The room is good but small, even I've paid for the three bedrooms room.

The worst part is when I asked for late checkout 2pm. They asked for paying half day, or I need to meet with the manager to beg for the extra 2 hours.

I loved my experience at the hotel! <br/>Was spectacular, will definitely do it again.

5 star luxury hotel. Most peaceful place on earth second to heaven.

View,we had breakfast at the Dira restaurant it was fantastic and with a nice view of the mountains.

We were guests at the fairmont for 5 days. We had a wonderful service at breakfast and we especially enjoyed the helpful staff and particularly the help of Kazi. Would recommend in the future

I had very bad experience, the staff is untried / unprofessional at the reception they made us wait for more then 4 hrs to give the room I had my old parents and small children's with us and had no place to site we had to site on the floor waiting for the room allotment in spite of having a conformation and we had 4 rooms booking, surprisingly we ware allotted 3 rooms in 12th floor and one on the 5th in spite of several requests we did not get the room on the same floor till the last day, the room services is very bad toilets have no sloop for water to drain out. we had booked 4 rooms with 4 beds each we got 3 beds and the fourth one was a pool out type which damaged our back, (we got a back pain), the staff very rood, the quality of soap and shampoo very poor, the towels are worn out ones the lobby are always on cleaned, I would never visit again.

Good hotel, the food not so salty like the previous restourant hotel, rooms are spacious and wifi is uneventful

Huge big nice from outside but hopefully they take care of the terrible smile at the ground floor all garbage stored the whole area stinck. Please do some air purifier ozone

My family had breakfast in saudi restuarant, the ambencie is good and service is very great and buffet also some change for indonasia food.

My family and I stayed at the Fairmont hotel before. Its a nice property. The only negative i can say is that they need more elevators. I was going to give it 4 srars because of the inconvenience that this elevator issue causes. After reflecting on our overall experience, specially the staff of the restaurant in M3 and the obvious extra efforts they put in making sure that the start of the day is special, i couldn't give it less than 5 stars. Thank you to Mr. Ryad Hussain and all his team on M3 for making the hotel experience special!

I had breakfast in leader restaurant,buffet is nice and service given saiju is excellent, kazi come on my table ask our need and gave us warm welcome i recommended my family to come fairmont.

We had lunch in lezzet resturant, the buffet is so nice and delicious really we enjoy, service is given by mofizul he know guest need and supervisor kazi he attend on our table to ask about service experience in good manner, he is one of best supervisor in hotel.

No enough parking, the room has smell, the restaurants are closed except two and the service is bad in the Saudi restaurant.
The room size is good and the view is amazing, the reception is welcoming and the luggage helpers are quick and friendly.
Overall it is not up to Fairmont 's standard by any means.

Nice place, it's so huge building with restaurant, gym, department store, money changer and hotel.

We had a great time in the Fairmont. Of course the main attraction is the haram view and proximity but they were very helpful with the children especially keeping them entertained in the kids club. They have beautiful health club facilities and the food in the restaurant is of good quality although on the pricey side. Overall a good experience and would recommend to all

Simply put, I had an extraordinary experience here. Definitely coming back for what I believe now is the most proper Makkah stay. Highly recommended.

All is good...but for breakfast ,because i am from Indonesia, i need the hotel provide more indonesian foods, like fried rice, meatballs, fried chicken, fried noodle, bake bread and
indonesia soup like Soto..

Exclusive 5 star hotel adjacent to the Holy Kaabah.

The breakfast is delicious and have wide variety of food in Atyaf restaurant. The hotel itself is so clean and classy and has a big prayer room as well. It was an amazing stay.

Very happening place.
Many shopping stores are available as well.

Fairmont Makkah located in Clock Tower, it s an excellent hotel and awesome 5 star service. Rooms are very comfy, food is delicious and Restaurants are very nice.

The hotel was just too good. We stayed here for a week and it was great. The breakfast was also very lavish in every possible manner. The overall presentation and the sound environment of the hotel had a very soothing effect on our stay. Hope to come to Makkah agqin and stay here.
