My family and I stayed at the Fairmont hotel before. Its a nice property. The only negative i can say is that they need more elevators. I was going to give it 4 srars because of the inconvenience that this elevator issue causes. After reflecting on our overall experience, specially the staff of the restaurant in M3 and the obvious extra efforts they put in making sure that the start of the day is special, i couldn't give it less than 5 stars. Thank you to Mr. Ryad Hussain and all his team on M3 for making the hotel experience special!
