Mac Haik Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram Temple Review

Fantastic! I bought a brand spanking new Jeep from these friendly folks and I'd do it again. I did my research and their prices were the best, hands down. I also brought a trade-in and I would've liked to get more for it, but wouldn't we all. What I didn't get for my trade-in was definitely recovered in tax savings by trading instead of selling. The sales staff and management were fun, friendly and overall just a pleasure to work with. I felt more like I was hanging out with friends than buying a car. Being female, I've had bad experiences with old school car salesmen looking past me for a (nonexistent) husband to speak with instead of me. This was not the case with these guys! I was treated with respect throughout my visit. Ask for Keith! He's a pro!

Chris Williams was very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful! All of the staff made us feel very welcome. We are very pleased with the Jeep that we purchased and would recommend Mac Haik to anyone interested in purchasing a quality vehicle.

I had to take my Dodge in for a couple of recalls and I have been receiving sales calls and letters in the mail expressing interest in my truck and what not. I have called the sales manager who is supposedly "reaching out personally" to tell him to pound sand and he won't answer my calls or call me back. I have had the service department remove me from the mailing and calling list when I was in for yet ANOTHER recall, only to get a letter in the mail a few days later. "We couldn't help but notice your vehicle was getting 'a little up there' in mileage". My pickup has 90k miles. If that's "up there" for one of these Dodge Cummins pickups, I might as well buy a Ford.

Every time I am at the dealership for a recall, some salesman tries to sell me another pickup. You can't avoid them. So today, January 7th 2018, my wife and I went to the lot to look at Jeep Grand Cherokees, and instead of a pushy salesman, we got over the loud speaker "get the hell of the property, you fools. There are no salesman to harass you today" or something along those lines.

Good for nothing dealership.

This was my 8th Vehicle purchase from MAC HAIK TEMPLE. As always, an excellent purchasing experience. Reuben and his staff have my business for life.

We really enjoyed our purchase recently. The staff were great the whole time. If I were recommending a place this would be first on my list. Now let's see how they deal with a service issue. If it's as good as the sales it'll be awesome.

Writing this update on my service with Mac Haik. Well to start Mac Haik was not the first dealership I went to go look at. I first spoke with Dodge Country and the sales person there was rude, tried to be pushy; cant say if it was because I am female or what. I was nice enough to call back to let them know I was already approved through my bank. First they hung up and then when they called back they said they were busy and would call back. Still have not received that call back as of yet. Needless to say sent a couple of request to Mac Haik, right after I got off of work and received a response that night that someone will contact me. I stayed in contact with Casey but due to Casey was at the Killeen operations, Corey was given the task to help me. Walked in and Cory was already up to speed with what I had been emailing Casey. Got the truck that I wanted (went to go look at it the day before my appt) and it looked 100% better then what Dodge Country had (whom also tried to mark up there price 2000.00 from what their website had). But in the end I got the truck for the amount I wanted with down payment. No matter what, Corey saw the whole thing through till the end. He even helped finish the cleaning of the truck so that I could pick it up on time. So in the end Mac Haik sales, especially Corey is awesome so go there not Dodge Country.

Our sales professional Jessica Simental was a pleasure to work with. She was informative and advocated for us to get just the right deal. She stayed in constant contact with us and answered all our questions view text and cell phone. She personally picked-up our new vehicle and brought it to the other dealership that was closer to us so we wouldn't have to drive as far. Excellent customer services. She made the purchasing transaction simple and enjoyable. The dealership staff was friendly and engaging.

Looked around the employees there are friendly and don't rush you to but a vehicle they let you make the call. So may have a thread in for them. Praying about it but I really like the truck I looked at. Thanks Joe Lopez and I'm sorry and Joe friend Francisco.

A few weeks ago I was having problems with my car, I brought it in and Jay Johnson immediately greeted me and began to assist me. He dealt with my insurance company and made sure to keep me updated at every turn. He did everything possible to ensure my car got fixed, and make sure I was taken care of. Fast forward a few weeks and I m having some more issues with the car. Jay helped me again, and again made sure my experience here was top notch. I won t take my car anywhere else, and when I come here I won t let anyone else help me but Jay. I think some people could learn a thing or two from Jay when it comes to customer service.

My experience at this dealership was excellent, I dealt with Mark Ellis and he was a joy to deal with. I dealt with him on two separate used trucks, the second of which i bought and both times he was nothing, but accommodating. The purchasing experience was excellent, I felt like they gave me fair value on my trade in and priced their care fairly, I would recommend buying a vehicle from this dealership. Now lets just hope their service department is as good as their sales department.

I came in on August 29 2015 looking for a 4 door sedan, was greeted and helped right away, got to look at several cars and test drive, wasn't pressured about anything, salesman was very helpful and very laid back and professional (Kyle Arizola), didn't rush me whatsoever (which is amazing considering I spent about 30 mins on each car scouring the entire thing and he had to skip lunch in order to help me) we even drove to the Killeen lot so I could look at a few more cars there.
You want a respectful dealership with a good car buying experience with no bs? This is the place you need to go. I'm referring everyone in the Killeen area to Mac Haik from now on.

It was a long process but well worth it. I have purchased two vehicles from them in the past four months. One a used Ram and a New Avenger . Paige was excellent and took good care of me. When I had my Ram was serviced and there was an issue, they took care of it immediately. (with a smile!)

