This rating is purely for their service department. I am very disappointed in the customer service we received when bringing our Jeep in to be serviced. They told us to come first thing and we were here when they opened. We waited at the dealership and after 50 mins of being here they took our Jeep back. That's no issue as I understand other vehicles were before us. The problem was we waited another 2 hours as they were supposed to run a diagnostic check. We had heard nothing and after my husband talked to another customer who was the very first vehicle to be worked on this morning he told my husband they rotated his dually tires wrong and they had to take it back after telling him it was ready and he noticed the wheels were on wrong. So my husband went in to ask for an update on our Jeep and they said they didn't have it in the system. Come to find out they had it waiting on us and supposedly didn't have my husband's phone number to let us know, even though he gave it to them TWICE! Also, we were sitting in the waiting room so WHY didn't they call his name for us to come up to the desk?! If you must get your vehicle serviced here be sure to check in frequently and DON'T wait for them to contact you!
