The view. It's close to Msjid. The staff are friendly and the room are fabulously clean. The price in comparison to nearby hotels is a little bit expensive, however you are paying money against value.

The hotel, food was great. It was very clean. Being able to hear the adan was great. The downside was staff. I had to make a complaint before they'd do anything! The room had 2 single beds which isn't what we asked for and when leaving we had to wait over an hour for someone to collect our luggage. In the end, we did it ourself. Parking/ getting a car to pick us up was also a tragic experience.

This is really an amazing place. The staff are tremendous and helpful. The cleaning staff very obliging. Our problems were dealt with with great efficiency and immediately.
The hotel is just TOO BIG. Too many lifts. So many levels...sometimes confusing!
We booked for the convenience of being close to the Holy Mosque.
What you gain in distance on the ground level you lose out in the height and lifts issue. It can take atleast 20/25 minutes just to reach the ENTRANCE of the Holy Mosque. Very frustrating. This was the feeling of quite a few people that we met.
When you eventually manage to get to the ground floor, there is a shopping centre one has to work through before you get to the grounds of the Mosque (minimum approximately 200m). Then a large ramp before you reach the outer perimeter of the Holy Mosque. Then another 200m before you reach Abdul Aziz Gate or any other nearby entrances.
The view from certain rooms is breathtaking. Although it costs so much extra to get a view overlooking the Ka'aba.
Personally I would probably not look for a 5star hotel next time but a more convenient one instead. InshahAllah

Superb simply superb.

Superb simply superb.
The rooms are exclusively fashioned for your needs. Restaurants are great Dev shapes know how to coock ok and have to present the stuff you need. The mosque and the prayer area is marvelous. But most of all it's the view of the hotel that's takes you to another world.
The view of KAABA miseries you.

The rooms is great! The service is also great! Shower pressure is good, and amenities are complete. They have option to save water by not changing the linen daily, which is great! The closet is very spacious and there is an iron table available in the room. The food is also enjoyable, for Indonesians, they have a lot of our food during lunch usually, which is great! A wholesome experience all in all!

The extra bed is terrible. I just returned from a 3 star hotel with much much better extra bed than this. Even there is no blanket. Oh wait.. what about that yellow thing over there, is that a blanket? Oh, I thought it's a carpet..

Right across from King Abdul Aziz gate of Kaba
Nice food court, mall and place to shave head after Umrah with the hotel complex. You don't need to go anywhere else for anything during your stay in Mecca.

Had to face several issues during stay :-
1) Requested for 3 rooms on the same floor but despite availability staff could not adjust
2) Housekeeping and porter service was very slow. Had to wait for long
3) Restaurant service very poor
4) Although our rooms were all prepaid by our travel agency, we had to pay again personally for one room because the hotel admin said after 3 days of check in that it was unpaid. Despite showing them evidence of payment receipts, the managerial staff (Muhammad Nasr) did not co-operate and insisted to make payment to avoid room cancellation
5) None of the staff was fluent in English which is very important for international pilgrims leading to communication issues
5) Never going to stay again and recommend anyone

From the time I checked in to the hotel I started facing a lot of issues
The bed was broken
Then the chair was broken
Then the AC s temperature control wasn t work and we were freezing in and then they gave us a room heater to warm the room up.
Just as we adjusted and settled in our room for 2 nights and 3 days, they offered us another room and said it s a better view and asked if we would like to move.
We had a look at the room but since we have settled in our room we didn t want to move so we opted to stay in the room for which they refused to accept and told we MUST move and that it would be inconvenient for them to service us in this room.
Of all these terrible experiences, what made
Our stay a welcoming treat was the waiter Mr Mohazzib , be made us feel at home with his amazing personality.

Lifts are dead slow, mostly switched off even in rush hours, few that are kept on are tooooo crowded. Food court has limited seating capacity. In Ramadan and Hajj season people have to sit on ground to have food, frequently to be asked to move DURING food by ill mannered Egyptian Floor Managers.
