Makkah Clock Royal Tower, A Fairmont Hotel Review

Great for what it is... not sure it should be there though. Whilst it is, it's beneficial

We had lunch in lezzet resturant food is too good and service given by kazi and his team they put there effort to keep us happy and we will pass message to our family to visit fairmontmember to visit .

Great first impression of hotel. Hotel was very clean as well as the room. The restaurant staff were just lovely and the breakfast food was amazing. I was very pleased with my stay, and although short and sweet this time, I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future. Insha Allah.

We had Saudi & Lebanese breakfast , food was delicious with huge variety. Mr Kazi s Services were excellent.

awesome... I love to stay here during in Mekkah for Hajj. This fabulous hotel also has prayer room that can see Kabah directly from above and the sound system is connected to Imam in Haram.

10 minutes walk to Haram. Great place, has a shopping mall too, complete with a food court.

It was a very good hotel it s actually great all the service is excellent and the people are wonderful

Everything is awesome in hotel but it takes lots of time in check in At reception when a person is tired

The breakfast is good, the service from Kazi, the supervisor of the restaurant also good. We have many option to eat. The Room also comfy and view of the have the good view to Ka' bah.

Great tower , has many hotels , malls, mosque and parking , elevators needs more supervision as the number of guests and visitors is countless ..

Absolutely amazing to be hear during my Umrah here. Highly recommend to all travelers & all muslim that want to perform Umrah and Hajj

I stayed here in a triple room. The stay was great. The only one down thing was the noisy neighbors we had! However, we will be staying there again in ten days in a "basic" suite, which I don't know what size it is or anything!

Just few steps to Masjidil Haram. Nice hotel room, good price to stay in. 3 stars for food.

1. Attitude from phone operator
2. 2 days to open safety box, which was locked when arrived.
3. Airport shuttle booking not confirmed, a whole mess during check out.
4. Water boiler not working, full day to send another one.
5. In room breakfast came missing few items, some amount was refunded at checkout.

- all these problems was sorted only after complaining to duty manager !

The location is great, not too far from al Haram... The food was good, with Indonesian taste. The access to the room is quite limited - but fully understood, due to security and privacy. In overall, it was great to stay at Fairmont Makkah.

Beautiful building well maintained. However elevators are a problem there. All packed and you gotta wait forever for the next one which will again be crowded

I was expecting more than this , lunch and dinner menu tasteless, it didnt reflection 5 star hotel. Im so dissapointed , last 3 day breakfast menu is same , nothing change at all. I really dont expecting this , its like 3 star hotel , you should upgrade your services coz its 5 star hotel

Awesome Hotel, is sooooo near from Masjidil Harrom King Abdul Aziz Gate Alhamdulillah. The room is cozy, the service of the hotel are excellent, but an imprint on the heart is the reception officer at restaurant can greeting with so many language from other country

Great hotel, although we were 5 people in a room mainly for a couple. But services were good considering the hotel accommodates 2000+ people!

Comfortable and close to Al Haram, I would definitely suggest this hotel if you have the extra budget. The breakfast here is incredible with lots of choice both traditional and continental. By far the best hotel breakfast I've had (try the muffins!).The staff are very friendly and keen to look after you. The rooms are spacious with beautiful bathrooms, we had a Kaaba view which was breathtaking. Would definitely try to stay here again insha'Allah.
