I love Macy's. They had a great selection of Ohio State hoodies and tops
Their prices are reasonable.

Macy's is always a must visit whether you are a tourist or a New Yorker...

This was one of the most beautiful Macy's I have ever been to. It had many floors of items that you can buy

The mothership of Macy s stores. I believe it s 9 floors, and each floor has a restaurant or place to grab a bite, snack, or drink. Shopaholics could easily spend half a day in here.

The place was beautiful around Christmas time! Just super super busy, but worth it. There were great deals and honestly, every Christmas lover should go here to shop

Really crowded at the holidays but the store is huge! A little hard to navigate and would recommend going in off peak times if you're local.

Love this place sometimes finding a cash out register is challenging and some of the sales reps could do with an attitude adjustment

Macy's is a Landmark Department Store that has basically everything could need and more. Quality customer service is a major attribute of this flagship store.

My favorite Macy spot even tho that's not saying much...just gets annoying bcuz I seem to get lost in here being the difference escalators and the way the elevators is layed out u might miss it..but cant complain much bcuz they got enough sections for u to find your needs

Good shop but their online sales is horrible. I ordered a winter jacket and they accepted my offer and told me that it was unavailable 3 days after the purchase.

Nice big store. Numerous clothing stores, perfumes, shoes, sun glasses, watches, Apple store, and a lot more. Good place for shopping. Place is iconic at NYC so definitely worth of spending couple hours (though the whole day can be spent there :)

Loved shopping here during Christmas. The decorations were beautiful! Be sure to ride the Historic wooden escalators to all 9 floors. It s 2.5 million square feet, so plan to be there a while!

Macy*s in French is "mais si!" which means "but yes". Huge selection if you want something specific, say in men's clothing (or other). Better deals at an outlet store? Maybe, but Macy's "last chance" bargain deals are even better deals.

We found the selection dull and repetitive.We really wanted to like it and spent time looking at pieces we thought would work for us. But it didn't have enough flair to inspire us to spend our money there.

This store compare to Buffalo is huge with huge choice, all kind of brands. I enjoyed my shopping , bought a lot of nice stuff.

Macy's is a gorgeous place to visit. I didn't buy anything on my trip there because the prices were too high for me but they might be reasonable for you. There are eight floors with the top floor being a food court so you never have to leave. The store is a little confusing; it took me a while to realize the men's store is separated from the women's by a giant wall through every floor of the building. If you're a man, enter in through 7th avenue and ladies use any other door.

Outstanding department store in a great location. One million square feet of shopping. Terrific visual and when you need a break excellent restaurants, snack areas with named brands serving you. Plenty of friendly knowledgeable sales associates. Conveniently accessed by mass transit from in or out of the City. An experience not to be missed.

Kiwi view: perfect example of why department stores are suffering. Everything feels a bit old. Limited stock to what you can order online. Lines at the limited toilets. Up escalators broken forcing you to walk to find another escalator. You are using escalators because not all the lifts seem to work so they take ages and are crowded. It has plenty of inside eating places but they are crowded, the food is over priced and not always clean. Lines at the checkout aren't helped by the sales people chatting away to each other. And the sales specials, even after Christmas are not store wide and usually only around 25% off. BUT the window displays at Christmas are OK, it is BIG which has novelty value and the staff are generally friendly and helpful.

This is not a respite department store to enjoy the seasonal atmosphere while shopping. Be prepared to fight crowds to get around in this behemoth as it is 8 levels and one NYC city block in size. The escalators are old and can be broken and the bank of elevators are not plentiful enough. Also the store s directory signage is completely inadequate. The Christmas window displays (in 2018) are not enough to make a special trip to see. The floor with Santa must have been 85 Degrees, wear layers.

It's okay... interesting only for their designer store

Macy's was great I was able to buy everything I needed. Great Customer Service in Handbags. Only downside the ladies bathroom on the 7th Fl needs to be upgraded and remodeled.

This store is okay, much better than the location in Brookyn. That location has a dead and dreary spirit.

I really did not find what I was looking for. They have a lot of clothes that are just not to my tast. The prices for everything is just ridiculous! They want $30 for 7 panties. That's too high! I have a gift card for $25 and let me tell you that I am having a hard time making a purchase in this store. Even the DARN costume jewelry, which will turn in less than a month is $30 and up. I'll have to make another visit and hopefully I will be able to buy something. They did have Tommy Hilfiger bath towels on sale for $4.99, but I'm not giving my money to those who don't like people of color. NOPE! I really need a bathrobe. I'm not sure that I will find one for less than $25. I also can use some active wear. I'm on a mission to find an item that I need or really like for under $25. Wish me luck!

They also have a huge selection of a lot of items. It s also a great place to shop for personal appearance as well. I ve always loved coming here ever since I arrived in New York City. Even around Christmas time, there s great window displays that all visitors want to see.

the biggest Macy's store i ever saw with many holiday bargain

The Gucci fragrance counter representatives are helpful and efficient. The Gucci store runs low with stock but the sales agents are very helpful in finding alternative items that one might be interested in. Very pleasant shopping experience at this location.

Good store and it has 3 floors with different things to sell. Not too expensive.

Amazing department store, check out the McDonalds on the 7th floor. Wish you could get double quarter pounders in the UK

If you are not aware this Macy's location is the largest in NYC! And probably one of the few locations that is truly upscale. It embodies what the brand stood for in years past. This location is HUGE! There are well dressed security located through out the store. Not that's it's scary to shop there. It's for the protection of the merchandise and of course if you need assistance with your bags. I enjoyed myself! But of course I love to shop!

The make over looks good but what they've been selling lately is not like when you use to walk in and get the things you want it all about Perfume lady's hand bags and make up for lady's face i think that

Its a world in itself..massive store has everything you could want...even clean restrooms and diner in the basement... even entertainment area...

Love the Christmas window decorations. NYC is the best.

Big at time overwhelming great selection and prices

You cant come to NY city without a visit to Macy's.
What can you say? Its literally one of a kind, a shop for every single person, massive food choice and plenty of toilets.
Staff are very friendly, and the place is spotlessly clean, only negative is with it being so big, changes are for the shop you want, you'll have to walk and walk

Walking through Macy's is like walking through David Jones in Sydney, very good layout and a joy to browse and purchase items

Best Macy s ever is on 34th street. I hate to shop but this location changes my attitude I LOVE going to this Macy s. The windows are the best too. Don t miss out on the window shopping!

Sales associate Leslie was phenomenal..she is on the 6th floor womens section. Very patient, helpful and a great sense of style according to what your body type and event your dressing for. Macy's you have a A1 sales women and I hope she is very much appreciated..

Customer service was superb. It's massive. Find customer service for a map before doing anything else!

This was the best shopping experience ever in Macy's. The sales lady went way beyond getting shoes from other areas and staying past closing to ship our shoes to Texas. I loved the experience. And I am not a Macy's fan

The reason this place doesn t do any better is because their buyers are not in trend and because their customer service is down the drain. They re so miserable, it s pretty ridiculous.

Large selection of clothing for both men and women. This is "everyone" to go place. You can find better deals on the same brand and clothing at Century21

First of all, I remember when I went to Macy's Flower Show since from the beginning of last 2012.

The selection at this store is insane and you can honestly spend a long time here! For the guys out there, if you come here with your wife/girlfriend expect to spend a long time here. The one thing that I did find frustrating though was that some staff members were the sassiest people I've ever met in my life and very rude. However, overall I had a positive experience here.
