Food has been tasting weird and sometimes not even fully cooked. Workers clearly dont care about the job or service, their are good McDonald's out there, this ain't one of them.
IF YOU ASK THEY WILL MAKE YOU SANDWICH JUST THE WAY YOU LIKE IT..
BUT WASN'T HAPPY THEY WERE OUT OF THE CRISPY BUTTERMILK CHICKEN TENDERS AND NO SUBSTITUTE...
The late night workers were rude and and pissy. The next morning I had the food virus and I suspected that because they were mad that I asked a simple question they have given me bad food. Will not eat here again!
A regular McDonald's. Out of the way location. One of the McDonald's that has a 50 piece McNugget deal for $10. Other places only have 20 or 40 deals which cost more. Keep an eye on your care if you park. There are numerous vagrants hanging around the premises. If you use the drive thru, check you order before you pull away. They often get orders wrong. I don't understand how hard can it be to read the instructions on making food? It's right there on a monitor in front of your face and it's printed on a piece of paper. If you can't handle the pace and pressure of this kind of simple job, I don't know what hope there is for you in a real work place...
Their ice cream machine works which is surprising, seeing as how almost all others are broken

The register service was horrible. I had to order my meal 3 times because the young lady had gotten almost all the meals wrong. Then when I ordered the meal that she had missed, she came up to my table and threw it on the table. Never again will I go back.
The service was delayed today, we had to park in front and wait for our order (we were in the drive-through). Food was as expected.
Not the 1st time they got my order wrong. I ordered a 20 peice nugget and since this location charges for extra dipping sauces I asked to pay for 4 more because 2-3 saucesbfor 20 nuggets is not enough for dipping. My order was correct on the screen but when I looked at my receipt they charged me for a 4 peice nugget. And they told me they were out of sweet and sour sauce.
I was there April 05, 2020. When I received my food from the guy handling the drive thru, he sneezed very loud and did not cover his mouth. He looked over his shoulder to see my reaction. I parked my car and went inside the store to demand a refund. The manager gave me a refund and did not even question the employee about the issue. I stayed outside in my car for about 20 minutes and the employee was never sent home. I was very upset and in distressed because after a long day, I had to, finally, go home to my family. I called and left a message to the store supervisor, Sue. That night, I slept in a separate room thinking the worst. The following morning I received a call from Sue and we engaged in a heated but respectful conversation. Sue assured me that her employee was not sick to which I replied, " When was the last time you tested your employee?". Of course, she could not give me an answer to my question. She told me, " You are rude, do not call me again and never comeback to my restaurant". The problem, here, is that the employee should have been sent home immediately and the manager failed to do that putting at risk not just me but the rest of the customers who came after and before myself. This is clearly a violation of the health code and must be thought to all their managers, and specially, during a time like this. I would like to be contacted by someone from their corporate office since this is a franchise store and will not do anything. I want to know, what happened to the employee. If he was asked to bring a doctor's note before coming back to work or if he has been tested. Up to this day, I feel uneasy about this incident and I can not help it to think that the employee could be infected.

They mess up your order to much. And the managers don't care.

Workers aren't always professional. Seems to always be a problem with my order at this location (wrong food completely, missing items, no syrup in the soda machine, etc). The dining area looks nice after the remodel, but the drive thru is the double entry one that merges two lanes into one...there isn't enough room for all that. Horrible decision. Adding an extra drive thru lane didn't cut down on wait time...seemed to make it longer.
Great customer service from the two young ladies on the 16th everything was fresh
The staff was relatively fast with the order and food. Soda fountain seemed to be a little off flavor, and the food was average. Can't offer serious complaints, but what can one reasonable expect from fast food.
Its clean but always alot of homless asking for change and turning down food you offer them.
Deserves negative stars. The place was filthy. The guy behind the counter had his hands under apron doing who knows what and cashier couldn't get the orders right. After waiting in line for 15 min we left.
Horrible place says it opens at 430 in the morning and that is a lie, went at 530 this morning no one answered speaker went to window and honked and nobody, had to spend extra gas money to go to a McDonald's up the street that actually help their customers, I won't be recommending this McDonald's to anyone. If you hate your job so much that you would prolong opening so you don't have to do it, probably time to find a new job.
What can one say about Mickey D's? Great fries, filling burgers. I like the salads, but do not like how they charge for extra dressing. No other fast food outlets do. I get all the dressing I ask for free at Wendys, at Jack in the Box, but have to pay $1.59 for each small packet at McD.

Messed order up twice, the owner turned a blind eye, his staff wasted 20 mins of my time waiting for them to get order right which they never actually did, it's marketed as "fast food" right?
I stopped in this morning to grab a bite and use the restroom. I am not exaggerating on here. The men's bathroom was just cleaned. The floors were soaked. I was told to be careful. I have never smelled the smell of urine so strong in any restaurant. Ever!
Just because you wet the floors, doesn't mean you cleaned them. Plus, the plumbing was leaking in there too. The english muffin bread was hard & crispy. I know it was just past 6a.m. but, you need fresh muffins. Not old hard ones.

What can you say, Micky D's has been around for a long time , that shows how much people want them, they are dependable, and what I meen is, if you order a Breakfast jack, you know what your going to get, it's been the same for years, there fast , local, there are many of them, there around every corner, so you never have to go far, the prices have remained low, and there is a toy in every kids meal, a really neat toy at that, so Who could not give them an A +?
And the one I stoped at today, the people were perfect kind, helpful and got everything right in a hurry at that! Love Mc Donalda!

They all looked like a hot mess trying to figure out drive through orders. There were only 3 people sitting down in the restaurant. It s not like they were terribly busy.

Do yourself a favor and find another location. I've had several incidents of lukewarm food, stale chicken Nuggets and undercooked fries. The drive thru menus are impossible to read because of sun glare. I like McDonald's but definitely not this one.

This McDonald's has a very narrow drive thru. If you have an oversized vehicle you will have to go inside.
Only drive thru opened in YV during our visit. Breakfast was for my husband. He enjoys Sauage McMuffin. Coffee always good.
Don't go here. Rude. They refuse to let paying customers use their restrooms. When the Carl's Jr. next door will. Makes no sense except they're to lazy to clean their them.
