Great service, Excellent staff, excellent food at their restaurants

Room size is nice. Location is of course good but the breakfast was not that good. Few options and for a 38 floor hotel, there was only one guy to prepare the omelette. Staff was not good at all. Always busy with the mobiles and reluctant to help in case of any issue.

Aldira restaurant at fairmont makkah is very nice and clean and their service is the best

In front of Masjid Al Haram. Rooms are good, neat and clean. Room service is very good. Staff is gentle and friendly. Breakfast buffet is very good, healthy.

First day seems good, better than most hotels and spacious. Yet, there could be more variety in the breakfast.

The best Hotel I have stayed in Makkah by far. The rooms and bathrooms and clean and modern and stylish. Service is good and staff have a good attitude. The bed mattress is amazing soft and comfortable. Although it can take a while to get to the Haram, due to multiple lifts and the crowds, the comfort and luxury and offers over shadows this. Breakfast and dinner options are good with many choices. Views are amazing. My only gripe about this hotel is the fact the it doesn t have Nutella for breakfast. Not much to complain about really. Try requesting good view.

Saudi restaurants food was excellent and the service.

We had an amazing stay in Fairmont Makkah.Very close to mosque.However I had to stand in a line for 10 mins to check-in which I have never experienced in a five star property.However the good thing is that they upgraded us to a better and huge room in the 60th floor.Staff are friendly.Breakfast was not at all a 5 star standard.Very less varieties and bad food taste.You can access Abraj al Bait mall from the hotel.Hotel is bit pricy but worth the money!Will definitely come back here insallah.

Amazing experience. Hotel has the best location, very close to AlHaram. Our room has a great view for the Holy Kaaba.
Breakfast is delicious and all staff are kind and quickly respond to any complaints.
Hotel has a Prayer area which has a good capacity and beautiful design.

Hotel is Best but it takes alot of time going into the room as you've to walk alot once you enter into clock tower.
Everything is fine here :)

It was nice stay in fairmont gold especially butlers are very talented .the room we checkin was wonderful designed and well decorated by butlers.after we come to lounge were three type of meals are complimentry basis.the service in the lounge is wonderfull especially showkat he give us all information about fairmont gold.the service of showkat is very commendable.inshallah we will stay again in fairmont gold.thanks to all FG team

Excellent. Located just opposite the Haram. Getting to the ground floor may require some time so leave early for prayers. It also has an amazing view of the masjid

The best part of this luxury hotel is it's location, it is very much adjacent to Haram. Also it has all the modern amenities to satisfy a customer.

The breakfast was great, the room also nice and teddy but the wi-fi is super slow and i couldn't connected with my room number. The windows was dirty you can't take pictures through them. Plus, they need to put extra blanket. And there wasn't any extra or new channels in TV. But the stuff ( cleaners, bag Boy) were so nice and friendly.

Good Hotel with clean & friendly staff. Very close to Masjid Al Haram. Few minutes walking distance. The breakfast was really good. It will give you opportunity to know few local dish. Worth staying.

It is a nice stay in fairmont gold .I got fresh fruits from butler Showkat and also very fantastic coffee which I order from 7799.the entire staff is very helpfully.fairmont gold had good location.first reception and after sofa sitting and lounge.inshalla I will stay in future also.thank u once again for giving me prompt service.

Excellent facility and services. Breakfast is extravagant and the staff is very friendly. They will bring any special requests quickly and make sure that the guests are fully satisfied. Definitely deserves repeat visit.

Also Fairmont is Second most expensive hotel in Makkah why its look like 2 star hotel
Just the breakfast was good and I asked for clean the table
And I booked upper floor to have a good view but the Window glass was not clean

Best place to shop whatever u want, Washrooms are awefull..

Good hotel in front of Haram(Makkah) with convenience of access in & out of Haram. Lots of shopping & restaurants on below floors(5) of the hotel but not the best place to find best deals as it's has premium prices due to its prime location(Haram).

Everything was perfect, the service is great and the rooms are quiet and clean. Best hotel in Makkah, hands down.

We had a lovely experience here. Room was spacious on floor 28 Fairmont Gold. Service was efficient and staff friendly. Would recommend...breakfast was ample and sufficient. Lots to choose from.the view from the 29th floor breakfast area was breathtaking. Overall 5*****

I stayed there in April 19 and everything was great from the small details to the big things. The service was wonderful and every one of the staff is eager to help and serve the guests.

The receptionists don't care about guests and are too arrogant and spend their time talking to female employees like teenagers and wasting your time uselessly.

A good hotel but not really a luxury 5-star hotel, very slow reception's staffs and check in procedure, and the room furniture is overused. They not gave us the exact booked room (High floor from 30-50 floor; because they told us there is a maintenanc repair in the all high floors but unfortunately was not and there are many hotel guest were living there using the special elevetor for the high floor). They also lost my luggage after i gave it to the Hotel-Setvice at the parking area and they found it about 2 hours later from check-in after many calls and complaining. The Ka'aba view from the room and the breakfast are amazing and the only thing that deserve a 5-star. At last i must mentioned one good things from the hotel staff that they gave us a late check out (until 4:30 pm) as apology.
