Awful rude employees, drive thru is so tiny u can't get a full size truck thru ... worst McDonald's in So Cal

They were happy to be open for service! What a blessing!

Don't know about other locations but McDonald's on Redlands Blvd they are diligent, friendly, never a concern with my order. My go to drive through

This is probably the worst McDonald s I ve ever been to. Bad service EVERYTIME I go here. And the owner sue seems like such a nice person. The management there is toxic

Gave me incorrect order once. I went back a few weeks later and ordered a burger with no pickles at the drive thru laughing employee give me my food I get home and there are 5 slices of pickles in my burger. Never going back

Love my experience at this McDonald's very clean even that day that I went it was never worried about people slipping so they had somebody at the door keeping it dry and clean the floor so nobody would get hurt food was very fresh ready almost at Foreigner it's just the parking lot needs to be rethought of that's the only thing that's wrong employees are great Foods great and service is out of this world thank you

My hamburger wasn't constructed as great as other locations. Onions all in one spot instead of spread around. Soda was flat. Service was good.

McDonald's serves it's purpose. Fast food served relatively quickly. But, even though they have remodeled most of their locations, they seem to always be dirty and sticky. I usually only go to McDonald's for a hot fudge sundae but recently tried their Grand Big Mac. It was pretty tasty and very filling. But, it was also pricey - almost $7.00. A little too much to pay at a McDonald's.

Horrible service! Went close to closing and they didn't give me 2 of my sandwiches. I realized this as I was about to pull out of the parking lot so I just pulled right back into the drive-thru where the cashier told me they couldn't give me my sandwiches because they didn't have anymore and that I would have to come back in the am to either get my sandwiches or get a refund that they couldn't do either until the morning, in a town I was passing thru.... Horrible service!!! Abigail was her name

It is small and a bit torn up, but the food was great!

Best store I've been to. Like my local store is one and this is five. Definitely looking forward to come back again!

Well, they get the orders wrong half of the time...and then their ice cream machine is usually dead lol

Some what ok after I placed my order to eat in they said they would bring food to my table but they gave me no kids cup for my son's meal. Then when my order was ready my number was called and I had to go get it and ask for kids meal you they forgot to put in bag and ask for kids cup they forgot to give so total visit was just ok.

We were missing hamburger and they didn't add our fries we ordered. Most of the time they can't hear us because of the traffic. Its frustrating.

Slow service. I did a mobile order, thinking it would save time, but it ended up taking 15minutes+ for an order of 3 items. Only reason for not giving a lower grade is the staff is nice.

Very busy drive thru must request hot Frye's, but beware you have to wait in front approximately 3 to 5 minutes and lots of bums hanging out.

Food was great! Had bad customer service very early in the morning. I was asking for the details in pricing on the sausage burrito and the teller made me feel like I a fool. Must have had a bad day. Overall, its nice to have a McDonald's right off the Fwy. Have a Blessed Day!

Very popular place and lots of local people and families visit there.

Worker here have terrible attitude and they see u standing by the register and don't ask if
U need something they wait and see if one of the coworkers will go and help but at the end they have no choice.

Pretty busy. Food was delicious and the staff was friendly.
