One of the worst experiences in my lifetime. Bought it from them - Mazda-6. Alarm goes off at any given time wherever whenever...have to go to sleep with my keys and if I'm away give keys to the neighbor..after 1,000's of dollars and multiple attempts I had to accept blame for having water in a window channel. Now the battery decharges at any given time. Four batteries in 3 years. Try to start it, get the grunt, and then the whole dashboard turns into a Xmas Tree and won't turn off until the battery dies. Again its me for not running it every day when I can't run it because I can't rely on the car! Sorry not normally like me to vent but so frustrating.

I bought a car from Maple Shade Mazda in Feb of 2015. The process was very smooth and I felt that treated me well and I got a fair deal. I have been going to them for service ever since and they have been excellent! Look forward to doing business with them in the future.

I have experienced nothing but friendly, professional service at Maple Shade Mazda. My salesman, Dan, was thoroughly knowledgeable about the car I was interested in and worked with me at getting a favorable price. In fact, the price I received was better than three other Mazda dealers. In addition to the sales experience, I have had my other Mazda (purchased at a different dealership) serviced at MS Mazda. The service representative patiently answered my questions, made suggestions, and gave great customer service. I have all the confidence that I will continue to be pleased with this organization.

Great customer service here. I have a 2015 Mazda6 and it runs great. They always answer my question with enough detail to get a full understandment of the situation. I've serviced my vehicle four times and it has been a fast and easy process, especially the loaner vehicle is always ready upon request. Mazda has really taken care of me. Thank you Mazda!!

I m still a dedicated customer to the Mapleshade Mazda dealership because they have and still continue to do an exceptional service with my 2015 Mazda6. My car runs great and the customer service is also great. 217012JC

The service department at Mazda couldn't be nicer. I arrived early on my first service and they met me at my car and took it right in. The staff is friendly and very accommodating. They have a nice clean waiting area with plenty of magazines and snacks. So far I have just been there for oil changes, but I am very happy with their service. 350857LK

Visited the service department again at Mazda last week. Again exceptional service and extremely friendly staff. I have scheduled to go back again in January rather than take my business elsewhere. Thank you! 350857LK

Dealership representative Najee was excellent. I didn't feel rushed to by and gave me step by step details of the vehicles. I couldn't have found a better place to purchase a new ride for my family.

My wife and I visited this dealership several mont...

My wife and I visited this dealership several months ago to look into buying a CX5 since our RAV4 was coming off its lease in less than a month. We could not have had a sleezier experience and will never come back. We explained our situation to the salesperson, and he then took us on a test drive. He was friendly and somewhat knowledgeable about the car, although he couldn't answer all of my fairly basic questions. He was a nice guy at this point and having a couple unanswered questions about the nuances of the car was not a huge deal.

When we returned to the dealership, we went with the salesman to his desk and the sleeze-fest ensued. I mentioned I had purchased my Protege from them, and he said they offer a loyalty discount, which was great. I joked about how we definitely wouldn't be buying a car in the color of the test vehicle, which was like an ugly neon teal, but that what I really wanted to know was the price and features for the entry and mid-level trim lines of the CX5. The sales guy then goes through his inventory list of what colors are on the lot, with absolutely no mention of trim line, price, etc. I had to redirect him and flat out say look, I was joking about the color, what is important is trim line, features, and cost. He then went on for a good 10 minutes about how fantabulous it is if we buy a car from them, they have a costumer care club, they offer free oil changes for however many years, and oh my gosh, they use synthetic oil, how amazing! He then touted the benefits of synthetic oil vs conventional for another few minutes, and I again had to redirect him that I really really really wanted to talk trim lines and price. He then pulled out the inventory list and again told me what colors he had on the lot. So, having to redirect this guy yet again to tell him, look, we have 4 weeks left on the lease, perhaps a different color car could be ordered or would arrive on their lot, but I really really honest and truly want to know prices and features of the different trim lines. He then looked at us and said "well any price I give you has to be acted on today, it is the end of our sale," which must have been a secret sale since there was nothing being promoted.

