Walk in and see smiling faces. It was a nice environment, and friendly atmosphere. I walked in already knowing what I wanted. The receptionist greeted my girlfriend and I and asked if we were being helped by anyone. We had not been, and stated so. Kyle Arizola (a young energetic salesman) was standing by the receptionist counter awaiting someone for an appointment. However, Kyle was quick to fit us into his schedule just before his appointment. He was tight on time, but that did not prevent him from trying to show us options on vehicles, and trim packages. Yet again, we were set on what we wanted. So we sat down and he started his process. We were in and out in approximately 2 hours. WOW!! What spectacular service! My girlfriend and I walked in expecting to just get a quote on what it would take to get into a vehicle, and come back later in the week to pick one up. Nope, Thanks to Kyle Arizola we walked out with exactly what we wanted. We were also able to get it in a payment range that we could afford. I would definitely, recommend Mac Haik of Temple, and especially Kyle Arizola. His professionalism, and hustle (not pushy hustle, but rather a hustle to get things moving behind the scenes) was awesome!!

I bought my Dodge Journey back in March, and I wanted to say how much I love the vehicle. Not to mention Marie Palmer was excellent in answering my questions and helping me pick out a vehicle. However, once we picked out the vehicle and the deals were made, there was an excessive wait before we were able to sign the paperwork. This won't stop me from purchasing again from Mac haik. And I would definately recommend Marie Palmer as a go to for sales.

The service I got here was terrible. My car broke down on the side of the road and they were the closest place that could fix a Jeep. I m young and obviously have never been in the situation before. They could tell and took advantage of my time and money. It took from 9:30am-3:30pm to simply do a flush on my cars engine and refill the coolant. They kept pushing the time they d tell me an hour and then an hour would pass and they d tell me it would be another hour. I was still 2 hours from my house , so it was very annoying that I waited so long for something that should have taken 2-3 hours tops. Once everything was done it costed roughly $400. I asked my usual car dealer ship when I got home how long it should have taken and how much it should have costed and they said no more than 2 hours and no more than $250.

Tatianna is one of the newest in the sales department here; but she has excellent people skills and had great knowledge in a variety of vehicles I looked at. Tatiana was able to gain my trust and help me see the positives in my purchase as I was sure I didn't want a Dodge vehicle but now I am completely satisfied with my 2018 Dodge Journey! Tried to rip me off to fix an issue they werent even sure what the problem was. Trying to charge me $2000 to fix what they suspected was a rocker arm issue. Took it to another mechanic for a second opinion and they check the code and took a stethoscope to it and didn't hear any ticks that would indicate issue an issue with the rocker arm. They diagnosed it for free vs Mac Haik $145 which I was charged twice. So i basically paid them $652 to change my tire( that was a side issue that needed to be done) and waste time not actually figuring out the issue. Rocker arms for my engine are between $15-$30. How you get to $2k is beyond me. even with labor...

I took my mother's Chrysler 200 to get its 45000 mile checkup and we discovered that she had been falsely informed about her added warranty that she bought buy warranty salesman also once we got at home we got a call from the service writer stating that there was things wrote on the ticket that needed to be discussed after the service was done to the car this is something that is unprofessional by far and uncalled for this is not the first time we've had bad service at this Dodge dealership I recommend shopping around for Dodge houses before going to this one for service anyway beware

Excellent place to get your car serviced! I drove up from Austin several times to get my car serviced for various problems after failing to get the attention I needed at all the local Austin dealerships. Chris Teller, the service manager, stepped up to the plate when no one else would! He and the team were extremely knowledgeable. I appreciate their time and attention in helping me solve my issues and ensuring my safety. I commend Chris for providing the service level I would expect and then some! I know that if I have service needs in the future, I will be making the drive to Temple. They have made me a very happy customer and saved me a lot of headaches.

Jessica and Dalton were my primary contacts. Both were very cordial, knowledgeable and tried to provide a maximum amount of service. My overall feeling was that they weren't trying to sell me a car so much as to help me select a vehicle. I felt no pressure and ultimately got the car and the price that I desired. I will have no difficulty and recommending either or both of them to friends or neighbors. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience.

