Went to Pullman KL for a function. The food was good. Service and facilities were good. Located within walking distance to Bukit Bintang MRT and almost opposite of Pavilion Mall. There is a surau on the function room floor which was convenient. This hotel was previously Prince hotel hence some areas still needs some touch up eg the function room toilets looked tired.

This place is expensive, and therefore not worth the price for several reasons (I stayed here 4 nights btw):
- Massive queue for weekend breakfasts. Limited seating. Makes you feel uneasy while eating too, seeing everyone waiting for you to be done. Made me really annoyed considering the price.
- Room conditions not perfect and you can tell the place is slightly old. My hot water sometimes didn't work. Made me really annoyed considering the price.
- Sloppy cleaning staff left my bin unemptied one day, and didn't replace my toiletries on another day. Made me really annoyed considering the price.
- Internet speed capped, and cannot meet the golden standard of youtube videos without buffering. Made me really annoyed considering the price.
- Hotels use the word KLCC quite liberally. This is not as near as you think (long walk actually), and when it rains there is no way to get there from KLCC unless you have an umbrella because the pedestrian bridge doesn't reach the hotel, unlike many other hotels in the KLCC vicinity. Made me really annoyed considering the price.

I keep coming back here to stay because of its price and location. Although you have to walk a bit to get to a train station but aside from that it is a great hotel, especially for families with kids.

I love their apartments and there is little to complain about because they really cater to everything.

Keep up the great work in BB, KL Pullman!!

I stayed there for six nights in the residence section yet the level of accommodation in this section isn't as expected from the reviews I read. The accommodation is of a three stars hotel or less in Europe.

Pullman KL City Center is very nice hotel with very good location. The staff are also friendly and helpful. The room is nice and clean. The hotel is undergone some renovation (although you will not feel the construction), so, there are many new renovated rooms already finished. The breakfast are good and many choices. Even having breakfast in Executive Lounge is also nice as they also offer quite many hot dishes to order. When I was there, the Executive Lounge was still on renovation, so, it was temporarily moved to second floor, in the bar, but it is still good.

The hotel is located just behind Pavilion Mall in Bukit Bintang. It need a short walk since it is separated by a big and busy street, so, it will be saver to go through pedestrian bridge which need a bit of walk, around 7 minutes walk to Pavillion. Bukit Bintang is a lively place where the crowd can last until 3 - 4 am in the morning.

Literally could not pick any flaws. Certainly one of the best hotels I've stayed for this class! Value for money and I may confidently say the level of service and cleanliness are comparable to similar 5 star class but cost 1-2 notches higher.

1. Waited for more than one hour at Accor reception counter despite checked in on line.
2. Denied using my remaining Accor vouchers for discounted meals etc on 1st September 2017 as my card expired on 31st August 2017 despite I had renewed the membership about a week ago, but hadn't received my renewed package.
3. Called the local Accor agent Mr William who convinced me to renew my card, but got harsh reply from him by angrily scolded me for calling him on a rest day.
4. Tried getting help from duty manager but was told she couldn't get any reply from Singapore and Hong Kong office. So I could not enjoyed the benefits of Accor membership despite paid and renewed my dues.
5. I couldn't even get at least a few days extension of my just expired card of only one day.
6. I am the Accor member for many years. The quality of the services and member's benefit have gone down the drain.
7. There are now so many free hotel booking apps on line, why on earth should I get humiliated from the Accor agents and hotel staff even as a paying member?

The entire experience was pleasant with an attentive staff ensuring that everything went smoothly. Special thanks to Martine for checking up on us and accommodating our request for a late check-out. Will definitely return again next time we drop by KL.

Although the room was a bit old, but overall satisfied, the poolside restaurant and lobby staff were very good, helping to solve my big problem. For example: Helping to bring the frozen food brought back from Australia to the refrigerator so that I can bring it back to Hong Kong.

The rooms are the best with the Petronas Twin Towers and the KL Tower, with all amenities, amenities, room size, cleanliness, and everything was great.
The breakfast was all delicious, rich in fresh vegetables, able to eliminate the shortage of vegetables during travel, and the first experience of Nasi lemak was also very delicious.
The club lounge staff service and the level of alcohol and food were amazingly impressed.
I will always repeat when visiting Kuala Lumpur.
Thank you very much.

If I could rate higher than 5 out 5 I would've. The location of this place is very central. Within a 3 minute walk of the Pavillion which makes it very convenient for shopping and dining outlets.
The hotel itself and rooms are very luxurious and of top quality.
Our excellent service was well received hosted by Kamahl who looked after us in the Club Lounge exceptionally without issue or understanding of our needs. Kamahl is an excellent host who listens very well and assisted where he could every encounter.
I highly recommend to stay. We will be back again in a few months. Excellent!!

The 2 bedrooms suites are fantastic. Huge and comfortable. Very convenient access to Pavilion but you do have to brave the elements for about 100m and walk thru Banyan Tree to access the covered walkway to Pavilion.

The air conditioning is cold. It seems whatever temperature you set, it's either cold or off. Other than that, its every bit what you can expect of an Accor establishment.
