This is not a respite department store to enjoy the seasonal atmosphere while shopping. Be prepared to fight crowds to get around in this behemoth as it is 8 levels and one NYC city block in size. The escalators are old and can be broken and the bank of elevators are not plentiful enough. Also the store s directory signage is completely inadequate. The Christmas window displays (in 2018) are not enough to make a special trip to see. The floor with Santa must have been 85 Degrees, wear layers.