He then puts on his best, clearly-annoyed body language and strolls up the stairs to the manager s office. He returns maybe 3-5 minutes later with a printout, and before it is even shown to us his phone rings, he answers it, hangs up, and tells us "that s my manager, he wants me to hurry up," which was even more ironic because the lack of hurry up was due to his inability to listen to and answer my very simple questions. In the 5 seconds between that statement and storming out of the dealership, I was able to look at the printout to see it was simply the sticker price of the top trim line divided into 48 monthly payments. As we got up to say 'see ya later,' the salesperson said "oh no, I didn't mean it that way." Not sure what other way he meant it, but I will never ever in a million years return to this place. I would love to replace my Protege with another Mazda when the time comes, but I will drive an extra hour to purchase from somewhere else. They also own Turnersville Mazda, which would scare me away from that place as well. A sleezy, disgusting, insulting, completely time wasting experience at this place. It gets one star because zero stars was not an option.

I love my new shiny RED Mazda CX-5. Marta and the whole staff were fabulous. They did not do the "new car dance" and I felt that I got a great deal. I am a forever Mazda customer!! 310765LK

Najee was a great salesman, he helped me find exactly what I wanted and helped me get a great deal. All the staff was very kind. Being from Texas the paperwork was a little tricky but they figured it out and made it as easy as possible.

I recently stopped by Maple Shade Mazda to express my concern about my audio screen. The manager said they had time right then to check it out. In 30 minutes my car was ready, it just needed a software update. Everyone I have had contact with there is extremely courteous, helpful and always smiling. code is:672038LK

Being a busy working professional, I am thankful for Maple Shade Mazda's reminders for services and oil changes. The staff is always very pleasant whenever I go in and they make sure to accommodate me. Whether is offering a loaner car (even if I didn't reserve one) or just making sure I am comfortable waiting the allotted time. The waiting room is a bit small but always filled with friendly folks who like to make some small talk. Plus, as a dog lover, a cute old pup waiting with his owner was a nice surprise to see!

I was told the importance of getting regular service and how it will improve the power train. As a leasee, I want to make sure I am taking the best care of my car and MSM makes sure I do!

Great customer service. I bought a used car 2011 Mazda6. Jerry Tucker was great to work with. None of the usual car buying nonsense. Good honest pricing. I would buy from Maple Shade Mazda and Jerry again!

We own a 2016 Mazda CX-5 that we purchased from Mazda of Maple Shade. We love the complimentary oil change service. It's a nice perk of purchasing a vehicle here. The service has been great. 698681LK

Jerry (Jeremiah) was such a pleasure to work with. His customer service skills were beyond expectations. Trying to secure a sale through Covid was very different than normal but he made sure to assure me any worries I had would be addressed fully and taken care of. The process once we arrived on site was made very quick and easy, and we were in and out relatively fast with all of my questions answered. In the end, I ended up very happy with the car I purchased. I even got a great deal! This was the easiest process of car buying and that was thanks to Jerry! Great experience and even though this location is out of my way, I feel very comfortable with bringing my car back for maintenance here over anywhere else. I know I will be taken care of. Thanks again Jerry!

At the suggestion of my regular mechanic I brought...

At the suggestion of my regular mechanic I brought in my 2008 Mazda3 (that I bought for my daughter a few months ago) because of some check engine light transmission codes. I was looking for some Mazda-specific advice and insight. They charge $130 for code reading and assessment. The car is actually running great so the code errors might be something related to a computer issue or some other issue. I did not get the expertise I was looking for. I was told I could replace the transmission or maybe a $300 transmission fluid service might do something. I don t think they even looked at the transmission fluid because if they had the would have seen it was clear red. It was changed a few months ago. They wanted to replace the spark plugs. I told them that the cylinder 4 error code was addressed with a new spark plug so that should not be an issue. They also mentioned wipers and a headlight so I said OK to do that. But I did not know that the headlight would end up being $100. Just for this they had the car for 2+ days. I picked it up first thing in the morning, signed and quickly left as my daughter needed the car for a doctor appointment and I was late for work.
When I looked at the bill later I was surprised to find $310 labor for reading the codes. I was also surprised to find that they replaced the plugs and did a cleaning of the fuel system. The plugs and fuel system were not an issue. They should not have been touched. The next day, via email I asked about the $310 labor charge and was told it was a combination of codes and other labor. Mazda didn t detail the labor charges. Mazda did work for which they did not have a written authorization from me.
I will give the devil his due on occasion as when I take my Honda to the Honda dealer. I know the dealer charges can be expensive, but as long as I am getting added value and insight that is OK. I didn t think I got any added value at Mazda. I learned more about my transmission issues on Google. I felt like just another ticket and they did work not necessary.

