My husband and I went in on a sort of wim to look at a jeep. Jon Lugo was our salesman. He was awesome. He got that my husband and I are very to the point people and he let us do what we needed to do. By the end of the day we had purchased a jeep. But that wasn't all. We wanted it lifted with different tires. Jon ended up sending us pictures as the jeep progressed. Very happy. This is the first time I bought a car without feeling like I could have done better. Kyle Click and Tyler... (not sure if that was his name, it was late by that time) were also super helpful.

Took my truck in to have them look at it an give an estimate after I rear ended another truck. They treated me with the best customer service. Cared about my truck and the fact I didn't have money for the deductible. And told me to let them know when to schedule. Not pressuring to get it fixed asap. They also wanted to make sure I had a vehicle and contacted my insurance company to schedule a rental. Super nice people. Russ & Jimmy know what they're doing. Highly recommend.

I was in a dour mood when I walked into the dealership, I had just had a negative experience at Drive Time. It took a bit of work but by the time I walked out of Mac Haik, I was so happy, nearly to tears. I must give the credit to Tim Conway the salesman who would not let me leave without a much needed car at which I didn't have any hopes of obtaining. Tim Conway worked diligently to get me UNDER the payment I requested, after it was all done he got me a payment BELOW what I asked for. When he teamed up with Paige Stives to complete the transaction, I realized what they had done, no down payment, no trade in, and low monthly payment requested. This will be the second car that Mack Haik has helped me get when in a desperate need. I am so grateful for Tim Conway, Paige Stives and all those who worked to make the impossible happen today at the Mac Haik Dealership in Temple, Texas.

Friendly staff that will not pressure you. I was here when they did the Jeep Wrangler JL reveal. They had a lot of raffles and I won about $500 worth of stuff. Excellent location off of I-35. Conveniently located and easy to get on and off. Service department was very helpful when I went there to get routine maintenance done as well.

He made sure I was informed with every move going on with my car, and in my opinion he sets the standard on customer service. Radiator was leaking I called the Dodge dealer in Waco and they told me it would be 2 days b4 they diagnosed my car issues so called Mac Haik a d they told me a day so I had my car towed from Robinson to Temple and the next day around noon (not even a day later) Mac Haik was calling me telling me what was wrong. They found a few other issues I completely forgot about or did not even know about and we got all those fixed and my car back to me in a reasonable time! My only thing is it was a bit hard to get them on the phone throughout this process but they still did a damn good job and in a timely manner! THANK YOU MAC HAIK!!

Brought my 2017 Dodge Journey in (Temple, TX) to replace the XM Satellite Radio antenna. Was received with extreme graciousness and courtesy!! Where do I start? We had a decent, not great, but ok enough experience at first... We went in 3 weeks ago to purchase a new truck, did so with a spray in bed liner and a remote start being added to the truck. Our sales man, Chris, said he d order the part the day we purchased the truck and it would be in by the next week. The following Monday he called and said he could get us in to do both items on that Friday. We dropped the truck off (we live 45 mins away) and came back that night when they said it was done to find out they only did the Bed liner. Since then NO ONE to include sales managers, parts department, and service managers couldn t tell us what the heck was going on with our truck... and couldn t get updates from anyone either. our truck has now sat at their dealership for 11 days... GM says it ll be done tomorrow. If it isn t done they say they have to issue a refund because they have no idea when the part will be there. WHO DOES BUSINESS THIS WAY?! Terrible.

Great experience. Was pre qualified before I went in. Walked inside and talked to a salesperson who showed me what I wanted to see. And helped me drive home with a new truck . Very very pleased.

Poor Service department
I took my Diesel Jeep there for service for electronic throttle control warning light. they tried to charge me to replace my turbo charger to fix the problem for 10,000 dollars. I took to a diesel mechanic less the 1,200 later my Diesel is back on the road and didn't need a turbo charger replacement. they fixed my recall great work but other than that they might not know what they are doing.

Lack of communication was my biggest determination when giving this rating. I dropped my truck off early Saturday and I knew it was going to take a few days to repair. My service advisor assured me he would be in contact with me by close of business.. I had also asked about a rental and he told me that I could get one and that he would let me know when I received an update on my truck. No updates were received. I returned to the dealer tight before closing not realizing that the service department closes a few hours before the show room. I spoke with the receptionist and she told me that she would get me an update and I went outside to wait. At this time 30-40 minutes had passed. I walked back inside and inquired if they had anything for me and I received a no one came and found you? At this point I had wasted enough of my time so I left. My truck was done a few days later and the service provided there was fine and repairs were completed.
Due to the lack of communication and care on the service department side I will not be returning to them nor while I purchase a new vehicle from them.

I was disappointed in thr prognosis of my vehicle. But these guys were very courteous and professional. In the end warranty covered everything except my keyfob battery. Hurrah

I loved my last vehicle purchase here! Negotiations were done over the phone and when i got to the dealership it literally only took me about 10 minutes to sign all the paperwork. William Waddington was a great contact to have. Will be going to him first for my next vehicle purchase.

Working with the team at Mac Haik has been amazing! Everywhere from the receptionist to the sales team to the financing folks. I have purchased two cars from them and have received the best customer service ever. Angel Candia was my sales person yesterday, and I truly felt like he was an angel on my shoulder. The financers, Jessica and Aaron had my back the entire way, just as they did the last time. The entire team from Russell and the service department all the way up to the head honcho provided me a feeling of family the entire time I was there. Really wouldn't recommend getting work did here I took my car in for service and left out with the same issues and more issues on a 5 yr old charger less than 100K miles, If I go into full details it's going to be way too much to write. The staff is friendly but friendly doesn't matter when someone is there to get a job done.

Collision center personnel are very unprofessional and unwelcoming, a bunch of scam artists. They never answer the phone after days of calling. My sons truck wasn't properly fixed. I do not recommend them at all.

This was the first time we bought a car out of Waco but I will definitely use them again. Great customer service from everyone.

Put my car in the shop. Payed them to find the problem. Less than a year later the issue is back. I am not confident they spent the time originally to find a solution. If it wasn't an electrical issue i would have used a dif mechanic that cared about my car.

I ll keep it short. I brought my truck in for recalls and was told that they did not have a loaner while I was without my truck. I rented a car for four days($248). I got a call from the service department that my truck was ready. I took my rental car back and Uber to the service department to pick up my truck. I drove my truck back to Killeen where I started to vacuum my interior at a car wash. I realized I was leaking fluid at a high rate so I jumped in my vehicle and started to drive back to the service department. I called on the way and let them know what was going on and Caleb tells me OK but we close at 6. I get there with two minutes to spare. The service advisor I had tends to tell me that he doesn t smell anything or see anything out of the ordinary. I showed him pictures of the puddling and he said it was condensation. I told him my AC was off and he backed up the truck and we smelt diesel. He finally recognized that there was a problem and telling me he couldn t smell anything because he wears a mask all day. The smell was very strong. I asked for something to drive because the car rental place closed at 6 also. He said he couldn t help me. I asked if the sales department could help me. They said they couldn t help me. Basically I was left in the service department drive after hours and told sorry about your luck. Customer service at its best right?

I needed to mow my yard but there was a snail in it. I tried luring it away with sriracha but that had no effect, this was some sort of super snail. I came here for advice and they said to just mow around the snail. I never thought of that. Thanks mac haik!
