Wait standing like 10 minutes and I was never attended to very bad service

Friendly employees, drive thru was a tad slow? But very accurate, & my food was nicely hot, & fresh!

McDonalds always for whatever reason forgets to give me something in my order and I don't know why it seems as they try to get it right

My boyfriend and myself ordered our food through the Drive-through and the lady Esperanza was rude, it seemed as if she hates her job! She shouldn't be working there since she has no customer service.

Very slow and fries were hard and burned like they had the same oil forever

Horrible service. Lady taking our order was very friendly, McGriddle was fine, oatmeal was too watery & didn t come with fruit, hot chocolate didn t even look like hot chocolate & tasted watery. Will not come back here!

Works are kinda rude.No people skills food was alright

Sometimes they forget to bring certain items on your orders.

We were in the drive thru at 12:45 on a Saturday, they shuts the lights off and wouldn't take our order or anyone else including the people in front of us who were there before us. Absolutely no excuse for this. Will not be returning in the future.

This place never get your order right stay away from the drive thru

Basic McDonald's fair. The drive through is tight so larger trucks are not advised.

Im not crazy about their food but I do love their iced coffee vanilla flavor

Got the order right but didn't want to give a stirrer for my coffee. When asked for a stirrer, the drive thru employee at first implied I didn't need one.

Came through drive thru around midnight, worst service ever, and food tasted old.

Absolutely the worst store ever. The owners are total jerks to customers and yell at employees. It was very much sickening to my stomach to hear the owner Wahid yelling and berating employees. The place was a mess and all employees agree its the worst place on earth to work for.. well these owners.. so why would anyone do business there? Definitely needs competent owners.

Every time I stop by this location on my way to work they have me park in the reserved parking spot because they don t have fries. This has happened more than once now. What else does McDonald s do other than FRIES?! I don t mind waiting but it s always 20+ minutes and I have to go inside and demand that they give me my food before they make me late to work. This is unacceptable and down right ridiculous

McDonald's in crestline isn't great and it's a place to go if you're not picky about your health! Many don't wash hands after handling money, hair,but then again many don't care .

Look it was disgusting. Unbelievable, never go to this store ever again spent $45 tossed the food in trash wont give that to my family.

It's McDonald's, what do you expect? The store was only mildly dirty and my pre-made food had not been sitting out for too long so it was still edible.

I got the mushroom burger and I got four little mushrooms! Glad I didn't go on the 215 or else the would have taken my Mushroom Money!!!!!

Location has rude employees including the manager on duty tonight. 4/7/2017 at 8pm. Stopped in at the location with my family. My 5yr old daughter had an emergency and needed to use the restroom right away. Both the employee and his manager refused to let her go to the restroom unless we ordered first. Needless to say my daughter urinated all over herself and the floor as we were leaving.. thanks a lot you careless jerks! Your manager on duty needs to be fired!

Best McDonald's around. Their sandwiches are always fresh and drive thru staff is very friendly.

Quick in and out. Easy ordering with automotive order stand. Can add things to order very easily

Not a fan of McDonald's in general but, the manager thought it was ok that it took 15 mins to complete a simple order of 2 apple pies. He got mad when I suggested a complimentary drink or fry. I got my free small drink though. Idiot!

Drive thru was so slow, it took 20 minutes for just six cheeseburgers. They are soooooo slow, what a great day to pick to go on a diet.

Has to be one of the worst McDonald s in the area never receive any of the sauces or straws ever, alwyS try and give them another shot but they always blow it and the food it usually burnt, CHECK UR BAG

Ice cream needs to be more thick and frozen & less watery.