I have been leasing a car from them for the last year, still have two years left to go. Before the first year was even up I began having problems with my Mazda 3. When I called in to the service department and explained that I did not feel safe (my car is shifting out of gear on its on and stalling out) they told me they didn't have any loner cars available. I asked to speak to a manager and then suddenly she was able to "come up with one". The service guy basically told me that I was crazy and treated me like a dumb blonde that didn't know what she was talking about it. He said he could get it to duplicate the issue I was experiencing and sent me on my way. Well, cut to about two months later and last night I had the same issue again, only worse this time and now the check engine light came on. I called this morning and explained what was happening and that I do not feel safe driving the car all weekend. AGAIN they tell me that they do not have any loner cars available!!! I asked to speak to a manager, and was told someone would need to call me back. Receiving a loner car is part of my lease agreement. They don't seem to grasp the concept of "unsafe". I will NEVER go through this dealership again, let alone get another Mazda vehicle. I would never recommend anyone to this dealership. Not to mention the fact that my sales rep was a total moron also. I should have seen the red flags from the get go.

Marta was an absolute gem to work with, she really exemplified what outstanding customer service is about. I could not have asked for a better and more complete and pleasant experience!

After been pleased with two Mazda's from this dealership before , I went in to buy a Mazda6 2014 iTouring after doing my research They didn't have one to test drive. I had to drive a Grand Touring instead and they attempted to upgrade me acting like that was all that was available . I check out other cars, and discovered that several near, but further away, Mazda dealerships were advertising attractive prices for the Mazda6 iTouring. But I had dealership loyalty so I came in again. Once again no car to test drive and no help whatsoever. I demanded a quote for the iTouring which came in several thousand too high, went to another dealership to get a better deal than I expected, and had the car I wanted the same day.

I learned that I don't have to put up with dealerships who act like they own your business. Get on the internet, get the car you want, and save money.

The staff is customer focused and friendly. I had a routine service (plug a nail hole in tire), no matter, I was taken as scheduled and it was completed promptly. The waiting room was cozy with plenty of amenities. 678196JC

I came here in my '99 miata looking to get a cylinder 4 misfire diagnosed. First the good, setting up an appointment was easy. And when I dropped off my car I wandered over to the sales department and an extremely friendly gentleman was happy to talk to me about another miata they had on the lot even though he knew I wasn't looking to buy.

Now for the bad. I came to the dealer because the shop I normally go to was stumped, they had already checked the obvious issues such as plugs, wires, and coils. I tried to explain this to the gentleman at the service desk but he didn't seem to grok it. When I asked to talk to the Tech, I was told I could only talk to him. So fine I sat down and waited.

When the service desk guy came back out he sat down and with a straight face told me they were recommending $2k in service. The he started going through the list of work; coolant flush, timing belt, coils, intake cleaning and air filter. So I asked him what on the list is actually related to the misfire I came in here for. So he backs it up to $1.5k. So I said ok why do I need the timing belt change did it look damaged? "oh no it's just based on the milage on the car" nevermind he didn't bother to ask if I knew when the timing belt was last done. Which I do, I have receipts to show it was done less that 20,000 miles ago.

So when I finally whittled it down to what they want to do that was actually related to the misfire they wanted to change the coils (I know they were fine my other shop already went down that route) and do some sort of intake cleaning that just involved dumping chemical into the engine.

I begrudgingly paid the $130 for my diagnostic and left. Their greedy lying service dept won't see another dime from me.

I had the worst experience EVER when trying to pruchase a mazda at this location. They are dishonest and not forthright with how they do business. They tried to keep a 5k check I put down. They were upset that I talked the salesmen down below a price they wanted to sell at so they did not want to sell the vehicle. I think alot of the reviews on here are fabricated because they were all unbelievably shady that I know there are more like me that had a terrible experience. I brought a acura mdx instead the day they gave my 5k check back. I had a terrific experience at the Turnersville auto mall.

