They over work their employees for very little pay...

They over work their employees for very little pay . Owners are simply the worse . They belittle their employees in front of customers and coworkers . They promise you accommodations with your schedule and completely ignore that. They do what they want with . It's simply horrible how they run the place , need to say the food is dry and always getting my order wrong . Stay away from this place .

On Friday, 7/19/2019 @ around 3pm, My Sister's Van...

On Friday, 7/19/2019 @ around 3pm, My Sister's Van exploded while we were in the drive thru (almost to the pick up window). It started smoking and leaking green fluid. Ac was not on. We immediately asked McDonald's employees if we could get help pushing the van out of the drive thru line.
A female manager, Sue, came out and ordered two of her employees to help push the van. But, she was very rude saying we could not park the van in their handicap spot (both my Sister and I are disabled), even though we bought food here. Sue asked her employees to push the van out into the street, even though there are signs of "No Parking Anytime". And then when we complained of them doing that, she said: "I can't have you guys blocking my parking". Seriously? This manager needs a course in customer service and etiquette. Corporate definitely will be hearing about this!!!

the morning staff at this restaurant needs to wake up. I ordered pancakes for my grandkids. Had to go back and get the juices that we ordered. Had to go back and ask for syrup for the pancakes. Is it really that hard just to put an order in a bag?

I just came from this McDonalds. I was in line by ...

I just came from this McDonalds. I was in line by 12:40am. The car ahead of me reached the speaker at 12:57am. They did not take the order from the person ahead of me nor my order. I could not move out of the line, as I was blocked by people ahead of me and people behind me. They began turning off lights at 12:50am. I sat there from 12:40am to 1:10am. If I could give a 0 rating, I would. DO NOT go here.

So my husband was going to pay and they said they couldnt change $100 so we tried paying what we had and we didnt have enough change so we asked them if they could take off the drink and she called the manager and he came all rude saying they go to redo the order and my husband asked him why are you being rude and his response was that we were holding up the line and they got orders to do!!!!when we asked for corporate number they did not want to give us the number!!Its really poor customer service!!! F*** the manager!!!!

Bathrooms are just for employees, a disabled person ask to use them as an emergency and they denial to this person and send him to Carls Jr.
O ask whos decision was to lock the bath and they said the owner.
They should use the criteria and in some emergency cases let use it, but they are nonesense they don't even care.

Sweet new worker taking my order, but the old lady, Norma, was very rude after not giving me all my food pretty much called me a liar in front of all the workers and other customer. I will never come back here and I will let everyone I know as well!

Already the slowest drive thru I've ever been in and to top it off, it looked like the girl was showing the car in front of me pictures on her phone when there was a huge line. Average time in drive thru, 15 min

HOLLY SH!T, what is up with this young guy at the register, he acts like he's serving people who just nailed his mom. You guys need to either put him in the back taking out trash, retrain him or fire him. A lady asked to speak to a femal employee pertaining to something with the females bathroom and he says outloud, "This lady here wants to talk with a female!" Pretty sure he could have walked over to his manager, who happened to be a female and talked quietly to the manager as well as refer to the customer as a CUSTOMER not "....this lady!"

I am sitting in the McDonalds as I write this. I am ashamed that I have given this branch my money & exposed my child to this scene. I am witnessing upper management have a discussion with an employee that should be PRIVATE. There is an employee actually crying in the dining room while these TWO other managers have a discussion with her. I feel so bad for this girl & I cannot begin to imagine how embarrassed she is. Customers & employees should not see this type of meeting &, unfortunately, I'm fairly confident in saying the other employees know what's going on. Have some respect for your staff & customers. This scene is never something that should be witnessed by the public.

Placed a curbside pick up, checked in when I arrived on the app, received a thank you we'll be out in about 5 mins... i waited patiently for almost 12 mins before leaving after seeing all the drive thur customers come and go.. and some even parking next to me from the drivethur to get the reminder of there order but yet I was never attended to. Horrible Service.

Horrible... We were staying in Colton at Motel 6 across the street. I tried giving this location a chance but it was useless. Three different times...the Sunday morning crew must party hard on Saturday night because almost everyone seemed hung over...orders were hodge podged together and drinks were prepared way ahead of food and left to wait...The drive thru is another catastrophy...once you're in the loop of the split order boxes you're trapped... Sat for almost thirty minutes... I had to go back to the pay window and ask what the problem was only to be told the system was down... Asked what that had to do with orders already paid for... The line moved quickly afterwards... Third and last encounter was an order for two iced coffees and a double cheeseburger which took more than twenty-five minutes and I was inside the store to pick up a mobile order...This place is a hot mess...

Manager lady is not controlling her staff. She it telling them things in a loud voice where the customers are hearing her dissatisfaction with their lunch hour performance.

Seems the grill is a major hang up.

I remember this McDonald's and the manager sucked in her presentation to her employees and her customers and it took me 20 minutes to get a hamburger remade because it had a label in it that I believe she said she's so I was very unsatisfied with my visit there
