this Dealership is a joke! in the middle of my car sales the management decided to have a birthday party/Slash meeting which lasted 35 minutes, I had already informed my sales person I was short on time , KYLE who keep leaving, 2 sales manager later and I finally get my front sheet for the track and the price went from 32,253 to 38,786 with my trade over 44k, so nothing else to do with this rip off dealer ship a Veterans beware should be black balled.

Dealership ran my wife and my credit 3 times even though we only asked to see the current rates on the banks they used which caused a 40 point drop knowing damn well they couldn't touch the rates USAA was offering.

If your looking for life advice and someone to question your need to purchase a 60k dollar truck when you're putting thousands in cash down go to this dealership. Definitely a big factor as to why we didnt purchase from this dealership.

Also if you like getting charged for dealer installed options that ram has nothing to do with go with this place, only place I know that forces you to buy lojack and some environmental protection package.

I originally reached out to the dealership about a truck I was interested in on April 3rd and spoke with John McLaughlin. We went back and forth each day on numbers till April 8th. Since that day I have not heard back from him, I have texted him which was how we were communicating, called his cell, and called the dealership not gotten any communication back. I even called the dealership left a message for the sales manager and haven't heard from them. If this is how they treat a prospective customer I will never do business with them nor recommend them to anyone.

Had a excellent experience with the service depart! We are not from the Temple area just passing through, heading to Wolfe s Cave. When my husband s truck had a check engine light and a service message to see a dealer popped up! We are hauling our Jeep Wrangler and had another truck and trailer following us. We just knew we were going to be out some money for what it was going to cost us to fix the truck, and not to mention the time we were about to spend at a busy dealership. Upon arrival we were greeted and got the ball rolling. The whole service team worked with us as they seen stopping here was not in our agenda. We were prepared for the worst price around 1600-2000. Our service advisor Dennis was awesome to work with us and to explain all their payment plans. Just as we were discussing our options the service manager Kris Teller told us he had a better price with a faster time to get us back on the road! They put us up in another vehicle for our whole crew to grab lunch while the worked on our truck! They had us back on our way in no time! My husband and I could not be more thankful for their service! Couldn t ask for a more honest and humble dealership!

Poor service nothing but promises they can't accomplish complete waste of time even after told hery credit score and down payment she said she could then kept changing it .then made up thief own deal and told me u can't cosign can't have a co-applicant and then told me to go get sumthin when I had already told them up front what I had..PLEASE WHATEVER YOU DO DONT USE THE SALES REP.. My wife took delivery of a Ram 2500 Laramie Longhorn that was negotiated all over the phone and sight unseen. We live in Dallas and this dealership was the only one that had the interior ballpark stitching she wanted. I was extremely skeptical, but when the truck arrived it was perfect. Nothing was hidden in the sales process, and I feel like the entire dealership went above and beyond in a fast time frame to make this deal happen.

I recently bought a vehicle, and I was nervous about buying during this strange time. Collin with Mac Haik made the experience quick and painless, and truly went above and beyond to make sure I wasn't inconvenienced at all. Really easy experience, and I was in and out in a couple of hours. Can't recommend enough.

Very unhappy went to purchase a used vehicle unorthodox as our deal was my dealer was very nice courteous and patient with our situation where I had to come in from out of town and finish our deal deep in the night just tired signing papers away wasn't till I had a second party look at it they slipped these unwanted additional cost (accessories 3k/master tech 3k) despite bringing it to their attention that I didn t authorize let alone even know what they are or what they cover I was giving the whole well bank already funded it and you sign for it in translation sucks to be you my dealer was so cooperative and understanding that I never would ve thought he or someone would ve put these unwanted expenses living me stuck to pay for them really disappointed in their integrity too let alone do this but to refuse to remove it and fully refund me for it they made a good deal bad don t look at the monthly payment look at the overall cost don t be afraid to ask what em I signing and what em I paying for. Do the research on your vehicle you re wanting to purchase, bring your own financing , leave your trade in till after your deal is discussed so they won t play with numbers on your trade in

Mark Ellis was amazing. I went to test drive and ended up buying a brand new truck because of him. He listened and made the whole buying experience easy.

Not impressed. Had safety issue with the aftermarket hitch. Apparently there was an issue with rust. For $1000.00 I could get the safety issue repaired. MAC Haik wouldn't touch it. I guess I'll just drive my old Jeep and hope I don't get rear ended.