The collision center is HORRIBLE. Plain and simple. My vehicle was in a wreck in August 2020 & I got my car back in November around Thanksgiving. The paint job wasn't done right. There were still scratches and scuffs on my hood and rear fender. In my estimate from the insurance company the collision center was supposed to repaint the whole right side of my car including the hood. The head guy in the collision center, James, was a complete DOUCHE! The secretary in there likes to roll her eyes at you when you bring up things that are not correct. The paint guy Efrain doesn't do a good job. My car also had RAT prints in it. Rats chewed my LEATHER door handle & steering wheel. That was never fixed. When I went to pick up my car for the 2nd and 3rd time all they did was wash & DETAIL my car to make it look like they "fixed" the issues. The managers were GREAT. They went out there and looked at my car, but James from the collision center just didn't do as he was told or paid to do. Even after all was said & done I HAD to trade in my car because my engine light randomly came on and i had electrical issues. I got my car inspected by DON HEWLETT & they looked and the estimate & told me the things that WERE NOT done that the insurance paid for but James never did. So bill paid but job not performed is what DON HEWLETT told me. Only reason I give 1 star is because the managers were nice & professional. If it wasn't for them I'd love to give a negative star. I have heard many rude comments from the collision center telling everyone how difficult I was and in the end I traded my vehicle in, well if he would have just done his job right the 1st time and didn't lie to me or the insurance company then all would be well. It's sad that people cut corners these days.

Had a great experience here. My salesman James worked with me to find a plan that would work for me, and personally drove the car I wanted from their sister lot 20 miles away. I got a great deal, even though this was my first time buying a car, and I clearly didn't know what I was doing.
They've also continued to follow up with me to make sure everything is going well with the purchase. I'd recommend Mac Haik in Temple to anyone, whether they're looking to buy new or used.

My check engine light came on, even though my car ...

My check engine light came on, even though my car was driving perfectly. To be on the safe side, I took it to the dealer. An engine cylinder head needed to be replaced and was covered by warranty. They ordered the part. While the engine was apart, they suggested several routine maintenance services my car needed so I agreed for them to perform engine tune up, cooling system flush, wheel alignment, fuel injection service, and transmission service. The warranty part was back ordered. The dealer kept my car for eight weeks!! I made multiple phone calls trying to get updates or to get my car back. When I finally received my car, there was a horrible gas smell inside my car that did not go away, but got worse by the fourth time I drove my car. There was also grease on the interior driver's side door when I picked up my car. The steering wheel shook and the car pulled to the right as I drove off from the dealership. My car had never driven so badly. The service bill stated there were no warranties. I called my service advisor at this dealership and was told to bring it back. I asked for a loaner car and was told they didn't think they had any. I had already gone eight weeks without a car and no offer of a loaner. She said they could call Enterprise for me. I was not guanteed they would fix what they had messed up at their expense. Needless to say, I took my car to a trusted mechanic outside this dealership to have everything fixed so my car runs like new. I will never return to Mac Haik in Temple! We previously bought two new vehicles from them and loved the salespeople and the vehicles. We will never trust their service department again or buy more cars there.

I had gone to get a vehicle from Johnson Brothers Ford the same day I went to dodge, the sales guy Lucas from Ford wouldn t reply to my messages about updates on my vehicle so I came to dodge to try out what I could get. Went in looking at Dodge Rams after checking out F150s and Tacomas, honestly expecting that their price would end up higher than the other two. Ryan Brister however beat my expectations. I told him what I would love to pay, he immediately took the offer up no hassle. With minimal negotiation, we quickly came to a price that beat out both the Ford and Toyota dealership by thousands. Ryan was very easy to get along with, added zero pressure throughout the whole sale. Paige Harris who works in finance was awesome to work with. She was willing to go over any and all paperwork, explained all the warranties thoroughly, and found alternative warranties that would cover me anywhere in the country. I never expected to get a Dodge Ram 1500 Lonestar 4x4 for less than a ford150 or Tacoma, yet I ended up with a better deal. Mac Haik, Ryan Brister and Paige Harris have been great throughout this entire process. Will be repeat customers.

