have to go get the fluids and too them off myself. Save yourself some time and trouble and avoid their service department. They did offer to take care of me the next time around, little low on trust right now...

Awful, immoral crooks. The used cars the sell are junk. They sold me a rusted piece of junk. It had oil leaks, steering problems, tires that kept loosing air because of all the rust on the underside of it. The "reports" the give you on their mechanic's inspection are worthless. Stay clear of this pit unless you want to flush thousands of dollars of your hard earned money down the drain.

Great car shopping experience. I went to the dealer looking for a nice well priced car for myself. I was showed a nice red Mazda 3 that had extra features like a moon roof, 9 speaker bose system, blind spot monitoring and automatic wind shield wipers. Marta was really kind and she was very knowledgeable about the car. All my questions were very easily answered. I love my new Mazda 3.

My experience with the sales department was great. However, I am not at all pleased with the service department at this location. This is my third Mazda, and likely my last I ll because of my unpleasant experience with the service department. They lack customer service skills, they aren t pleasant to work with at all, and they don t go out of their way to show appreciation for your business. I ve had more issues with this mazda than I have with any Mazda that I ve previously owned. I ve been misinformed on multiple occasions on how to handle my issues, with no solution offered to me as of yet. I would never purchase a vehicle from this dealership again.

You should expect that your service experience here will decline once your vehicle is outside of his warranty. And that, is very unfortunate.

Really dissatisfied with their customer service. Went in to purchase a car after totaling my old one. Put in a loan application and then never heard back. The dealer literally never called. I called and called, finally was told I was denied. How?! They didn't put in the correct paperwork to show my car was totaled and was paid off from insurance company. They also never asked if I wanted to change anything about my loan like putting cash down. Their loss! I was immediately approved and purchased a mazda elsewhere. I'm just really amazed at their customer service- or lack there of.

I came in to check out the Mazda 3. The salesperson seemed nice at first and took me out on the test drive. Firstly, the car he took me in didn't have the features that I wanted. Not really that big of a deal. I asked him several questions and he knew most but didn't know everything.

When we returned he asked me what I was looking to pay and I wanted a lease for 36 months. He came back with a high-ball number and when I tried to negotiate he wanted nothing to do with it. Checking their calculations, I needed the money factor so I asked. He had no idea what it was so he went asking and came back with "3/4 to a percent". WTF does that even mean?

He also offered me the INSULTING price of a grand total of $100 for my 2000 Sonata in pretty good shape with 90k miles on it. When I told him that Ford offered me $1000 (which they did), he said "Well GOD BLESS Ford for doing that" and he said "Well OUR cars are better than Ford!". Okay buddy, they all say that.

Will NOT be returning here or their Turnersville location.

Recall service was ok. But someone there stole my lottery ticket from my visor. I did inform them of the situation. Shame on the individual who stole it. Whatevers in someone vehicle you know belongs to them. Any other recalls in future I won't use Maple Shade Mazda. Because of this incident.

This service center offers anything but service. They forgot about us as we waited for an oil change for 2 hours when it was supposed to take 30 minutes, and then proceeded to try to sell us on more work. Anytime I try to schedule an appointment, I have to play phone tag with the women who answer the phone (since they never seem to know anything), only to be told they can't fit me in for over a week for a simple type of service like changing a headlight bulb. Do not rely on this place to be your service center.

The only reason I want to give stars to this establishment is because our sales person was great. He was knowledgeable and nice. Enter the sales manager....and he was a joke. He was extremely passive aggressive. Almost laughed when we showed him we could get a much better offer elsewhere and he said "good luck with that, if that's even a real dealership." We wanted to stay local to give them our business. We are now the proud owners of a CX 5 from Faulkner Mazda who were beyond WONDERFUL! Don't waste your time here.

Brought in my car for a new battery, was quoted $500 plus installation. Thought this was outrageous, but went along because it was easy. Then I was told the car had a siezed brake caliper on one wheel, and only 20 % brake pad left on that wheel. The proposed fix was to replace the caliper (they claimed it couldn t be repaired) , and then do a complete brake job on both rear wheels even though the other one still had 70%. Estimate for this was $1200! I ended up going to an independent repair shop who repaired the caliper, replaced only what was needed and charged $250. Never going back to Maple Shade Mazda.

Imagine, Monday Morning at 7:30am, rolling into the dealer for your first oil change following an unexpected trip to New England, and being that I was flirting with the scheduled mileage interval, for the oil change (free with Mazda Car and an extended engine warranty to boot, that s why I bought my car at Maple Shade Mazda) and scheduled service.

Oh yeah, and since the trip was unexpected, my appointment was unscheduled. I walked in at 7:30, and I was out the door by 8:30am.

Leased a 2018 Mazda Cx-5 from Ms Mazda. This was my first encounter with them and it was a super easy process. Managment was great and the salesperson named Marta was incredible!!! I felt like they weren't trying to steal your business. They wanted to earn it and they definitely did for me!!

Had to bring my CX7 in for a factory recall - I appreciated that they gave me a free loaner car for the day (As should be expected), but they gave me the loaner with under 1/4 tank of gas in it. I drove a grand total of around 40 miles and had to put gas in the loaner. They should reconsider their policy on gassing up "courtesy" cars.

