Great experience here! Had an absolutely HORRID experience at Freedom in Killeen, so we came here. Got me into my first new car no problem, and even saved me some money. Really nice honest guys that are willing to work for you! Highly recommend! We own TWO Jeep Wranglers from them!

Seems to be an issue every time I bring my Ram in for an oil change on the "master tech" oil change policy I purchased, but I can have my dad bring the truck in for an oil change and there is no problem....I figure its one of two things 1 they really dont want to service vehicles that purchased the "oil change" package. 2 they think because I'm a FEMALE I don't know any better they can get away with giving me a BS story. It could be a combination of the 2. At any rate I will find another dealer to service my Ram. My family and I have purchased 3 vehicles from them however we will no longer be Mac Haik customers.

For the last 15 years I have purchased a new 3500 4x4 dually truck every 50,000 miles. As we all know there's usually a lot of headache involved with buying a new vehicle but not at Mac Haik in Temple. As we all know, Sales people come and go but the department that keeps me coming back for repeat business is Chris Teller's service department. It's very rare nowadays to find someone who does a deal on a handshake and actually follows through but Chris Teller is that guy and as a result his service department is top-notch!

Very shady, they said I got approved and then after not taking the deal I later found out I didnt get approved thru the financing company they said I got approved thru. I recommend any where else

My wife and I just moved here to Fort Hood and our Dodge Ram had an exhaust issue. I called them on a Friday afternoon at 430pm and a manager, Matt, answered and was super polite and professional. Told me to come in the very next morning at 7am. I was received right away and helped immediately. Great service and staff. would highly recommend to others. thanks for all the help!

Salesman was very nice and helpful. The issue was the financier. I specifically told them that I did not want my credit ran more than once because I know my score and I know what types of rates I can get. They ran my credit SEVEN TIMES! All in the same day! This made my hard credit inquiries Sky rocket! I will NEVER buy a vehicle from them again.

I've only dealt with the service department, so I can't speak to the dealership. The service was set up a little strange, but not in a bad way, just unusual. It is nice that they have a specific service advisor that is responsible for your vehicle, but it is not the same person who has to get their hands dirty. This creates a nice divide between turning the wrench and making sure the customer is taken care of.

Philip, is very great salesman. Service department is great, but not very good at give times when the services would be completed.

Worst service experience I have ever had. First, I was never called back like I was told. I had to call and leave a message and then the service advisor was awful, lied and said nothing was wrong with my truck. Guess I have just been hearing metal/squeaky sounds coming from my truck that really aren't there. Service advisor also told me he was unaware I had a warranty even though I gave them a copy when I dropped it off. When confronted multiple times, he somehow found the copy. Also, even though I bought the truck from this same dealership over a year ago, they still had everything listed under the previous owner and the sevice advisor told me he called the previous owner to let him know his truck was ready for pick up. Really?? I gave them all of my correct information when I dropped the truck off... how does an error like this happen?? When we got to the dealership to pick up the truck, we asked for a mechanic to ride with me in my truck to hear the problem. The service advisor said he personally drove my truck and didn't hear the noise I was telling them about. Not even 10 feet out of the parking lot the mechanic with me heard the noise. Service advisor shut down for the most part with us after that, as he knew he lied and was caught. Next time I'll drive 30 minutes out of my way and take my truck to another Dodge service department.

This car dealership sold me a vehicle that engine only lasted 6 months after being told that the car went through an inspection and was found to be a great sale, come and find out it wasn t my engine was limping on it s last leg. A month after buying this car we brought the car back to the dealership to bring up the fact that the check engine light came on and a person named Jay who magically stopped working two months later said that the car went through a self error check and reset which was a lye he just didn t want to do nothing to my car sadly. Well on a family trip to Florida first trip out of town the car engine compression dropped, the cams went bad, and the cab started leaking the smell of exhaust in the car a complete death trap and now nobody wants to help us and it all falls back on me and my wife responsibility this company made me not want to ever go with Dodge again!

I was a little afraid to buy a car, being at first time buyer and all, after all the things you hear about buying cars and how scammy it is but Jon L. helped us find the perfect Jeep for us and made verything the entire process very simple.

I worked with Marie to trade in my vehicle and get another one I have been wanting. After signing papers and driving the truck I discovered 3 issues and let Marie know. She got right on it and fixed all 3 issues with impeccable customer service. She followed up while my truck was in the service center and did exactly what she said she would. I had a lot of anxiety about buying from a new dealership and not having a personal contact, but Marie met and exceeded my expectations. Very pleased.

To soon to tell. Waiting for car to get passenger airbag seat component system fixed do to a recall of accident possiblity to happen & got letter to get it fixed. Approximately 2 hr job to get it fix.

Great place to get a oil change Just don't like that you can't make a appointment and sometimes a waiting time is a little long. They do have a courtesy shuttle service that will take you anywhere you need to go within 20 miles and pick you back up.

