Store looks pretty.aloy of merchandis. But unless you know what you want to buy and where exactly it's located you are going to waist the entire day in there. Service at the jewelry section is very slow because there is not enough employees. Employees are not helpful as this store is huge and even they don't know where is everything located.

Quality selection and offers plus sizes in styles often seen in contemporary fashion.

This is the mother of all Macy s... if Macy s sell it, it s here... every thing you see in your local Macy s department store is here, but every thing you ll see here won t be in your store... I guess I ve made it simple enough for you to get the big picture.. all staff are excellent and the place is always well kept and organized..

I just love to go shopping at Macy's. I can always find everything I'm looking for. Just a wonderful place to shop all in all.

Superb shopping mall with a variety of brands, you can get almost all the top tier variety of brands right here. Being designer the prices are very high. Fact: The concept of shopping mall started with Macy's.

It was Macy's I only went in for shades and walked in at the end where I needed to be. Service was great though and I got a pair of shades. Nothing much to say.

Biggest store in NY? Oh yes, they have wooden escalator

Sooo Hugeeeee Macy's store. Largest Macy's store for sure. Has it about 7-8 floors? I was lost half the time. But you can definitely find any retails inside this Macys. All the big brands you can find here. It would feel like they have the separate outlet for these big brands like Gucci. You can spend hours in the store. Recently remodeled and is very nice with white and light marble throughout
We got lost a bit trying to find out a way to the mezzanine level for the men's jeans/young men s' section. Apparently, you have to use their older/wooden escalators to reach this "hidden" level. It really feels like a maze to find anything, but it was fun.
They put up nice decorations for Christmas also and they are very famous. In Christmas, its must go place.

There are restaurants here if you get hungry while swimming through a sea of crowded people...and tourists. Shopping at the world's largest department store was somewhat of an adventure. And yes, they have 4 wooden escalators. How are they still working...?

This is a big mall. Its a huge mall. You will find everything that you want. The price here is closer to mid range but they have many high end products but at lower prices in comparison to malls at uptown. Its popular with local and tourists. It is almost like a must go in manhattan nowadays.

I have a love hate relationship with this store, I absolutely love the fact they have a whole floor full of plus size designer clothes, I have purchased quite a lot from there as we don't have any stores in the UK that do this on the other hand if you buy a $300 bag they just throw it in a bag and that's it, the customer service just isn't there, if I go to a store and spend a lot of money on designer items I expect a better service, staff to be attentive and packing to be at a good standard.

The only place you can dine, eat, drink and shop for the entire families needs as well as housrhold

This is a must visit for tourist and it is still very attractive for local residents.

Just so-so prices and very claustrophobic inside. You'll feel like a rat caught in a maze and can't find the exits.

The Macy's on 34th is a NYC staple. With 9 floors of great merchandise from shoes and wedding dresses to mattresses and furniture, Macy's is your go-to store. I have been coming to this store since I was a child and the recent renovation to the first floor really changed the feel of the store. It now feels more luxurious than ever. If you work in walking distance or just need a bit to eat, the food court in the basement is a great option.

I usually mostly take advantage of the makeup and skincare counters, but also find what I need in one of the other many departments in a pinch.

This is a massive Macy's - the flagship store. It has almost anything you can imagine in there; huge selection for both men and women. If you go to the back of the departments you would see a huge clearance center that has a ton of great cloths.

Sadly, I hadn't been there in a while and found the layout confusing. Still like Macy's though.

My Favourite store. Good deals and prices. Just have to look around and find them. I can easily spend half a day in this store. Many food places in this store as well as welcoming staff everywhere.

For a large department store, it is still the world's best on price, service, and value. User friendly, easy to navigate and find what you need. And the staff and service is second to none

It's Macy's what can I say. I love the kids clearance section. It's just an amazing experience to go even if you don't buy anything.

Things are arranged by designer and a floor plan would be helpful. Bathrooms are overcrowded. Eateries are good. Sale prices. Great Bedding!

Clean. Organized. Well lit. Elevators working. Great prices in the heart of midtown.

Good amount of options. The only thing is I feel like it was a massive maze you can get lost very easily in there and the maps around the building were not good.

Busy store on 34th street, MOD was on top of the check out situation, staff knew a little about all depts and merchandise. Found what i wad looking for in 20 minutes. Macy's first floor was under construction

8 floors and a basement! Wooden escalators - makes you want to watch Miracle on 34th St all over again. Fantastic selection - friendly staff The wife and I opted not to stand in line to see Santa but I saw excited children standing in line waiting to talk with him and get an iconic photo!

Good mall but neither amex nor visa card worked as its black listed only our MasterCard worked

Although pounced upon by fragrance sales assistant on entering Macy's, it turned out quiet well. The wife had a list of fragrances, perfumes on her iPad which they went through with the wife and done all the leg work collecting them from around the dept and within 20minutes or so all was done.This freed up more of our time.

I never received my Macy's card in the mail. Turns out they sent it to the wrong address. Customer service promised to send a replacement to the correct address. I received a bill, but no card. I finally went to a store, assuming I would be able to speak to a service person face-to-face. Wrong. I was sent to a phone to call their call center. It took me two rounds of calls to settle my bill. The last out of 8 people I spoke with was very helpful. Finally. Needless to say say I cancelled my account.

Holiday pick up was easy. They had staff retrieving orders while in line. Made things flow smoothly and quickly.

For the ultimate shopping experience. Everything you would want under a single roof..from designer wear to everyday utilities. Love the place

Their Pre-Christmas door buster sales are fabulous.

Love love love Macy's. There Christmas windows are excellent and the inside is beautiful decorated. A fabulous place to shop