Marta is the absolute best! Although I don't know the name of the Manager that assisted her, he was very helpful in handling our escalated payment for our Lexus trade-in. Finances being tough, my husband and I decided to trade in our Lexus RX, which is currently for sale at Mazda in Maple Shade, for a brand new fully-loaded Mazda 3 in a beautiful metallic white color!

From the start, I was ready for the typical sales game and was ready for war, though I hate the typical car buying experience where they're constantly trying to confuse you with different tactics (at least that's how it was at the Lexus dealership, anyway). When I met Marta, though, I was so relieved to work with someone I didn't have to play the game with. I could be honest about what I wanted and she made sure to get me a fair price for my trade- right within the KBB trade-in value. I was so impressed! No lies of omission, no insulting offers, and no talking crap about competitor dealers in the area.

Marta was an absolute gem and though I loved my Lexus, buying it was a terrible experience. Now I have my Mazda 3 and the sale went so smoothly, I'll buy from Mazda again before I'll ever buy from Lexus. I really hate playing BS sales games.

Tip: Know your car's Kelley Blue Book trade-in value. Also, I highly suggest asking specifically for Marta as your sales contact. Happy car shopping!!

Their manager, Ralph, was really great as well and very knowledgeable. I felt cared for during the buying process. Dan N. is very dedicated to this dealership. He was very courteous and honest. The process of getting my Mazda6 in March 2016 was a very pleasant experience. I would recommend anyone to visit and purchase at this dealership, believe me you will be satisfied. Plus I got free oil changes for the life of the car! Glad to be part of Mazda now-ZOOM-ZOOM!

My experience so far has been very good with Maple Shade Mazda. They have performed regular maintenance on my CX-5 and have not tried to sell me services I don't need. They keep me updated on the percent remaining on my brakes and tire tread. The loaner cars they provide are a true convenience. The people in the office have so far been very professional. 608522LK

Thank you Maple Shade Mazda for the great customer service I received during the entire purchasing process. I had not bought a new car since 2004. I lost that car in a head-on collision in August, and was not looking forward to the experience. Actually, wasn't even looking forward to driving anything...

No lie, as me and my boyfriend got out of his truck to walk on the lot I said to him, "Let's see how long it takes for the vultures to come out." Poor Tom Stefanopolous, he was the one (vulture lol) and as he approached he saw me laughing as I said to my boyfriend, "I told you so!" What I liked about Tom from the get-go is after I explained why I was laughing, he took it in stride and did not get defensive. First impressions are extremely important in my book. I further explained to him about the accident and that I was just shopping around. I was in no way making a decision that day. He listened.

Tom told me all about the CX-3, which I test drove, but I was drawn to the CX-5. I test drove the CX-5 too. He did not bash any other make or model while he explained to me all of the features the Mazda had to offer. I liked that a lot about him too. Tom worked up prices on both, thinking, if I went with anything, it would be the CX-3. No pressure from him at all.

We left and we stopped at another dealer, where I was not impressed. By the time I got home I knew what I wanted so I went over my budget and determined I could easily manage buying the CX-5 as long as I qualified for the low interest loan (0.9%), which I did. I called Tom the next day and to his surprise I told him I was going with the CX-5. :) I worked with Tom and Brian in finance to finalize everything. They found exactly what I wanted in less than a week and I'm happy to say I'm a proud and new owner of a 2018 Mazda CX-5! Tom has followed up to see how things are going and has been very responsive with any questions I have. Thanks to everyone I've dealt with so far!

Was interested in a car for my wife filled out an online application for financing and received a message back from BRIAN GOLIN general manager/finance manager Saying that due to my credit I would need a massive down payment and a cosigner I then proceeded to ask him why and he told me my Trans Union credit score was a 494 which I knew was not correct because I monitor my credit via different sites. They were over 100 points off of my actual score I sent him a screenshot from my phone of my correct credit score via Trans Union mobile app and told him whatever information he s getting it in accurate and was prob on purpose to try to give me a horrible Finance rate because I find it very hard to believe that a dealership Would be retrieving a score over 100 points lower than what I am getting, anyhow once I sent that information to him I never got a response back pretty much proving my point which was good enough for me to know not to do business with that dealership but wanted to let people know they re dishonest practices I ll be taking my business elsewhere. No wonder after reading all the other bad reviews on this place I noticed a pattern of manager change every 10 months according to the comment dates! Smh!

I bought my Mazda3 from Maple Shade Mazda last January (2016), and have been going there for my maintenance services ever since. Everyone there are so nice, I feel like I've known them forever (especially Lauren :) ) and I feel comfortable going there. They haven't recommended services I don't need like other places (looking at you Jiffy Lube), and the deal you get for buying your car there (free oil changes for life) is fantastic. You do need to pay for the regular maintenance services but I don't mind that, Maple Shade does a great job of taking care of my car for me! I also work pretty far away and usually cannot get time off, so when I drop my car off I usually get a loaner car, they are flexible enough to let me return the loaner the next morning (since I won't be able to get back until after they close) which is really nice of them and convenient for me.

Great experience purchasing my new Mazda. Dan went the extra mile helping me get an additional owner loyalty rebate. They did not charge an extra premium and gave me Lifetime free oil changes and loaner cars is a big plus.