I take my jeep here on a regular basis for service. This may be the last time. The wait was tremendously long. I had a 10:30AM appointment, didn't pick up my jeep until closing which is around 5PM. If you bring your jeep in for an oil change, i would plan to drop it off and come back to pick it up later. The shuttle can be hit or miss. I waited a long time the first time I took the shuttle, and ended up walking to the shop (15 min or so walk). The last driver they had was available but seemed stressed and not very friendly. He stated to me that he didn't even get a lunch.

Actually, I think I've had only one positive experience here! The technician (Kevin Wood) was very helpful in finding the issue I was having with my jeep. He even recommended I leave it there until it was fixed due to safety reasons. Unfortunately for me, I was leaving out of town the next day and had to take an Uber to the Airport.

The parts department however would not give me the part numbers I needed for my truck. He told me management would not allow him to. I have never been to a dealer and them deny me part numbers I need to fix my own vehicle. Please respond and explain this Mac Haik Dodge....this review has helped 243! They deserve a 0 star. I've been given the runaround for over a week, finally I ask to speak with the sales manager, he was very responsive to my call and called me a few times. He called me Friday to tell me they got a way to get my deal done, so I asked what are the numbers on that and his reply was well I thought you needed a truck, indeed I do but, I need numbers I'm still waiting obviously he didn't know the numbers and doesn't have the numbers since I'm still waiting. At this point I'm done with them.

James Bradford was WONDERFUL. We walked in with no money for a down payment, and our other car was having problems. He made sure to get us in a SAFE car for when our baby gets here in April. He also made sure we got the third row seating that my husband wanted, all while staying within our budget. We highly recommend him to anyone looking! He wasn't pushy AT ALL, and was very helpful. Jim was also a sweetheart. He saw my husband's shirt that suggested we were expecting, and congratulated us immediately. He also made sure he did everything he could to get us in our Dodge Journey that day as well. We are so relieved to have one less thing to worry about. They truly treat you like family there!

This place made way too many hard inquiries on my credit recently. Overpriced vehicles. I visited them back in 2014 to potentially buy a Dodge Ram 1500. Sales person quoted me over $700 payments. So I visited Stanley Chrysler Jeep in Gatesville a week later and drove away with a new 2014 Ram 1500 with a payment over $100 less than the Mak Haik quoted price. Same ridiculous experience this time around in 2018. They wanted an outrageous amount down as well as high payments to make a deal.

I had some pretty specific request for a truck (Lonestar 4X4,6 4 bed, without the front console) and even though they didn t have one on their lot they were able to bring one in the next day. I kept waiting for the sales pitch and feel pressured to buy it right then. That never came. I mentioned that I would think it over that night and I came back the next day to make the purchase. Sales person Jessica Kane was very helpful, knowledgeable, and not pushy and all.

Purchased a used vehicle the last day of November,...

Purchased a used vehicle the last day of November, and by December 4th the check engine light came on. The used Sales Management team is acted as if they were doing me a favor taking a look at it. Both of them were extremely disrespectful, Mr. Click even going as far as to tell me he doesn't have a crystal ball to tell him what is going to happen to his used vehicles. They replaced the purge valve and beginning of January the check engine light came on again, and the vehicle would not even turn on. They had me sitting at the service department for over 6 hours and Mr. Click refused to let me use a loaner vehicle. Absolutely unethical behavior as a part of the Management team. They were able to find out it was a solenoid that was causing the check engine light and basically rendering the vehicle inoperable. My sales person Jessica did as much as she could to help me out but it was clear the Used Sales team is perfectly okay with selling Shoddy vehicles and only replacing the issues if you throw a big enough fit. However, the service department was absolutely amazing and apologized for the sale departments attitudes. Jay was a godsend and definitely put my mind at ease. I will for sure be returning to the SERVICE DEPARTMENT ONLY. I definitely do not recommend purchasing Used from them at all! Worst purchase my husband and I have ever made, and biggest headache we have ever dealt with. It is clear the used sales management team does not stand by their used vehicles!

