I leased a car from Maple Shade Mazda 3 years ago and I should have known by the attitude of the salesman that the whole process should have been avoided. But, since I needed a car, I continued with the lease. I loved that they offered free oil changes, but never mentioned that you should make sure you schedule them way in advance and within the mileage that they say!
The service department will ALWAYS find something that "needs" maintenance even when your car is practically BRAND NEW!
I was considering the purchase of another Mazda since my lease was ending but the pressure of the staff was unbearable. They were especially painful when I asked Brian, the sales manager, several times what the procedure was for returning my leased vehicle; he sent me info on leasing/purchasing a new vehicle but when I told him I wasn't interested and just wanted to set up a time to return my current lease his email magically must have stopped working and he never got back to me.
If you want to save yourself the headache and frustration then I'd suggest just shopping elsewhere.
