I would highly recommend giving this dealership a chance for your business. They earned a lifelong customer in me. I'm a disabled Veteran that had some special needs. My service dept experience was horrible, TERRIBLE at Echelon Ford in Stratford NJ. My brand new King Ranch F150 (12,500 miles) had a P0430 check engine code but instead of checking the cat converter or O2 sensor they blamed me for oil in the gas tank. WHAT?!? They cleaned out my gas tank and line, changed my spark plugs, then charged me $900 saying it was my fault and therefore not covered under warranty. A week later I had the same sluggish engine (nothing was fixed!!), and the same P0430 code returned. I took it to a different dealership in Cherry Hill - they changed the catalytic converter without delay, covered the cost 100% under warranty, and 250 miles later my F150 is still 100%. Is Echelon Ford service dept incompetent? I don t know. But I do know I will never recommend their service department to anyone. (To be transparent - the dealership part was excellent when I bought my King Ranch. Rob was honest and great to deal with, as was everyone else. I just wish I never dealt with their service department).

Was in contact with Mike & Russell about a Ford Focus. Notified them that I would be driving out there (1hr 15min drive) and then they sold the car when I arrived to another costumer who had arrive ~35 minutes before me. Never reached out to me until I was already at the dealer.

No pressure sales team. We had all of our questions answered about the new features available in the vehicle we test drove. There was the typical "We'd love you to take the vehicle home tonight" and "Someone else might buy it before you come back", but that was the worst of our visit. Everyone we met was friendly and seemed eager to help. All of my past experiences with the service department have been good too.

I was in the market for a new vehicle. I recently began my career and was looking for a vehicle to represent myself and my profession. Well, going to Echelon Ford was the right decision. Everyone was very nice and Jeff, the awesome salesman who helped find the car just for me, was more than helpful and still is today. They really go above and beyond to get you in the right vehicle, make sure you're comfortable in it and everything it comes with. The 2016 Ford Fusion SE in all white is definitely the car for me. Had two vehicles ready for service December first 2017 drop the first one off at 7:30 the second one off at 9:30 had both vehicles back by 11 in the morning extremely satisfied with the service giving it was fast painless and first-rate also got to meet up with our salesman Chris Cole talked over a few things had a pleasant visit with Echelon Ford after 11 vehicles with this dealership we cannot be more happy with our purchases over the last 20 years. On December 5th I traded in 2 older vehicles to purchase an 11" F150 w/ 30,000 miles from Mrs Jaron. She was very polite and helpful. Not pushy or demanding like most dealerships. I couldn't be more pleased, Her and the used car sales manager were very professional and pleasant. She even went the extra mile and drove me all the way back to my house to get my 2nd trade in. This dealership definitely deserves an A+ Customer service. There were a couple minor blemishes that they took care of right away. The buying experience was satisfactory. I bought a used F-150 with a warranty. The truck has been great but the service support has been less than satisfactory. The warranty is useless. If you have a problem they find a way to say it falls outside the warranty. I wouldn't take my truck back there. There are more reputable dealers and service garages nearby. Cars and trucks are always a headache and stressful. These guys made it more so. I won't be back.
Employee took my car for a joy ride and came back revving it in the parking lot. He got out boasting to me about how much power it had, but when I told him it was mine he was in shock and took off.
Just bought a new mustang last week from Echelon Ford . I was hesitant at first because I was out of state and 2 hours away and with everything going on right now I thought that it would be a real hassle to get this done. I am pleased to say that this may have been the easiest transaction and most professional experience I have had buying a car (and there was a trade involved)! Rich Elkins and Tom Lewis were a pleasure to deal with, super professional and made this simple. A few phone calls , some emails and 1 trip to the dealer and we were done (at a price that I was very happy with) . Drove my new car home about 2 hours after I arrived (with the top down I will add) . There is no doubt in my mind that these guys made the difference !! I would highly recommend them to in-state purchasers or out-of-state as well.

I had an appointment for an oil change at 1 p.m. to my knowledge and does not take about 2 hours to change the oil in an automobile. I believe that if you have an appointment at 1 p.m. and they take your vehicle back to the Bay for the oil change at that time then they should be done by 1:30 p.m. at the latest it should not take about 2 hours for an oil change.
Great service department. That is the only service I have used there. But they are A1 in my book. Took care of my car service needs quickly and answered all my questions truthfully and without any "add on" hype. I highly recommend them.