The dealership is nice. We bought our new Mazda from this dealership and we are extremely satisfied with the whole process. Everyone in the dealership is very welcoming. Our sales representative, Tom was very helpful. He is very welcoming and explained us everything about the car in detail. Tom made our car buying decision very easy. On the finance side, Adam the General Manager and Brian were great people to to deal with. They both are customer friendly and took good care of us. Overall we are very pleased with our decision of buying Mazda from this dealership. Tom, Brian and Adam were the best people to deal with in our entire car buying experience. We highly recommend this dealership.

From opening explorations with sales manager Mark Betterly to financing discussions and finalization of purchase with business/finance manager Brian Golin, to vehicle inspection with John, and paperwork with Chuck...the entire process from start to finish couldn't have been more seamless, stress free, professional, and dare I say pleasantly enjoyable. Phenomenal experience with Maple Shade Mazda. No hesitation in recommending this dealership for your Mazdas.

I had my car damaged while parked at a parking garage. The garage said they would pay for the damages. This mazda dealership took full advantage charging way more than necessary. However that is not my complaint, as I had nothing to pay. That just shows how dishonest they are.
My complaint is that they damaged the rear bumper and would not take responsibility for it! They denied they did it, when I know for a fact the rear bumper was 100% undamaged when I dropped the car off.
I have warned the garage insurance company to stay clear from them from now on. I am also urging all those reading this review to beware as well. There are plenty of other, honest mazda dealerships out there.

Our Salesman (Paul, I think) didn't know anything ...

Our Salesman (Paul, I think) didn't know anything about the car we wanted (Mazda 5) such as how many speeds it had (5 or 6), seats (he apparently fits himself, his wife, their 2 sons, their wives and children into a car with 6 bucket seats), or MPG (according to our salesman the car boasts 30+MPG but actually gets much better than that). I also made it a point to ask if we needed to be concerned about the fact that we live in PA but were buying a car in NJ. Paul told us that they sell cars to PA residents all the time and that they'd take care of everything for us. Unfortunately he never told me that excluded PA inspection, which is now something I have to take to a PA mechanic and pay to have done within the next 2 weeks.

After he handed us off to the financial guy, he never came back to check on us or thank us despite the fact that we were there for another 90 minutes filling out paperwork. Of course, he called on Monday in the middle of the day to make sure we were happy with the car, and wouldn't hang up until making sure to tell me he needed me to give him all '10s' on the customer satisfaction survey, even after I told him I was at work and couldn't talk. Not the best time to push for a positive review!

Paul was clueless, but nice. The financial guy he paired us with acted like we were an inconvenience, and every little speedbump became a major problem. He actually has us worried a few times that we wouldn't be able to buy the car that day and would have to come back during the week. We had to pay the down-payment with two debit cards since it exceeded the daily limit on either, and didn't have our insurance rep's cell phone and couldn't get ahold of him on a Saturday. Two relative minor problems, stuff that I'd expect to be pretty common occurrences at a car dealership had him acting like they were really big hassles he had to deal with. He had both my wife and I feeling like we were inconveniencing him by asking him to help us buy a car and were taking him away from his 'real' work.

The dealership also didn't have the parts to install the remote start option we wanted, so told us they'd call in 2-3 days when the parts came in to schedule an appointment. I followed up a week later after not hearing anything and the receptionist just 'harumphed' when I told her that we were told that the parts would be in 1-2 days. It's been almost a week and a half since then and they still haven't called to tell me the parts are in.

Suffice it to say that we bought the car despite the dealership, and only then because it was the only local dealership that had the make/model/style that we wanted. The car has been OK so far but nowhere near as peppy as I expected and gets much worse than the 30+ MPG we were told (closer to the low-end of the advertised 22-28 MPG with a good mix of highway and city driving). Based on my experience at this dealership and the lackluster performance of the M5, this is probably the first and last Mazda we'll be purchasing. Nothing against the brand itself, but we definitely recommend against buying a Mazda at the Maple Shade dealership!

