A lot of We take our customer experience and service seriously replies to bad service and asking to send Mazda contact info. I suspect this is just a ruse by the Mazda dealer to make it seem they are really interested in fixing things. I got that message on my bad review (different name), sent my contact info and months and months later and still waiting to hear from Mazda. Bottoms line; if it is easy, looks like they can deliver. If it is difficult, it is like playing the Mazda lottery. They probably don t have the talent to handle complex issues but will give it the old college try. Unfortunately that just means a big bill for the customer but no resolution. Also seemed my Mazda service rep was more interested in making his commission rather getting into the weeds and handling the issue
