Great food and service with all of my visits! I only have issues when ordering their specialty sandwiches however they always end up making me a happy customer! 10+

Drive thru line stretched passed designated area and into the parking lot. Service inside was reasonable, but not friendly. Food was of mediocre quality. All in all not the best McDonald's I've been to but also not the worst.

Apparently the fact that customers who want to order food INSIDE this McDonald's is to be ignored, as evidenced by NO COUNTER PERSON SHOWING UP to take my order when I was there at 6:00PM on Friday, 09/25, I understand that there are a lot of drive-thru customers, but is it any reason why WALK-IN customers should be ignored? McDoanld;s does NOT EVEN CARE about letting customers leave complaints on its website, This is the best that can be done!

They kept getting our order wrong, after two times it was still wrong... and the manager was rude

Heads up guys they are serving pink burgers. This can weaken your immune system do to bacteria in ground beef. I hope no one dies from covid 19 due to this.
Updated april 23: I received a call from a person named sue with corporate. I was told my claim was not possible;then told the meat was supposed to be pink . I am truly appalled at this rude behavior

I shouldn't be asked if I've been given my coffee 5mins too late.

Great facility. Very poor management. Witnessed long waits, confusion, and many refunds.

I want this morning to get some mccafe at McDonalds and the lady taking orders was super Rude, i feel like she was mad cuz people are coming in to order food early in the morning and she didn't look like she wanna work there... #Quit there's a lot of people out there wanna work.

The drive thru is very narrow which they do warn you. If you drive a lifted truck or SUV, find another drive thru or walk inside. If you have trouble negotiating turns in a van or full size SUV you probably should not try to attempt going thru. Other than that service was good and the staff friendly.

McDonald's usually is a hit and miss. Some days you get exactly what you order and than there are time where your order got messed up. But really? No whip creame for my frappe? Usually isn't a big deal but the whip creame is my favorite part and they didn't notify me they didn't have whip creame or anything.

Very clean, friendly staff, food was hot and our order came out to the table fast.

Too many folks kept going up to register to complain about incorrect order. I waited 25 minutes for two large fries and a coke. Slow down, take orders correctly. Once I received the fries they were undercooked.

Every now and then just gotta have that caramel frappe!

I don't know about the rest of these reviews, but i can tell you that the morning crew is Awsome. And I mean awsome. One crew member in particular stands out, im not sure if she is shift manager or manager, but Kat, i believe her name is has Excellent Customer service skills. Also the foods Great and made in a timely matter..

The place is small and the food isn't bad. Just in a bad place.

We ordered an apple pie on two different occasions and we got a pumkin pie and a holiday pie the second time. Still want an apple pie!

This is the worst McDonald s to ever exist. Please for the love of god close down this location. They are worthless liars who don t care about there customers or buisness. who ever owns this location please feel free to disappear off the face of this earth thanks.

absolutely terrible service. stood at register ignored by employees, then made to order alone at kiosk even though I was the ONLY PERSON IN LINE.

New and improved. Complete remodeling. Now the place looks as good as the food

This is the second time i come here ( drive-thru) and every time they forget one or 2 burgers but this time Iordered 5 cheeseburgers and 3 fries after I drove out of the drive-thru I noticed I was missing a burger and I was getting out of the car just double checking my order and I noticed that my three fries we're not even served correctly it was missing a lot at that time somebody from inside came out thinking we were waiting for another order and I told him I'm missing a burger again and I showed him the amount of fries I got and I told him how is this acceptable he did say I'll correct that and he did bring out the burger that was missing in three more small fries I just think the girls at the window need to pay attention a little more and make sure everything is in the back oh and what's the point of asking what sauce do you want for chicken nuggets if at the end you don't get nothing

If I could it would be no stars.. took like 20 minutes in the drive thru line and only 3 cars. Made me late for work. Thanks

Ordered fries for my daughter on the app and they refused to give me the fries. Super disappointed and will NOT return

First time at this location. Person taking my order was very helpful. Food was correct and was ready very quickly. Before I was even able to fill my drink!

I ordered a cheeseburger and never got it. Employees were running around with their heads cut off. I felt like I was in an alternate universe. I left in bewilderment

Stopped in for breakfast. Which is what to expect from McDonald's under cooked eggs and food warm.

We ordered 2 sausage Mc muffin meals. There was one customer ahead of us. It took 20minutes for our order. It was 1035 am and almost 11 when they called our number, instead of taking to our table. The people who came in after us were served before us.
After reading some of the reviews I guess we were lucky. The hash brown was mushy and wet in the middle enough to fall apart. Thankfully we are just passing through and won't be back.

Good place for kids and to make your kids calm buy for me not the place just good for my daughter

Definitely the last time I visit this McDonald's. Customer service is terrible! Employees are rude and do not know how to interact on any type of professional level. I've tried to chaulk up past experiences as maybe a person having a bad day, but from the drive through speaker to the delivery window, the same attitude exists in the staff here. My orders have either been incorrect and/or the quality of the food prepared has been extremely poor. I've never been greeted in a friendly manner nor have I been givin an apology when there's been a mistake on their end.

Drive through is usually busy but you get lucky and roll right thru!!

They are rude, unprofessional. Racists, dirty. And completely unhealthy. I saw when one of the employees used returned food to complete another order. Even when I told her that the food was contaminated already. Avoid this place if you don't want to get sick.

Service is hit or miss...lots of homeless that get unruly sometimes....sometimes wait times are horrendous