Last month, my Ford Escape (my favorite car ever) was rear-ended, I was very thankful no one was hurt. I was concerned the car, however, wouldn t be the same after the extensive auto body shop repairs it needed. Frank, the manager at Echelon Auto Body shop was amazing! His calm demeanor, attention to detail, follow through with the insurance company and insistence upon excellence truly exceeded my best expectations. He and the team at Ford went above and beyond to make sure it turned out looking better than new and running awesome. Echelon Ford is the only place to look for anything automotive you may need. Bought a 2017 Escape Titanium withe the 301A package. This vehicle is amazing. I had a 2014 Escape but this one blows that one away. Sales staff and service maintenance is the best. Never had a problem dating back to 1997 when I bought an Explorer!!
I recently purchased a used Ford Taurus from the fine people at Echelon Ford. We were greeted by Dan as soon as we arrived and he was a absolutely wonderful guy that listened to me and my husbands thoughts and was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicles on the lot and helped point us towards a car we werent even thinking would be our option. Needless to say we test drove it and fell in love with it. Between Dan, who stayed hours after he was suppose to be done work just to help us in any way he could, and Chris, the head of sales, they got us the car we now wanted. They never made us feel pressured into a sale and bent over backwards to help us in anyway they could. The business manager Joe kept everything simple and was extremely informative of every option available to us. We had been to many dealers in multiple states leaving disappointed so we felt it was necessary to inform anyone that is looking to buy a vehicle, new or used, to absolutely consider stopping in and talking to a great group of people! We will recommend them to anyone that asks and would always be happy to be a returning customer!
I have a lot of water getting in my car and filling up under my passenger side seat. So I car the dealership on the 26th of November and they said they couldn t get me in until December 4th. When I got to the dealership on December 4th they said my warranty ran out in November. Then they try to charge me $100 just to tell me what the problem is not counting the price of the actual repair. They could ve just told me that my warranty was about to end. I would ve made sure I got in there before it ended. I m every disappointment on how they ended things with me. So my tip to everybody is keep track of your warranty because they won t tell you until is up

Had an appointment to get my oil changed. Walked in the Service Dept and was greeted by no one (plenty of employees were there but no customers except me). When I started to say 'Hi I have an appointment' I was rudely interrupted by 'we will be with you'. So I sat. After about ten minutes I hear ' Your last name?' Well that was a fine 'how do you do'. So then I waited ten fifteen minutes while she did a walk around my car and whatever else. When I came back to pick up my car, I told the salesman I needed the cashier. He directed me back to the creepy Service Dept. So then I sat again (no greeting again)waiting only to be directed to the cashier. Before I left however I overheard a male worker behind the counter being very rude to a senior citizen! I knew I was batting a thousand by the looks of the cashiers. One had her back turned chatting with a co worker and the other had a four course dinner in front of her. So I chose the food connoisseur to bother (I know she seen me standing there but she acted like she did not). She gives me a look of disgust and slowly puts away her entree (still leaving it on the desk however). Throughout the transaction she kept stopping to inform her co workers of her opinion of her meal. After that we waited another ten minutes or so before my car arrived. As we sat, our dinner was getting cold on my kitchen counter. We were fortunate enough to find a few stale donuts in the lobby to inhale . I still have a 'parking light malfunction' sensor lite that no one mentioned. However, they did mention that I 'urgently' need brakes but I do not. To top everything off, my tire pressure sensor showed up on my screen as I floored it out of the lot ( they were supposed to check that). Thanks Ford! I hope you toke a good look at me and my nephew cuz you'll never see us again. Thankfully I do not have a Ford, or I'd torch it.
I found a car that my husband and I were interested in on their website on Friday. I looked at it that night and my husband drove it the next day. Found a few small things that needed attention. They agreed to fix all of the concerns! It had everything we were looking for and then some. We got a great deal on it and our sales person, Kyle, was very nice. It was a fairly quick process since we had our own financing. I dont like dealerships because typically they are very pushy and youre there forever! Would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a great car!
They are horrible there customer service is the worst I have encountered. There mechanics are horrible. And they try and over charge you for everything. I just grabbed my keys and walked out!
