Amazing to see 5 story at MACY'S. Everyone at Macy are friendly and helpful.

This is biggest Macy's in the world! I love coming here. It has so much to look at that you cannot finish it all in one day.

You will definitely find everything you want but beware this store is way too big than probably you can handle! It sometimes can get on you cause what you are looking can be on any of the 8floors in any section! So not a place for quick shopping

Macy's can have some great prices, but the store is typically an utter mess. It's very disorganized.

Terrible service! The staff here are not interested in helping you I asked the lady for some assistance and it took her literally 30 minutes to tell me she could not assist me and find the item I was looking for.

Beautiful store. Coat dept. Till lady Left Alarm badges on both coats I bought! I Had to take taxi back to store to have them removed. You can't remove alarm badges at home as if you do..there's ink that will ruin your garment! Beware. Check that the sales person has removed the badge before putting the item in the bag. Have your badges removed before leaving Macy's.

This is a model department store. Everything you need under one roof. Great places to get a quick bit as well. You can spend a whole day in here if this is what you like.

It pretty much resembles any normal department store but it's huge!! Seems to sell pretty much anything that you may want

Is A beautiful place. Has a lot of especial and it's lovely to go there at the beginning of spring.

My wife loves this store ! The American economy was saved by her many, many purchases!

Asked 3 cashiers for a price check. Kept being sent to the next one until I decided to leave. Allowed me to understand why people are buying more and more on the internet. Better service, no lines and done have to deal w the grumpiness of retail attendants.

Cool shop. It's very easy to find. I don't know why I expected it to be bigger than it was. One thing I also liked was the quality of the products. They were pretty cool.

Santaland is a wonderful experience for my students to celebrate the holidays.

As long as you know on what floor the merchandise you're looking for is then you'll find what you need, otherwise you'll spend the whole day from floor to floor.

Store is massive 9 floors massive men don't leave your women I mean that cap your card to it ain't cheap there are at least 3 floors of women's clothing a whole floor of shoes and a whole floor of kids clothing and a floor of cooking shhhh...tuff however and I say this without shame there's a mackies and a few other food places also you can play an Xbox or go vr there's also a floor for men's but we don't need 5 hours to do that if you have kids chain them to something if they go their gone you ain't going to find them their ain't no staff either and if you do find one their busy or have no idea where anything is I did find one person who knew after an hour of looking so if you wanna lose pounds(dollars) and your whole day its a great family day out

ended up spending 2 days there. so much shopping and gorgeous clothes. go during sale period - so worth it.

You can find almost everything here. However, the staff aren t as nice as those in other Macy s. And the signs make it rather difficult to navigate inside. Good luck looking for the restrooms without help.

Macy's in NY city is an oportunity to offer a wide range of possibilities in old fashion way with quality and prices.

Visiting Macy's is a unique experience. Avoid the store card, though. It's not great value.

This is hands down, the best Macy's store there is! I can shop for an entire day here, and get everything I am looking for.

Busy, Loud, and chock full of people. The staff is overwhelmed due to the number of people in the store. The customer service experience depends on the department you're in and how you look.

This is the largest Macy's in the country and it shows with the amount of floors, brands and styles they have. There didn't seem to be many employees to ask questions or help you find what you were looking for, but that is consistent to what I have seen at other Macy's. This location is a great place to find clothes there just because of the amount of stuff that is available.

You will probably get lost in this mall of a Macy's. It has several restaurants inside of you're looking for a warm place to sit and eat and shop.

Very nicely decorated for the holidays. Like a winter wonderland. Many things to buy some pricey some not.

Don t miss the winter holiday window display and also, this Sunday starts the Flower Show. It s free to visit and it s spectacular. For the Macy s Thanksgiving Day Parade They also have a special exhibit and merchandise. Live videos from winter and spring are available on my Facebook page.

I have always heard NYC Macy's was filled by sticker shock. Not true, yes you have high end but there were some really good prices on everyday apparel.

The shopping heart beats faster. But beware, you leave a lot of money there.

People are very kind and the service is excellent, I really th8nk this place does not get enough credit.

There s a lot of nice brands here with good deals. The service is friendly and helpful. There is a bit of a wait at the checkouts though.

Asides from having the unenviable Miracle on 34th Street connection this store is a real gem, spacious, clean and has retained some beautiful features like wooden escalators - the santa grotto looks to be a real treat (they were setting up) and has dioramas of scenes from the film - amazing. The entrance will be through a model steam engine. Fantastic service and we really enjoyed the coffee shop on 7

Best Macy's In NYC!..Point Blank I've Been Going There Since Forever

Update via Black Friday.. I was very disappointed today even with Black Friday sales going on there was too much confusion on sales floor like going floor to floor.. Especially dissatisfied with the mattress floor the sales associates were so unhelpful and ignoring me even though they were the least busy floor in the store I don't think I'll be back perhaps in a different mattress department in a different Macy's Not a good job today Macy's on 34th Street.

World's largest Macy's did not disappoint! Store was clean and organized. There are maps all over to tell you where to find different departments. The Wooden escalator was neat! Associates were friendly and very helpful!

Big brands, 5 floors but in the end nothing special. If need to wait for your wife better wait outside with a beer on the square that will be a long 2h ;)

Always the most fun plane to shop. They desperately need bathrooms on every floor. That's their only minus. And it's a big one

Nice shopping if you have enough money. If you are a Student you probably won't find a Lot to buy there. But it is nice to have a walk around there.

Iconic department store.Think Miracle on 34th Street. Their Lingerie department has beautiful bras, bathrobes etc, and their Kitchen department will make any cook crazy with lust.

The men's fashion is about 5 years behind! Not a good place to shop if you like you are trendy and live in 2017.

So glad we were able to visit Santa Land, in the spirit of Miracle in 34th Street. Loved the wooden escalator. I forgot what a huge store Macy's is.

Macy's is just so pretty this time of year! Soo much Christmas Decor! They even had a DJ playing music while we were there so there was a lot of energy in the store. Glad we made it on our list to see just a few days before Christmas.

THERE IS A BAR. ON THE SIXTH FLOOR. do you understand how amazing that is? Five stars does not do this rating justice. I want to rate it 5 million stars. Omg, my life was changed after drinking a gin and tonic within a Macy's. The Macy's was cool, too I guess. They go crazy for Christmas

They really do an amazing job for the holidays, but everything I liked had an extra zero at the end, so I didn't buy anything.

Bathrooms are managed in an amazing and efficient way.

Great customer service I for the first time enjoyed shopping in Macy's. Bad experience stop going there for years first in about 15 years..
