Typical minimum wage worker's can't get an order right to save there lives, they should take it out of they're pay when they screw up the orders.

Love the fast service...but hate the COLD COFFEE THAT REALLY SUCKS

How close it was to the Ronald McDonald House & CHLA !

Absolutely horrible cold coffee, will not honor other stores coupons, The manager had all of her kids in the store and couldn't manage it. The owner Sue was prancing around in Flip flops and a dress going back and fourth into the kitchen.. which is probably why people had hair in their food today. Employees are constantly attacked by the local homeless crowd and drunks. The owners run around the place yelling and belittling the employees and customers.

They are fast and accurate! Especially in the morning when it really counts

Horrible establishment! I'd advise you not to pay with a debit card as their employees will steal from you if you happen to forget your card. Drive through clerks are rude and will rush you. Avoid at all costs.

This Mc'Donalds is so slow. I have no choice but to go there from time to time, because its across from where I drop someone off at.

This Mickey D's is very conveniently located on Redlands Blvd. Parking is an issue at lunch time so you might just want to go through the drive-thru. It has limited seating but is pretty clean. No play area for the littles though.

Friendly just good luck getting threw the drive thru really narrow and small accident waiting to happened

Drive past this one. Old burgers dryed up buns and unfriendly employees. No joke.

Everytime I go through the drive-thru I always have to pull over to the side and wait for my food

McDonalds is consistent wherever you go. I got the egg McMuffin as you know how it will taste.

Ordered a buttery chicken sandwich and tasted like a filet o fish very nasty!

Didn't have what I ordered charged me then said they didn't have it now have to wait 5 to 7 business days for the money to get out back on my card I'm on a budget need every penny now

Drive thru is tight and curvey

I don't think I can ever rate a McDonald's higher than a three. Their food is totally a guilty pleasure which I don't partake in often, but when the need arises this place is pretty decent. Given the surrounding neighborhood the place is relatively clean and free from panhandlers. Every so often there will be a bro or two out front with their riced out Honda, but you should be fine overall. They have never gotten my order wrong and always have fast service. So if you're looking for McDonald's food in the area, you can stop by here and not be overly disappointed, except in yourself...

This place is bad took forever for two teas and a large fries. Turnaround just got my money back.

Service was horrible. If you're not willing to use the digital ordering kiosk thay Ignore you and make you wait

The food was could as well as the fries.Also my order is wrong .at van buren in river side and they are never prepared in the am and noon time .The a.m. potato is so fill of oil.The one on cherry in fontana ca waiting is worst and food is bad

Customer service was not good at all.. Olivia the supervisor was extremely rude and argumentive. Location opens at 430 and didn't open til 450. Would never go here again

Nice workers, clean location their mcgriddle; sub-par.

Their service sucks! There was an employee with a bun there that kept saying "stop giving out numbers, I refuse to deliver table service". The fact that management didn't immediately address that attitude in baffling. I wish I could have given negative stars.

Friendly staff and fast service as expected, 4 stars cause the dining area is too small and uncomfortable to eat in, better to take out and eat somewhere else

Never got the 1 in 4 win coupons before they had that for large coffee. May be they just keep it for their employees only.

I'm sorry to have to give this McDonald just the one star review but it was absolutely horrible. From the time that I've got to the ordering boost to the time that I got to the window to pay the lady was literally 27 minutes. I didn't have a lot of gas so I thought maybe I might run out and my car was running crappy so that definitely didn't help even once I got to the window is still took forever the guy in front of me just ordered an ice cream and it still took them 5 minutes once he got to the window I would not recommend this McDonald's to anybody the Big Macs were not very good the fries were crunchy

Staff took a while on my order, but all and all I had a decent experience.

Took like 30 min in DT. Cars in front only had small orders and my order was small so not sure what was going on.

Worst service...all they do is joke around. I asked for them to re do my order so I could get more food for the same price... the casher didn't know what she was doing. So she called the manager over him and her thought it was funny..so they laughed and made jokes.

It was great poor people are trying to serve as fast as they can.

Ordered a Big Mac, large, no cheese, onion, or pickle. This is not a Big Mac, this is not a large thing of fries, the fries are half full, and they put cheese on what I'm guessing they call a burger. At least they got the drink right...

Very bad drive through service just came from there only one car ahead and had to wait 10 plus minutes waste of time un efficient staff.

This location had the first burnt and crispy burger. It was either left on the cook top to long, ignored or reheated.
The fries were not crisp, but chewy!
I love the double quarter pounder, and have loved McD fries, never having an over cooked/burned burger or chewy fries before, but I suggest retraining on how to cook is needed! I ordered a Double Quarter pounder with cheese, ketchup and mayo only, with a large fry and medium drink.

Very disrespectful Hispanic kids customers are always right bought a cup of coffee walked outside setting my car and drink that walked back inside to get a refill and I was denied

I have had food poisoning 4x from McDonalds. You are a fool if you eat at any of them!!
