I want to commend this store because of there excellent service, cultural diversity in the work place, cleanliness, location, and a great floor layout. I went in to purchase some slacks for an upcoming meeting and found exactly what I was looking for. The experience brightened my day. Keep up the good work.

Decent deals if you are willing to take the time to look through the piles of things. Not a place where you should expect customer service to blow you away, because getting any is a big deal here.

Where Old Navy and other similar spots disappoint, TJ Maxx serves well. This location is clean, well-stocked, with quite a nice variety of clothing for any occasion. The brands are varied, though they ve gone super heavy on Adidas. I was really impressed with how relatively calm it was on a Saturday afternoon compared to Marshall s, and if their dress clothes become more varied (e.g., more brands, more button-downs, and better organization of pants) I would definitely be a regular shopper here.

Went there for the first time today.. I immediately realized this store is very chaotic. Over the course of the one hour I spent there, I found staff extremely rude. I literally got pushed with my carriage smashing my toe as an employee pushed past me to the break area. The cashier was a total mess, didnt know how to price check, rude, no manners- no customer service skills. This store was a waste of my time besides the $130 i managed to spend. Obviously, they do not take customer service very seriously. Even the customers were rude and obnoxious- loud, getting in your way to look at something. I will stick to my homestore in a nicer town. This should be a flagship store as its located in the same town as the corporate office. BUT NO.

Some items are not too special in price, sometimes or I might say, many times it will be better to drive a more, and go to the outlet, it might give you a better satisfaction for what you pay. The staff is more like introverts, which really don't help much. Keep in mind those things, and maybe you would enjoy your visit.

The manager made me feel very uncomfortable,by complaining I was in the store right when it opened. the clothes were not the quality you would expect, there were stains and rips on things that were not meant to be stained or ripped.

Unpon entering this place it is clear to see why retail is in decline. There was barely a selection of mens jackets and the few I did find looked like they were from the closet of an 80s movies rich kid. We're talking windbreakers over Polo shirts with the collars popped. Just but whatever you need somewhere else... Maybe the internet.

I signed up for Yoga class and suddenly needed yoga clothes and a yoga mat. T.J. Maxx actually had all that!
And maybe it's only because it was nearly closing time (9:30), but the queue for the checkout was tolerable. I would even be willing to go back when I have more time to look around.