They were suppose to perform 3 recalls. On my vehicle and only performed 2 of the 3. They blamed my vehicle for the reason their equipment would not work. As mechanic, I know my vehicle did not have the problems stated by their mechanic previous to going into their shop. I checked out problem as soon as I had arrived at home and what they said did not add up. My recall was for spontaneous air bag deployment. They sent me home with a unsafe vehicle for my family and I instead of performing that recall.

The collision center was great! Fast, informative, and nice!

The car selection that was on the lot was down right depressing.Mostly dark colored cars.We are buying a new car/truck but not from there.Our Sales guy was ok. Pretty knowledgeable. But there was not 1 car we'd buy there.

Excellent customer service!!! This was our first time purchasing a vehicle through a car dealership and it was such a breeze. Mr. Olin Christian helped us get the car we were looking into purchasing with a VERY VERY good deal, and affordable monthly payments suitable for our budget. We definitely got what we wanted and so much more. We got the 2012 Dodge Journey with only 11k miles and everything was in PERFECT condition. I would definitely recommend this car dealership to anyone. Ask for Olin Christian and I guarantee that you will not be disappointed with his service!!! Their accountant was VERY helpful as well and explained everything well.

Directions were easy. Service side was crowded with cars blocking one another. Understaffed and slow, but friendly service man. Have to add they tried to overcharge me over $1700 for a job that Dodge country only charged $290 for (using the same parts vendor who they lied on for the same part I ordered on my own instead of through them). Crooked place; paid $130 for a diagnostic and they didn't even find the simple error causing my car to not crank up: the acid tube wasn't connected to my trunk- held battery for my Dodge Charger). They really owe me back that diagnostic money since they didn't thoroughly check battery issues after my complaints of having to jumpstart the car, which they too had to do. I'd already used Advanced Auto parts, which a battery test indicated that it needed charging, but after charging when the problem continued and I had the diagnosis, then the diagnosis should've found the problem! I didn't pay Advanced, so I can't be mad at them missing it, but for $130 I'm disgusted with Maik Haik in Temple, TX for missing that!

Best in central texas, I have a closer dealer in killeen but I would go to Mac haik temple even if it was taking hours. Very professional and friendly. If you are servicing your car/truck look for Chris or kevin they are the best. God bless.

Had to wait over an hour for a simple oil change . We bought a ram truck in 2014 and the salesman wasn't very knowledgeable about the options that came with it. Felt like we could have gotten a better deal.

I have a 2011Dodge Ram1500 longhorn I had it towed in for an diagnostic because the P.C.M. was not sending signal for the alternate to charge the battery. When I can in to check on the truck she told me the mechanic told her it was the battery...! Then I told her that Here is the receipt for the new battery. Next I was told it was the alternate... 2days later I showed them the receipt for the new alternator. So this time I ask when I come in tomorrow please show me the diagnosis report. They could not, $185 gone. Then finally the mechanic said it is the P.C.M. They wanted to charge me $800 for the P.C.M. AND $225 to install and program it. About that time I have already contact the online P.C.M. company (allcomputerresources.com) and had programed /purchased $234 an ($566 difference) and it was in route. So when it came in I took it up there so they can have it install because the diagnosis fee would subtract from the total. Well I gave it to the advisor and told her it is already program just install it please! Went to pick it up and the bill was $185 diagnosis paid + $225 for install and program. So I reminded her it was not suppose to be programed... ! So now I was told that the P.C.M.was the wrong one. SO I called the P.C.M. company (allcomputerresources.com) and told them what happen and they said no problem we will send another one and they did....! They installed it and still charged me for programming it when it was already programed. I explained to the advisor that I was told that the diagnosis would count against the total. But it was not, so I paid $185 for a guessing diagnosis and $225 for P.C.M. installation and program when it was already program from the factory for my vehicle. I was told this place was customer friendly. So I had it towed from Killeen to Temple,Tx.

I did not seek this review out, I received and email asking me to review my experience. Please do not let one bad experience I had cloud your judgement. Times are hard, every cent count, so we should be able to trust the dealership and there mechanics and computer diagnostics not visual guessing diagnosis, when it cause us money for each wrong guess.
Guessing cost me: $279 alternator.
$286 New battery

If you don't want your truck fixed come here. Brand new 2017 truck with bad rotors they would not replace under warranty telling us we probably towed to much in our truck and ruined them. We haven't towed anything since we bought it. Never buying a car from them again.