I came in for my first oil change on my new Dodge pickup. Not only did they give my first oil change free, but rotated my tires for free also and followed up with car wash as well.

The service advisor, Rick, was very polite and helpful!! Treated me like I was a park of the Mac Haik Family!! Will definitely return for my service needs!!!

I understand when you buy 'as is' ...it is what it...

I understand when you buy 'as is' ...it is what it is,,,but for the vehicle to need a alternator and a battery with in the 1st month of purchase shows absolutely no quality control on the dealership side at all. Secondly,..3 months into the vehicle the ball joint broke,..yes it broke in half, unbelievable, a 3/4 inch thick rod of metal. Thank God it was while driving in a parking lot, my entire family could have been killed had they been driving on the interstate. My daughter drives to work, a daycare and back home and does beat on a vehicle. DO NOT BUY A 'AS IS' VEHICLE FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!! YOUR LIFE DEPENDS ON IT!!!!!

Took a car to their lot waiting for the bank to come take it due to non payment from by my soon to be ex step son. Because he can't hold a job and hasn't made a payment on the car note or insurance. This dealership should have put this car in a secure part of the lot. Did they? No. So on saturday he walked right into the lot and drove off with this car. Don't trust this place with your car if you ever leave it on their lot.

I recently purchased a brand new truck from this dealership. James, the sales rep, was very knowledgeable and helped us understand all the aftermarket stuff they did to the truck. He was very respectful and is the only reason why I gave them 3 stars. After purchasing this truck though I notice very bad paint flaws all the way around the front bumper. They did fix it and it was done within the time specified but here comes why I would not recommend anything other than the sales dept here. When I picked my truck back up, on my way home I realized they didn t properly install either front inner fender and they both came loose as soon as I got on the highway. After getting my truck home and further examining it I also found several large scratches on the wheels. These brand new Fuel wheels now have permanent scratches on them. So again James and the sales dept are great, the condition of how your vehicle will be returned to you from their other departments though is questionable. I am still waiting to hear when my truck will be properly fixed as well as how these wheels will be repaired so expect a follow up to this.

Needed to get my car serviced due to issue when shifting. While under extended warranty they couldn't pin point it. So after two time of trying just have up. Then it starts to get worse so contact them again van out of extended warranty so finally they will at it.
1 the service manager drove it and figured it was my torque converter almost 2 months later the took a look at it. Had a loaner which was nice of them to offer Well to make this short the repair on my van went from 600.00 to almost 4000.00 . And this was with some discounted items so informed them to put my van back together until I could gather the money to get this repaired. Granted the van was running well except for the shudder during it shifting gears So they put it back together and now it is non operational had to have it towed to my residence before christmas driving down the road van starts smoking then I depress the accelerator and all it does is rev up the engine no more transmission. Had to have it towed to my residence. So now no van. very disappointed

I have a lot of good things to say about this deal...

I have a lot of good things to say about this dealership, but in the interest of time, I ll sum up my two main points briefly:

1. Purchasing my Jeep here was painless; they worked with me to make sure I got exactly the Jeep I wanted; Chris in sales was great; the agreed-upon price was honored upon delivery of the Jeep (it was a factory order); the price was reasonable and they didn t try to tack on any dealer specials that no one asked for.

2. Post-delivery service has been excellent- they ve completed warranty work and recall work quickly and effectively. The Jeep is now in better condition than when I took delivery thanks to a clutch recall and a PCM flash, both accomplished quickly by this dealer. The service department is excellent.

What more can you ask for in a dealership?

I know that CDJR / FCA dealers across the country consistently score low on customer satisfaction. This one bucks the trend. Everyone should come here and buy a Jeep or a Dodge with a big ol V8 under the hood.