Personnel is knowledgeable, helpful, and cordial. Went in for an oil change and thanks to Kristine, not only it got done in less time than she had promised, I got a free multi-point inspection and car wash and also got a $10 discount. Needless to say I had a pleasant experience.

Got my oil changed at this location on May 26th. While traveling to Missouri I get an engine light and find oil sprayed all over the back of my truck. After taking it to a local dealer here they find the oil filter was not put on correctly and had a pin hole. The best part was they brought the oil filter to me and has "Factory Installed" stamped across the bottom! This dealership will be hearing more from me!

I had my vehicle in service for a mechanical issue for over a month. They diagnosed it within a couple days and was told by the technician the vehicle would be ready three different times. If I were you I would not go there for service. Now they say this Monday it will be ready. If not I'll be back with an additional review.

Needed oil service for wifes car. In and out with car washed in good time.

They treated us with respect after we had been treated very badly at other dealerships. They sold us a new vehicle at the same monthly rate as others tried to unload their used high mileage damaged vehicles. They listened to our needs and found the perfect fit at half the interest rate. They were interested in helping us build our credit not putting us in an upside down loan. I absolutely encourage anyone to visit this car dealership.

I dropped my car off here after a minor accident (there was no damage done to the body but i was told other things had been damaged mechanically), my car was kept for 22 days then i received a call saying nothing had been done the entire time my car was there. I was told that my vehicle had been in the service center but instead it was suppose to be in the collisions center. Mind you the whole 22 days I was paying for a rental car. After my car was finally switched over to the collisions center to begin the work it needed, it was kept for an addition month. I called numerous times throughout the time my car was there to speak to a manager and was given the run around. The first 3 weeks that my car was there in service, getting no work done I called occasionally and was being updated by advisors saying that certain things had been done to my vehicle & also that it was almost ready for pick up. Ever since I have picked my car up I have been having several problems. The brakes squeak very loud, i brought it back for the issue and was told that they did not hear any squeaking so my problem was not resolved and it never squeaked before. Also when i got my vehicle back I was told that i needed a oil change & addition things done when the car was brand new and I only had it for a week. My Audio screen had bubbles in it that was not there before going into to the shop so i mentioned that and they said a new radio is ordered and that it could take up to 3 months to come in. The tire pressure light comes on every couple of hours after filling the tire up with air. When i gave them a call I was told the sensor was having problems & had been replaced but now it has been over a month so if the sensor was replaced why is it still having issues. I was given my vehicle back with supposedly brand new tires. So i m not sure why the tire keeps going flat. It was having these issues from the day i picked up my car. so it hadn t been driven anywhere yet to even cause new problems.Overall had a bad experience. Poor communication. Had other ongoing issues. Still waiting on things to be resolved.

Haik Dodge in Temple was great. The salesman I had who went above and beyond to find me a 2018 Ram was super. The staff who supported him were great as well. Except for the finance officer who was supposed to get my warranties and credit for unused Ram warranty fixed up. Turns out it was her last day and no one followed up and I almost lost out on a lot of money for unused MOPAR extended warranty. The salesman who I purchased the truck from went to great lengths to get it straightened out. Still unknown to me I did not get a MOPAR extended warrranty I got some other brand which is NOT MOPAR. If it were not for that Haik dodge would easily had 5 stars.

Rip people off and damaging vehicles to make more money. They called me to get me to give them a better review. Then she got made when I told her that clips ate made to stay even in a severely damage accidents.

These guys are great. I was able to look at their stock online and call them to "reserve" a test drive, even though I did not like the car I called about the salesman helped me find one that I did like for an amazing price.

Loved the experience clean environment, service advisor very professional, didn't take much for them to figure out what my truck needed to be aligned, soon as I pulled up they offered a courtesy shuttle to drive me home

Had an amazing experience. Collin Tucker took very good care of me and was able to get me in the truck of my dream. Definitely a 5 star rating!!!!

After a history of purchasing 6 vehicles from this dealership in the past I'm finally done! While I don't expect special treatment as a repeat customer, I do expect to avoid the bait and switch, back and forth hassle and time wasting sales tactics of the sales manager.

If you want a straight shooting, hassle free transaction I would advise you to look elsewhere! They'll low ball your trade-in and shuffle their sales/interest numbers like a slight of hand shell game for suckers.

Car was towed here after an accident. When asked whats wrong with car because wouldnt start they never bothered to tell me they have a diagnostic fee of close to 200.00. It needed a new battery and of course some tires which was obvious because they were blown...A professional would let you know up front if we look at it, it will cost u this amount not surprise you with it.

I am very pleased with our buying experience at Mac Haik Dodge - we drove from Austin to Temple to take a look at a Liberty that we wanted after asking for a negotiable price over the phone. It was a good fair price (much better than what I was getting at some of Mac Haik'scompetitors) and our salesperson Greg Boyer was a pleasure to work with.There were no big surprises when we arrived and everything went quickly and smoothly. He helped us get a rent car dropped off and on our way the first day we came in. My daughter drove home in her New Jeep Liberty Jet. That trip to Temple was well worth the drive.