When our truck went down, our local dealer said they wouldn t be able to look at our truck for another FOUR days... So we had it towed to Mac Haik, they FIXED it within THREE hours!

I purchased a 2018 Dodge Ram from them last year with a short in the wiring harness. Mac Haik Temple did not know it at the time. The next day it died on post so I had it towed to a Killeen Dodge dealership who had it for the afternoon and then told me it was ready for pickup. My wife picked it up and it died not more than five miles away in a drive through. I was just leaving Mac Haik Temple after signing some paperwork so I returned a little heated. I demanded the GM and the GSM and they both were there immediately. I explained my problem "which they were already aware of and making arrangements because my wife had called. Bottom line is they went to the restaurant in HH with a loaner, stayed with the vehicle while wife left, and then assigned their top techs who fixed my truck properly. One year later and still going strong! This dealer is honest and truly cares about its customers. You will not go wrong dealing with them!

Great place, they will shuttle you if you need a ride, one of the guys took time to give my kids some snacks.

These guys are great. Our salesman, Earnie, took great care of us as did our finance guy, Aaron. Great place to buy a car or truck. We shopped around and these guys gave us the best deal on our trade-in as well as the best deal on our new truck.

They just pulled off a false advertising scheme. Sent out flyers that had 5000$ in winnings. When you arrive there is a change in game they blamed 3rd party misprint . No one won it was a scheme to waste your time .

Well worth the 3 hour drive to do business with them. They were more than fair with us on the price and with our trade in. James Bradford was just fantastic! Made it so easy and we did most of it over the phone. Perfect for our busy schedule. We got an amazing 2018 Durango for the price others were trying to sell us a 17 for. We will buy other vehicles from James at Mac Haik.

So I bought a new Ram 1500 back in the middle of June. The dealership is great they took care of me. My salesperson went above & beyond in the beginning. I am extremely pleased with the purchase. I would recommend most to go there for a great deal. Just be careful who you deal with. My salesperson was Mark Ellis. He stated, his buyer experience is like no other. If you are pleased with the experience before just wait until after you buy. He said, I will take the best care of you. Now I understand you have to say what you have to say in order to make the customer feel good. I have had a few issues, attempted to call/text him. I get no response from him, plus he didn t even call me to tell me my plates had arrived. They sat there for 10 days at the dealership, I had to call & check the status of them. Very disappointed with his after the sell experience definitely like no other, virtually doesn t even exist, so he was right about that. It is like no other!!! If you plan to buy a new vehicle from Mac Haik Temple, do not use Mark Ellis. That survey that they want you to do & they hint about if you enjoyed your buyer experience give them or him a 10 star rating. Well you can kiss that good-bye. I won t even do the survey. Just be careful of the smooth talker, hell when I went to pick up my plates another salesperson offered to assist me & my guy didn t even acknowledge me another reason to right this review. Remember stay away from Mark Ellis.

I drove all the way from Dallas to get a car from here. It was 100 percent worth the trip. I was worried that I would get played since I had to drive 2 hours and they would assume I would buy the car regardless. Not the case. Everyone was friendly, honest, and efficient. Hands down the best car buying experience I've ever been a part of. James was great - he helped me the whole week following the drive down to Temple and is an excellent salesman. Ask for James if you want quality help. Todd is great too and really made the experience better. Great service and no games.

Edit: the car buying experience was great. 5 stars. After I got rear ended and my car was totaled (after only 3 months!) it took FOREVER to get my reimbursement check for my warranty. I kept getting redirected to the warranty folks and then my lien holder and turns out the dealer had it. For months. I would call every two weeks with promises of getting a call back to every week to what felt like getting my calls ignored. It was so frustrating. I finally found the right person to talk to from the dealership and she gave me 5 star customer service and made sure to update me on the status of my check. Unbearably frustrating process.

Me and my wife were welcomed with an open door my Mr. Ricardo Medina. We just asked to see a few used tuck. He informed us about everything we needed to know about Dodge trucks. Which was very helpful because I never owned a truck before. All in all Ricardo was a very welcoming and trustworthy salesman. On the count of I bought a tuck. I would recommend him to anyone in the area.