I'm sure a lot of 5 star reviews are fake. They just put them to balance too many 1 starts.
I leased my car here and went for service multiple times. They're dishonest and expensive. I love Mazda, but I'll never go back to this dealer.

Don't buy from here!! I bought a newer SUV here and within 1 week after buying it my my power steering pump and something else went..It was over a $2,000 job and the suspicious thing was that when I came back from the bank to get the down payment and as I walked in the manager ran up to me and said we added a extended warranty to your truck for practically nothing..I specifically told them I didn't want a warranty because it was a newer truck on my first visit...And when I was signing the contracts I saw that they were charging me the full price and when I said I didn't want it a couple different people came over to convince me how important it was..I've bought over 6-10 cars in my life..but this time it was soo suspicious as if they new something was wrong!! Another situation that I thought was amusing was that the car was for my wife and they had a lady sales person to take her to look at the truck and the manager kept talking and talking to me as if he didn't want me to look at the truck myself!! My intuition was telling me to not buy the truck..but my wife was soo happy with truck so I went through with it!! I've owned a lot of cars and they've never had problems within 2 weeks of buying them!! The truck came with a 30 day warranty from Mazda and thank god I bought the extended warranty too..But I told my wife to bring the truck back to Mazda and tell them what's going on with the noises in the front every time you go to turn the wheel..The mechanic and manager listened to the loud noises and..and you ready for this one..THEY TOLD HER THERE'S NOTHING WRONG AND THE NOISES WE'RE NORMAL!! So I took it to another mechanic and they told me what was really wrong..So I went back to Mazda and spoke to the sales lady and told her what's going on with the truck and she looked like she wasn't surprised and the next thing she said was.. well you bought a warranty they'll fix it!!! I spoke to the sales manager and I got the same reaction and he said the same thing...They just treated me like I bought the truck it's on me know and they didn't care...Another thing I forgot to mention was that the sales lady slipped up and said we couldn't wait to get rid of this truck after I signed the paperwork!!! IF YOU LIKE A CAR HERE MAKE SURE YOU TAKE IT TO ANOTHER MECHANIC FIRST BEFORE YOU BUY IT!!!

Very unprofessional no communication between employees. Have a Mazda cx9 made a appointment to get a key made they ok come Friday at 3 it'll be $189. Friday comes the chick out front says we're getting ready to close and the car has a recall. So we reschedule drop the car off and they give us a complementary rental which by the time we get home for some reason it shuts down and the steering system locks half way in the driveway. Roadside assistance took 2 hours to come check the car out. After I get out of work go to the dealer and they give me the keys after they did the recall. Then I ask where's my new key the reply was sorry there was some miscommunication and cost for key is about $300 now. It was a total waist of time and money never going to this ever again. Good luck to whoever goes here.

Meet with Sales Representative Paul to discuss options regarding a purchase of a CX-5 Grand Touring vehicle. What turned out to be a pleasant experience quickly changed once I notified him that I did not want my current vehicle evaluated at the present moment and I wanted to see estimates first. He used aggressive sales tactics and mentioning of his commission pay structure to show how I was wasting his time (and money, apparently). Any of his attempts to keep me as a customer were pitiful and unprofessional to the point where he stated, "I don't know what Dan (another sales representative at the dealership) is smoking." when we discussed discrepancies in commission stories I heard between the two representatives.

I cannot recommend this dealership to anyone, for any reason. I have negative experiences with the service department as well.

Maple Shade Mazda staff is awesome! Everyone is helpful and knowledgeable. Tom was great, he listened and found us the exact car we were looking for! This is actually the second Mazda I purchased from Tom. I purchased a Certified used 2016 CX-5 and love it so much that
I came back to purchase a new 2018 CX-5. There is a Mazda dealership in my town and I drove over 60 miles to purchase my Mazda from Tom. Mark, Brian and the owner also contributed to make this a great shopping experience. The dealership is so warm and welcoming.
The owner is on property, this is not some huge mega store.
I will definitely purchase my next Mazda from Maple Shade Mazda!!