Worst dealership i have ever got a vehicle from have had to get the air conditioner fixed twice still under warranty I had talked to the Sales manager Jason I have talked to the maintenance people now I have transmission problems I brought a nissan sentra from this dealership now the vehicle won't even start they do not return phone calls in a timely manner they do not do a expection on the vehicles before selling

Ever since I bought the car here its been nothing but bad experiences. The only good experience was buying a car and I'm sure they were treating me like a princess because I was buying at $36,000 car... Every time we go in for service its horrible, no one greets you, If you don't say nothing or hunt down a adviser, you might as well feel like you are invisible to them. My father took in my SUV to have its oil change, and I told him that he would have to pay anything.. Well he calls me at work and tells me they made him pay for the oil change and that the girl at the front Candice I think is her name (who is always busy with her cell phone and rude) told him he had to pay or he couldn't take the car.. I purchase the maintenance for 3 years.. my question is, WHY do you all have computers for? This should be on the account that I have service for 3 years at no cost when I take my vehicle in. They are worthless here, worst dealership ever, horrible customer service. I will NEVER own another DODGE in my life.. This is my first and last DODGE vehicle I will own.. and this will be my last time at this dealership as well. I will gladly drive to Killeen or Waco to get my car serviced. When buying my car the car my first impression was amazing, I was like WOW they truly care about their customers, but once they get you approved and out of the sales department, prepare yourself to be treated like a nobody.

I wanted to make an appointment to have my Caravan repaired. I began call Mac Haik @ 9am. I was given "Sam's voice mail. Left a message for him to call ASAP. I had to five more times each time I received a person's email. By 12:30pm no one called back. I ended up taking my auto to another dealership. Only one person I believe her name was Glinda. @ 773-4556 was kind enough to try and help me.She was at the receptionist at the main number and apologized for my frustration, but not once did anyone in the service dept. pick up a phone. I was told there were five service people. I was transferred to some one named Christine, Some one name Christy and of course Sam, but no one bothered to answer or call back. I will never do any business with Mac Haik again. I have never experienced such incompetence in my life.

Great customer service. This is the only place within 25 miles of Killeen that were willing to help my family. I would recommend them to everyone that is in the market of buying a vehicle.

Great car buying experience! I went in there prepared and they used that preparation and got me a great deal on a 2018 Jeep Wrangler and I left there in a couple of hours. Most of that was just on the test drives. Highly recommend this place for your Jeep purchase.

Haven't had the best experience here. Great service before purchasing, but aweful experience once I committed to buying a vehicle. Purchased a warantry and paid and the dealership never filled out there portion. Called numerous times and never received any calls back. Working with the warranty company trying to resolve this. I would not purchase another vehicle here.

The experience I had when purchasing my vehicle was amazing and the customer service was astounding. Reuben G, Draper, and Jessica (just to name a few) were awesome and super patient with me. I walked in not knowing what I wanted and left with a vehicle that I know I am going to love for the next several years to come. They made me comfortable the entire time I was there and answered every question I had. Hands down the best place to buy a vehicle from. Im from Dallas, TX and drove to them in Temple, Tx and I do not regret the drive at all! Their prices are pretty good. Bought 2 brand new trucks from Mac Haik. However, next vehicle may be a Ford. The safety ratings are better on the F-150.

The buying experience went very smoothly we were very excited to purchase our brand new truck. Patrick is awesome! However, for the last couple of months we have had to travel back and forth for issues for the same problem that each time is clearly not taken care of in the service department. Each time we bring it in they say that is should be fixed and never is and I believe it is just to shut me up. It is a 40 minute drive for us and fuel costs on top of that are not any better. Today my husband had an appointment at 8:30 a.m. and is just now leaving the shop at 3:00 p.m. because they forgot he was even there! Might I mention, without our truck because they still haven't looked at it! If you make appointments, you should really put those customers first! Worst customer service thus far.

I just recently purchased a used vehicle at Mac haik and it was the best experience I ve ever had buying a vehicle! Draper was my salesman and he made the process very simple and was very knowledgeable on his products, Reuben the manager really went the extra mile to make sure I got the best deal possible. I would recommend anyone in the market for a new or used vehicle to stop by Mac haik dodge and give them a shot to earn your business!

This is a warning: Do not take your vehicle for service or repair at Mac Haik! When my vehicle entered Mac Haiks service department RUNNING, it was protected under TWO warranties. When it left there, by tow truck, it was torn apart and Mac Haik tried to bill me $12000 for it. Not only were they not able to cover the damage THEY caused, they voided both warranties. Chris in the service department is the individual that told me it would be covered. He is also the responsible party for it being torn up and not covered. BUYER BEWARE! And, check Yelp for a more accurate rating.

Wow is all I can say about this dealership!! Ryan Brister went above and beyond to make sure I was happy in everyway. From start go finish it was the most pleasant car buying experience I'v ever had it was Flawless!! Drive over 2 hours to come to this dealership & it was soo worth it! The sales reps are courteous, helpful, and very quick to respond. I have worked with Mac Haik in the past and have always had satisfactory results. After being told by another dealership that it was not possible to get what I was looking for Mac Haik stepped in and had me setup with exactly what I was looking for in no time. The same "Bait and Switch"...we asked if they had the vehicle and they said they did. We got there and of course they didn't...had another vehicle for $7k more.