Been having a rough experience with a service advisor by the name of Ben. After my vehicle being in the shop 4 times in the last 2 months Jay Johnson has stepped in and has been taking excellent care of me and our needs! He has gone over and beyond for us and a true genuine man of his word! I would strongly recommend anyone to go with this gentleman. Ben is the worst guy around and beats around the bush! Worst service advisor ever!

Had a great car buying experience today. Well, this whole week actually. From finding the vehicle I wanted online, to the quick responses to my questions with Joe Lopez over the phone and even through the trade in and purchasing process with Tyrrence Talyor ... I am extremely happy with the whole experience. Never once did I feel pressured or pushy. There were no tactics tried on me by personnel. Just straight forward car buying experience. I felt valued by each employee I dealt with, from: the sales associate-Ricky Medina; the sales manager, Reuben Garcia; and Aaron Peace who did all the financials. They each went above and beyond to get me a great deal, all the while ensuring it was in my best interest both economically and safety-wise. I can't say enough good things about these guys. Recommend for buyers to go there with questions to ask, if not they will not answer anything you don t ask for. But it is a nice a fairly friendly staff.

As a disabled veteran with certain health issues, I was looking for a particular vehicle. I had found the Hemi version in October and purchased it from the Dodge dealership in Killeen. After we realized that I was going to put almost 30k miles on it a year, we decided to trade in the 2015 Longhorn for another. Jon Lugo was the best and was very patient with me. He found me the perfect truck. A 2016 Longhorn edition 1500 diesel with Aero suspension. The best part is that it is 4x4. The exact truck that I have been looking for, but seemed like a unicorn; impossible to find. He and his team really took care of me. I got a great deal on my trade in, plus my payment practically stayed the same. They were also great with my kids, making sure that anything that they needed, they received. After I bought the truck, Jon has been awesome! I have forgotten several things. Where most people wouldn't bother, he has gone the extra mile. He has definitely gone beyond taking care of this vet. Because I m a bit hard to handle both of the sales managers were involved in making me happy! Reuben and Todd are both very understanding and professional people. They took the time to answer all my questions, settle my concerns and provide a first class customer service. Well what can I say about finance? Aaron in finance was a delight! So professional and knowledgeable. He got me a financing arrangement that I didn t expect at all and surpassed all my expectations . Simply wonderful!

There is a reason why I have bought my last three vehicles from the team at Mac Haik in Temple and why I have confidently referred my family and friends to them. Their staff works so well as a team and they interact with one another like they are family. Worst car buying experience of my life! They took over a month to fund my truck and pay off my trade in because of a small problem, and never once bothered to contact me about it. I only found out because I called 5 days before my first payment was due and was wondering what was going on. Only then did they FINALLY push the funding through. Then I was lied to by Ben, and after finally complaining to the general manager got a full explanation and proper apology, but only offered a measly free oil change. I will never buy another vehicle from them, nor will I recommend them to friends or family.

Arrived and was greeted with respect and friendliness. Mr Tyrrence Taylor helped me from start to finish, it was speedy and he was able to offer me plenty of options to choose from. I told him what I could do and offered and with an honest tone reassured me that everything was going to be just fine.

This rating is purely for their service department. I am very disappointed in the customer service we received when bringing our Jeep in to be serviced. They told us to come first thing and we were here when they opened. We waited at the dealership and after 50 mins of being here they took our Jeep back. That's no issue as I understand other vehicles were before us. The problem was we waited another 2 hours as they were supposed to run a diagnostic check. We had heard nothing and after my husband talked to another customer who was the very first vehicle to be worked on this morning he told my husband they rotated his dually tires wrong and they had to take it back after telling him it was ready and he noticed the wheels were on wrong. So my husband went in to ask for an update on our Jeep and they said they didn't have it in the system. Come to find out they had it waiting on us and supposedly didn't have my husband's phone number to let us know, even though he gave it to them TWICE! Also, we were sitting in the waiting room so WHY didn't they call his name for us to come up to the desk?! If you must get your vehicle serviced here be sure to check in frequently and DON'T wait for them to contact you!

Came into get a safety inspection, lovely staff but not very customer service focused. Though they get the job done.

Service here is always great and I don t mind sitting and waiting they have coffee, water, and snacks here for you while you wait.
