I came in to check out the Mazda 3. The salesperson seemed nice at first and took me out on the test drive. Firstly, the car he took me in didn't have the features that I wanted. Not really that big of a deal. I asked him several questions and he knew most but didn't know everything.

When we returned he asked me what I was looking to pay and I wanted a lease for 36 months. He came back with a high-ball number and when I tried to negotiate he wanted nothing to do with it. Checking their calculations, I needed the money factor so I asked. He had no idea what it was so he went asking and came back with "3/4 to a percent". WTF does that even mean?

He also offered me the INSULTING price of a grand total of $100 for my 2000 Sonata in pretty good shape with 90k miles on it. When I told him that Ford offered me $1000 (which they did), he said "Well GOD BLESS Ford for doing that" and he said "Well OUR cars are better than Ford!". Okay buddy, they all say that.

Will NOT be returning here or their Turnersville location.