Reluctant but very satisfied Mazda 3 buyer. We were searching for a used Mazda 3 hatchback and rushed into Maple Shade Mazda when we saw it advertised. Although the car was what we came in looking for, I think the sales person still should have offered other models for me to consider like the Mazda CX5. However, after 6 months ownership, the car is exceeding my expectations. It's so much fun to drive and has the latest technology! I got a good deal too. 2015 Mazda 3 hatchback .

I bought my first Mazda almost five years ago. I have brought it in regularly for free oil changes and service, as needed. Pete Janus and his assistants could not be more professional, helpful, and accommodating. Whenever I bring my car in for servicing, I am given a loaner car. If I am just getting an oil change, I am informed of any concerns by the mechanic. I have never felt pressured to get additional service. If there is a concern, I make the decision on follow up for my vehicle.

I have never had a bad experience when I bring my car in to Mazda. Everyone is pleasant and efficient. I plan to buy another Mazda within the next year. It is without hesitation that I would recommend Mazda to anyone looking for a new car--not only for the quality and dependability of the vehicles, but for the efficiency and reliability of the servicing I have received. 652040JC

I am so disappointed with this dealership. The dealer manager do not have an idea what is going on with the company. I had an great expierence with Dan, I came in with doubts but left out confident and in a new 2013 Mazda! I would recommend here to all!

Update: Dan was not the person I thought he was with the messed up paperwork and all of the empty promises of a detail and other services (He was since "moved" to another dealership). I had to pay for my PA registration you get people from Philadelphia to come to NJ and buy a car and not pay for you PA registration, and then told that no other NJ dealers do that! That was not factual! With the issues with my paperwork, being messed up then I called to get it fixed 5 months later still not fixed! There are not friendly people after the sale! Especially when Jason the sales manager told me that Dan was not a good sales representative and could always take my business elsewhere!

My car broke down and they totally helped me out. They connected me with a tow. Called with estimate and did a great job. I work on my own cars normally and this was my 1992 miata. The work was well dine quality. They took the time reset the clock and radio ad well. A nice touch. Thank You.

Imagine the goodwill Mazda earned when they offered Mazda's 'Essential Care Program' where doesn't matter your brand or type of car, Mazda will offer a free oil change and a quick clean up. I've always loved the new Mazdas and wanted to check out the CX-9 in the process while trying to avoid contact and maintain social distancing. Well guess what, Mazda Maple Shade and Turnersville does not offer the Essential Care Service here. Their response was we only service Mazdas... SMH. Thanks for reminding me why Mazda makes great cars, but has a subpar dealer support.

Wonderful customer service when buying or leasing a vehicle. Very accommodating while waiting for service to be done(oil change). Would highly recommend Maple Shade Mazda to anyone looking for a car.

My wife and I visited this dealership to look into...

My wife and I visited this dealership to look into buying a CX5 since our RAV4 was coming off its lease in less than a month. We could not have had a sleezier experience and will never come back. When we walked into the showroom, we explained our situation to the salesperson, and he then took us on a test drive.

He then went on for a good 10 minutes about how fantabulous it is if we buy a car from them, they have a customer care club, they offer free oil changes for however many years, and oh my gosh, they use synthetic oil, how amazing! He then touted the benefits of synthetic oil vs conventional for another few minutes, and I again had to redirect him that I really really really wanted to talk trim lines and price. He then pulled out the inventory list and again told me what colors he had on the lot. They have red! Silver! Green!! White!!!

He then puts on his best, clearly-annoyed body language and strolls up the stairs to the manager's office. He returns maybe 3-5 minutes later with a printout, and before it is even shown to us his phone rings, he answers it, hangs up, and tells us "that's my manager, he wants me to hurry up," which was even more ironic because the lack of hurry up was due to his inability to listen to and answer my very simple questions.

My experience with this dealer was very positive. My sales person was Marta. She was knowledgeable and prompt. She read me well, knowing that I was not there to waste time. I gave her my price and she was honest with whether it would work or not. I arrived on a Monday, test drove the vehicle, came to an agreement and purchased a vehicle same day. I was able to receive delivery on Tuesday.

I have always used this dealership for service with my 2014 CX-5. Recently, I had trouble starting my car and had it towed to the dealership. The Service Department was very accommodating, they were able to squeeze me in and got me back on the road that day! The service personnel are always pleasant and helpful.
